I started with Chris at the store to present the project and he made suggestions for makers and brands to best match the Brazilian Cherry we had downstairs. Patrick was up next with onsite inspection, measurements, and bringing over samples. A complementary (and upgraded) product was chosen and install timeline was set. Javier and Kiko were next on the scene and took only 5 days to demo carpet, prep and level subfloor, and install flooring and baseboards in 4 bedrooms and a hallway. Patrick came by a couple times to check on progress and made a great suggestion to add additional underlayment. That - combined with their tried and proven method of gluing and nailing down the floor - made for the most solid-feeling hardware floor installation I've ever encountered. I'm a pretty picky customer, so when I tell you their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and finish skills are top notch - believe it. Prices and labor these days are pretty much standard all around. But if you receive this level of workmanship and flawless results, you sleep better knowing you made the right decision. I finally decided to get some new SPC Vinyl flooring for my house. They offered a very competitive rate/price without any hidden charges. Also, what I like about his approach was his attention to detail. He laid out the sequence of steps he needed to do and followed through above and beyond. Now prior to me visiting their show room, I went to REPUBLIC warehouse and picked (took picture) SPC vinyl type that I wanted for my house. Richard was very accommodating when I told him, I wanted a specic vinyl. He just asked for the picture and info of the Vinyl that I wanted, and did all the logistics behind the scene. During the installation process days, Richard and his team (I remember Matt and Tony), were always punctual and efficient. They were very meticulous and worked section by section of my house. They moved the furniture, removed the carpet and baseboards, cleaned the floor, leveled uneven sections, and installed high quality anti-moisture (instead of plastic alternative), installed the vinyl, upgraded my baseboard and even did some paint job post installation. My family and I were very happy, satisfied, and thankful to Richard and Crystal flooring. As such, I highly recommend him to everyone. Floorings, i've found water damaged on my subfloor. Why did I have water damage? May you ask well when they built the house, they built it with particle board on the floors. If you can only imagine that Richard gave me the option. He said you can cover it up. It is waterproof vinyl, but I don't recommend it. We went with his recommendation. I had the sub floors replaced with 3 inch. A treated wood, the floors were installed. It took a little bit longer on our timeline, but we are so happy with the work that was done.

We used Saul's Carpet cleaning back in May! Initially they reached out right away and confirmed our…read moreappointment which was great! It was Saul's son and a young lady they were training. The most important area we wanted cleaned were the stairs. We get our carpets cleaned regularly so it was not heavy stains just our yearly cleaning. Very minimal stains in the bedrooms, mostly the stairs. When they finished I noticed there were a few areas that still had markings on the carpet. The young man had the young lady come back in and clean the areas I showed her. 3 days later when the carpets were completely dry we could see more stains that were not removed. I messaged Saul and he asked me to send pics. He said nothing of any policy or time frame I needed to get the pics to him. I let him know because it was the end of the school year, busy schedule, and good lighting so he could see the stains I got the pics to him. It was a total of 10 days. A couple days went by and I didn't hear back from him. I messaged him again making sure he received the pics. Another day went by and he responded saying ,"in this situation we usually give our clients 2/3 days to give us pictures of work" which I messaged him initially 3 days later when the carpets had dried. He also said,"the best he could do" is the next time he cleans he can give me a discount. It was such a disappointment he did not offer to come back as it was our first time trying his services. You would think he would want to make it right as he should have. Why would we ask him to come back if he didn't remove the stains in the first place? I would definitely never use his services again.
