Love my new kitchen! A big thank you to Moises and his crew for making it happen. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Moises always does his best to rectify any problems or concerns. The MVP of this project was Miguel, who fabricated and installed the quartz countertops and backsplashes. He is a skilled craftsman and a true expert in what he does.

My house is 20 years old and is in need of some updates. Always been hesitant on a bathroom renovation because I knew it was going to be costly. A friend recommended Tiger Tile and I got a quick response for Moises to come out and give me an estimate. First of all, the price for what I wanted was beyond reasonable, secondly they were able able to start fairly soon. Additionally, Moises is an awesome business owner. The communication was great and he made sure that everything was perfect from start to finish. So glad I got this recommendation because I am obsessed with my bathroom. Will be calling Tiger Tile back for my guest bathroom and kitchen remodel as well.

This is a long overdue review. Moises and his team are extremely thorough and helpful. I requested a quote for our backsplash and his team knocked it out in a couple of days. I've gotten plenty of compliments on his work and we are now looking to redo our floors ***update 07/2019: his amazing team finished up our flooring. I couldn't be happier! From demo, laying/grout and cleanup, his team was impeccable!

I believe in giving a fair review. Project for a master bathroom remodel. Specifically for the the shower and counter top. We selected them because the price point was comparable, local business, and the staff at the show room was easy to talk to. We had a vision and expectations. The project was started June 28th and final payment was 7-23. We have just received our glass shower enclosure put in 9-8. It was to be expected that we would have some issues but nothing that could not be resolved. The person that did the estimate and contracted the project was seen 5 times during the whole project. I believe he comes when there were issues. Language barrier with some of their workers, but we were able to get pass this. My issue was with the counter fabricators. They were not at all careful, attentive to the property and left damages while only installing countertops and solid pieces for the shower and bathtub. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Overall, the shower guys were nice and attentive and did an amazing job on the shower tile. Show room is also nice with great staff that can accommodate your vision. Time line was also a factor. Have not used my shower since the beginning of this project. I went into this project with knowledge that the process will not be perfect but I made sure I can come close. So overall, 70% happy with the final finish (we painted, cleaned, sealed the shower).

Tiger Tile did a phenomenal job on our floors and our fireplace. Great craftsmanship!

Moises and the team at Tiger, Tile and Stone made my bathroom dreams a reality! He gave me a very reasonable estimate for the labor cost and helped me stay within my budget for this remodel. The renovations took almost 3 weeks but Moises made sure to get every little detail right and exactly how I wanted it. The crew working in our bathroom were all VERY kind and respectful of our home, made sure our floors were protected and cleaned up after themselves everyday. This was a MAJOR remodel and they did everything from demo, building the shower, tiling the floors/shower wall/niche/shower bench, plumbing, installed recessed lights, bathroom fan, electrical for bidet, shower door, primed and painted, installed baseboards, reframed the bathroom entrance, textured the walls -- you name it, they did it perfectly! I am so appreciative of the amazing team at Tiger, Tile and Stone and will definitely reach out to them again with more projects and also recommend them to my family and friends.

We reached out to a few contractors, got estimates and ultimately went with Tiger Tile and Stone. Mosies (owner) came to our home the day after I inquired, measured everything and gave us a quote a few days later which happened to be just in our budget. One thing I noticed about Moises was that he always made sure to greet me and shake my hand every time we saw each other. Those little things make a lasting impression. The staff that works with Moises is top notch too. Everyone in the office, all the way down to the crew. Jackie, assisted us throughout the entire process of picking out cabinets, counters and backsplash. She was very responsive and always responded when my wife had questions or concerns. She made the entire process stress free for us and always set the right expectation for things. The installation crew was top notch too. One thing I noticed right away is that they took off their shoes every time they had to lay out the paper covers on the floor. At the end of each day they cleaned up their mess, rolled up the floor covers and always made sure it was clean before they left. During the installation they were very meticulous as to how they put up things and never rushed anything. They really took their time to make sure that everything they did was perfect. On the last day of the job, the crew made sure everything was perfect. They made sure all the cabinets were aligned and everything was just right. Their backsplash and tile work is amazing too. I've seen a lot of grout and tile work before and their work is just really really good.

Look at how crooked the right side of this niche is.

I was introduced to owner Brandon Davis of Davis Pro Builders via an app I was using while looking…read morefor contractors to do renovations on a new home our family had just purchased. The home was in decent condition but hadn't been updated since built 40 years ago. His response was prompt. We planned to meet and discuss project. Must admit, I was surprised and somewhat taken aback at his youthfulness given the type of job he was coming to bid for. Concerns were somewhat alleviated when I learned of his back story, how he came into his knowledge and experience and his journey to becoming a business owner. Right away I could tell he took pride in his work. He showed what few pictures he had available, explaining the technical intricacies that went into the work that he displayed. We discussed what I was looking for, he listened to my ideas, chimed in with some of his own, took measurements for his bid and stated that he could work with my budget. Given the prices of other contractors I had interviewed, his bid was reasonable, so I decided to work with him. I am glad I did. His attention to detail is refreshing. He is a jack of all trades and master of many when it comes to home renovations. Those he is not a master of, he is honest about and researches and seeks expert counsel from others he knows in the business. He proudly explains all his work to you, particularly the things that are usually unseen and unnoticed by the homeowner but will add longevity to your investment. He appreciates and takes his time with the visible and not so visible aspects of the renovations. He listens to your ideas, has good ideas of his own, will work directly with you when choosing finish products/materials and tries to keep things within budget. He evens throws in unexpected surprises for the homeowner that adds to the overall project (i.e. auto shut off lights, auto on and off bathroom ceiling fans, outlets with usb ports, hard wiring smoke detectors, lubing floor joists to minimize floor creaks in an old house). He is amenable to changes or additions to original plans (I added a couple of projects including hanging a couple of flat screen tv's and running cable and wiring through wall for a clean, professional look, and electrical wiring for a spa I purchased). He is very prompt in responding to inquiries, questions and/or suggestions (no matter how annoying). He does most of the work himself or with his brother Jamal who was also delightful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They essentially gutted and completely remodeled the inside of our 4-bedroom 2-bathroom 1900 sf home. Of course, no project goes perfectly smooth without any issues. The project took much longer than expected-I believe largely because he was doing the work by himself or with his brother- and some timelines were missed. Occasional miscommunication regarding price/materials/timelines. Problems with some of the installs, but these were quickly resolved. Despite initial apprehension, he did a great job. We are very happy with the results. We receive consistent compliments on our home. He and his brother are knowledgeable, personable and dependable with attention to detail. I will be hiring him again and have already made several referrals to other friends and family. If your looking for a contractor for your project-big or small-you should give him a try.

Prior to hiring Brandon I received quotes from other companies. Brandon was competitive on price…read morebut stood out from others as he used top quality products and the other companies wanted to use run of the mill materials. My guess is the other companies wanted to maximize profit. I have used many contractors in the past and have previous experience in construction so when Brandon relayed to me he wouldn't use subcontractors and would be on-site when he said he would I was surprised and relieved. Brandon also took the time to prep our bath remodel area to minimize dust and debris throughout the rest of the house. His attention to detail and not rushing product drying time between steps was something I was worried about but watching Brandon work step by step put my worries at ease. Brandons input and suggestions to both my wife and myself was not overbearing. He was clear that his previous work and ideas were merely to get the wheels turning without pressure. Additionally, I really appreciated the detail in the tile work. He aligned the drain, shower niche, shower tile, and floor tile to where it all flows together. Grout lines are smooth and line up perfectly. The overall experience was a positive one and I have no complaints. We have future construction coming up and I can tell you I will not get estimates from anyone else as Brandon is the go to, honest, and easy to work with guy.

Reached out to Stonecraft for installation of quartz countertops, range top, hood, and bottom…read moremounted sink. The process went very smoothly considering I had already purchased the range top, hood, and sink. I had already selected which quartz I want to use too. I was working with another company, but lost all confidence in them delivering. Submitted for the free quote and Jarren came out to do it. I was very impressed by the detailed analysis and design confirmation of my choices. He already knew how much quartz I would purchase and how I can maximize the material with minimal waste. Not a lot of vendors share this insight on a quote. In addition, I needed a cabinet modification. Switching from cooktop to range top. No one wanted to do the cabinet modification. This was right up Stonecrafts alley. They do cabinets!! Having experience with costs, he was within the range I was expecting, so I was happy to move forward. The installation schedule was shared and executed according to plan. At no point did I have to adjust my plans. The installation team was very professional. I am very happy with the results. I would recommend Stonecraft for your kitchen projects. At the very least give them a chance to earn your business. When I get to a bathroom refresh, I will give Jarren and company a call!! Thank you guys!

Based on our bad experience we do not recommend StoneCraft as a general contractor for a kitchen…read moreremodeling project. StoneCraft subcontracted out various portions of our kitchen remodel project but did a poor job of coordinating, overseeing and communicating with those subcontractors (Team). StoneCraft technically never completed the project not did a StoneCraft representative perform a detailed monitoring of the project as it progressed. Here are a few examples of StoneCraft's lack of oversight and follow through: The Team that demolished the granite countertop did not provide a schematic diagram so that the quartz installation Team would know the correct number of holes necessary for the sink area. They didn't account for the instant hot water dispenser and the associated hose. Weeks later a hole had to be drilled in the already installed quartz countertop. Unfortunately we had to purchase a new instant hot water dispenser because the demolition Team lost or threw away key parts of the old one. After the old granite countertop was demolished and the new quartz countertop installed our Bosch dishwasher no longer worked. It turned out, a hose was damaged during the disconnecting and/or reconnecting of the various hoses underneath the newly installed sink. We had to hire another contractor to diagnose the problem and to fix the dishwasher connections. The StoneCraft representative, Jarren, denied responsibility because, "StoneCraft didn't move the dishwasher during the project". However, StoneCraft, per the contract, removed and reinstalled hoses. The Team installed two electrical outlets that didn't work so they had to be prompted to return to fix the problem. The Team had to be called back to repaint areas of the kitchen ceiling that they initially painted, although poorly. The Team had to reorder the correct kitchen floor tiles twice, once because they brought the wrong pattern and a second time because they didn't bother to look in the boxes to notice the contents were not correct. Finally, the team delivered a pantry door sans a handle (only a hole). Jarren ghosted us so we had to hire a handyman to install a newly purchased door handle. Although hiring StoneCraft was a big mistake we learned a lesson but at least we kept the numerous emails that documented the above ordeal.
