If the windows were not installed properly then glue will not correct the problem and now the glue has separated too. We have left voicemails and emails, no response. We were told by Milgard Technicians that the windows were not installed properly, go back to the company that installed them which is CWD! Now the rains will come and there will be water entering our home, bugs, dry rot, termites, the problems are endless the remedy seems outside of CWD to correct. They have to be redone properly. Why is the company not standing behind their work? We have been trying to resolve this situation for many years, so I was forced to review them with 1 star.

After a couple of different bids we went with Windows and Beyond not only because it was a better bid but because it was also backed by professionalism, quality, and an experienced team. We had a personal situation happen and Gary and his team were able to install our door earlier than our appointment date in order to accommodate our needs. They did an excellent job on the installation, especially because our old doors and frame weren't in the best condition. Communication was fantastic and we will definitely use Windows and Beyond for our future needs.

Anyway, we needed about a dozen windows, a pair of skylights, two big ass sliding french doors, a custom stained glass interior door, new front door & some new hardware for our recent remodel. For something this big I would have loved to have given this project to a local P-Town crew but the Bay Area Window guys made it a point to work with me & came out to meet with my contractor at least 3-4 times during our project. Needless to say everything fit, everything looked awesome & as remodel projects go, these guys were one of the few contractors that got their shit right the first time, didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need & delivered what they promised for really no more than even the big box/orange "despot" people's sales & installation folks quoted me.

I purchased 3 doors from this company that cost over $12,000 total. In less than 1 year, one door had a major crack through the wood. After many phone calls with this vendor (which he denied any responsibility), I managed to get through to the Door Manufacturer who honored the warranty. The owner of this establishment denied any responsibility and had the nerve to verbally abuse me by stating.. "you really didn't spend that much $ on these doors.." and " you didn't buy these doors, your ex-husband did" and " you obviously don't know how to do business/what kind of business woman are you? ".. .. I hope everyone reads this post and spread the word that this kind of behavior is just not acceptable.

Small details like creating a spice drawer under our cooktop is an example of the extra touch that makes the kitchen complete. We especially love our soft close cabinets and brand new drawers. His painters and cabinet workers were on time, courteous and always cleaned up after the days work. The finish product exceeding our expectations. We would recommend him highly and have already recommended him to several of our friends who are considering any type of remodel. Dave and his crew, shout out to Angel, remodeled our 1966 bathroom with custom made cabinets, new wall texture, new paint and new tile, sinks, fixtures... everything! It looks beautiful. We, believe it or not, enjoyed having the guys here working for a few months. Angel was our main worker and what a professional! He truly knows how to do everything and does it well! After the bathroom was finished, they tore out the tile in our entry way and replaced it with hardwood floors. Then they took out ( ripped out/demolished) our flagstone fireplace surround and replaced that with a marble surround. They did a great job on everything and brought us into the 21st century!
