Great quality job done on new flooring in both of my bathrooms. Alex did an amazing job. Affordable pricing.

I had Marisco arrange an appointment with me for Thursday at 4pm. He called at 415 to advise he would arrive in 15 minutes. So by 435 he arrived he didn't have samples so we focused on measurements. He took very detailed measurements and advised he would provide a quote for just upstairs and both up and downstairs. He advised he would provide the measurements and quotes a couple of days later. The price was a couple hundred less than the guy I decided to go with. I only went with the other guy because of the delay in receiving the quote. I think they will do a great job if you decide to go with them. read more

I find these negative reviews pretty surprising. Macario was super responsive, very professional, flexible, and my floor and baseboards look fantastic. I posted a quote request through Yelp for a home I was buying. He was the first to respond with an actual answer other than 'call me'. He met me on a Sunday (with samples) to see the job, gave me a price right then and we scheduled it for the week after the deal was completed. He did all the work without me being present and communicated when issues came up. We had 2, first the toilet flange was destroyed and second, the home had a heavy stackable washer and dryer. He and his crew were amazing flexible and worked around us getting pros to move the W/D as well as having to remove the bathroom flooring to do the toilet repair. I highly recommend them. read more

I want to start off by saying that Mr. Lopez is a man of integrity. Our story below is why. Last year when we bought our house in Vallejo, we were adamant about using a local company to replace the decrepit, crunchy 50 year linoleum and carpet throughout our house. We liked the reviews we found for Lopez Flooring and decided after meeting with Mr. Lopez, he was the man for the job. We chose beautiful high end carpets for our 3 bedrooms and a nice vinyl (one step up from pergo) flooring for the remainder of the house. His team did the carpets in one day and the flooring a few days later. Price for the total job was very fair especially given the high end carpet we chose. Fast forward about a year later - my bf and I began to notice the vinyl flooring was starting to feel crunchy. There were a few spots lifting slightly, and soon they began lifting a lot. Parts of the floor just started to come apart. Since my bf works in construction, he was able to tell that it was not work itself that was done by Mr. Lopez, but rather the material itself was defective. We decided to call Mr. Lopez and talk options. After discussion, Mr. Lopez came by and having a look, agreed with us that the material was faulty. But here is what sets him apart from most in these trades - rather than replace the parts that were in bad shape (which is all I was asking for) he decided it was best to replace the entire vinyl flooring so we don't have any problems in the future. Wow! So incredibly thoughtful and honest. So, he and his team came by and replaced our floor with a thicker version of what was done previously. We can absolutely feel the difference. Not to mention, it is another beautifully done job by Mr. Lopez and his team. My bf has a super keen eye for these things and he very impressed with how the new floor turned out. The moral of this - it is VERY hard these days to find someone who will stand by their work. Mr. Lopez and Lopez Flooring will definitely do that as well as an amazing job. For this reason, 5 stars. I highly recommend them for your next flooring project! read more

WOW, let me just say that not only are they professionals but they do an amazing job. They're responsive, super fast but detailed, and get the job done. Affordable, amazing product selection for the samples and they even had the exact floor we have downstairs. Antonio and Junior paid attention to detail and tried their best to even out our 1978 plywood flooring that is uneven and squeaky in certain areas. Highly recommend and can't say enough good things about them. read more

Macario was quick, fair, and very reasonable with his estimate. Edgar the installer did a fantastic job on our floors. He was precise, neat, and did a clean overall job. 5 Stars for reasonable/fair price and outcome was the biggest kicker. Although it took them an extra day and a half to finish, I was still impressed because the job wasn't going to be easy IMHO. read more

So I reached out to this company to get an estimate for some carpet. I was clear what we were looking for. When the rep showed up, 30min late mind you, he didnt have the samples I had asked for in hand and would have to go out to the truck to get them but said he would measure first, I ask if he could get the samples first and we could look while he measured, his response was to leave, um ok.thanks for waiting out time. read more

Macario and his brothers did a great job with my flooring requirements. They performed the work with masks on, so my family's health/safety is not jeopardized, and finished the job in a day as promised. I have recommended his services to friends who are planning to have their floors upgraded and will recommend him to anyone looking for a flooring contractor. Highly recommend working with Lopez flooring. I really needed to replace the carpets in my home and I couldn't get a decent quote until I talked to Macario. He was super responsive, was able to come by the unit within 24 hours, showed me lots of samples and gave me a reasonable quote. I was able to change out 2 rooms for under $3K AND his guys installed new baseboards for me as well. The work was impeccable, they left my place clean and tidy, and they completed the work within 9 hours. I was deeply impressed with Macario and his crew's professionalism and skill set. I have some more floors to change down the line and I will call Macario again. Would give Lopez Flooring over 5 stars if I could. read more

We decided to replace the carpets in our whole house and requested quotes from a few guys around us, Macario was the first one who responded and the first to give us a quote. We decided to go with him because of price but his reasonable price was the cherry on top of his absolutely amazing work- he gave us a few options on which materials to go with and also helped us decide which would work well with our lifestyle. They removed the carpet, moved around some furniture, put on the floors we chose in our 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room AAANNNDDDD helllllla stairs in record time AND also cleaned up very well after they finish. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! read more

Macario & his crew are amazing. He is friendly and accommodating. Every detail of their work is just beautiful. I have a 2505 sq ft home. Downstairs they installed laminate floors, including the stairways, which looks absolutely amazing. Upstairs they installed carpet and it looks great. They cleaned up very well after they finished. And their pricing is very responsable. I can go on and on. I definitely would use them 100 times over for any flooring work I need in the future. read more

I'm so please with Lopez flooring and had to write a review to let everyone know that you will be happy with Lopez work and knowledge. We had our entire home done in just 1 day. I was not happy with 1 area in the home, I called Lopez and he came over right away and fix it with no problem at all, that's what I call good "CUSTOMER SERVICES" which is so rare with any company. Again I'm so please with his work and hope you give him a chance to make you happy like he made me. read more

Lopez Flooring replaced our rugs with a combination of flooring and carpet. They did an amazing job for a great price. They were very professional throughout the entire process and worked very quickly while delivering beautiful high quality results. Before starting work they asked for a basic idea of what we were thinking and then chose and brought out appropriate samples of both flooring and carpet which allowed us to pick the perfect combination quickly which was great and a big time saver. They gave us a quick, detailed and reasonable quote and also had great attention to detail in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing any type of flooring work! read more

Well, Macario Lopez is amazing. He gave me a super fair estimate and installed the carpet I chose within 24 hours. If you think you'll get better service with a big box store, you are wrong. This guy hustles. The install is great and his no nonsense, honest, straightforward sales approach is refreshing. read more

Got a new crib and the old carpet was horrible! Didn't even dare to try and walk on it barefooted. Wanted to hire someone local and reasonable so I turned to Yelp and found Mr. Lopez. Called and on the same day he showed up for an estimate. He was hella friendly and passionate about his work. Showed us a few samples and made a bunch of recommendations based on our style and budget. He took some measurements, gave us an estimate and we were sold! A week later, he and his crew removed and installed our new carpet and it looks and feels amazing!! Mr. Lopez will not disappoint you. All the Yelp reviews are true. Just give him a call. They know exactly what they're doing! read more

I am extremely happy for having contracted Lopez Flooring to replace my old carpet with a high quality wood laminate in my living room, dining room, and two flights of stairs. Originally I sought proposals from larger "well advertised" floor stores/contractors, but their COST, professionalism and technical knowledge paled in comparison to Mr. Lopez's initial consultation visit. Mr. Lopez and his crew are customer service oriented, efficient, clean, polite, and significantly experts in their trade. The quality of their work is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone. Overall doing business with Lopez Flooring was a good experience, and a true Blessing for my wife and I. I will not hesitate to use them again for my future flooring needs. read more

Lopez flooring did an amazing job installing laminate throughout our 2 story house. We got numerous estimates from Lowes and another company in Napa and the price difference and quality of what we were able to get didn't compare. The stairs came put great when the other people told us they would be an issue and they'd have to charge a fortune to just do the stairs! Mr. Lopez knows what he is doing and is very friendly. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. We are more than happy with how ours floors look. read more

Lopez flooring installed laminate floors, carpet and base boards for me in two condos in Benicia. This was a real disappointment. Based on the reviews, I had high hopes for this business and I did want to support a locally owned small business. I called, giving our address and the basics of what we wanted (carpeting and vinyl flooring); the gentleman answering the phone said he was in his van and couldn't take down our information, but that he would call us back "in five minutes or less." When I hadn't heard back after two hours, I called and left my contact information again. And repeated this two hours later. And again, the next day and the day after that. I guess they don't need the $15,000 we had budgeted for this whole house job. read more

Lopez flooring are professionals at their craft. Macario and his crew showed up at 7:50 am on a Saturday ready to work. They installed carpet in 4 bedrooms and a storage closet, they did an excellent job. They took their time and ensured every thing was perfect, he even went as far as to remove the bedroom doors and shave them so the bedroom doors opened and closed without a problem. I even requested to have the furniture replaced in different locations of the bedrooms, he and his crew were happy to oblige. I can't say enough good things about Macario and his crew. read more

Made an appointment to meet at showroom at noon today. At 1215 called Mr. Lopez who stated he was running late and forgot to call me. Asked if I can come back at a later time.
