I have to say I was a little apprehensive about getting my floors done. But it was even worse when after deciding to do my floors with crystals. Floorings, i've found water damaged on my subfloor. Why did I have water damage? May you ask well when they built the house, they built it with particle board on the floors. If you can only imagine that Richard gave me the option. He said you can cover it up. It is waterproof vinyl, but I don't recommend it. We went with his recommendation. I had the sub floors replaced with 3 inch. A treated wood, the floors were installed. It took a little bit longer on our timeline, but we are so happy with the work that was done. read more

PLEASE RECONSIDER this place. I was recommended this place and I wish I wouldn't have trusted the recomendation. RICHARD and his handy men came to work on our floors in January. Everything seemed fine. There were some minor details that were not done well and had to be redone. We contacted Richard and let him know. Every time he said he would come by to fix them he wouldn't, he would always come up with some excuse from needing to help someone move immediately to his car not working or working on another contract. We trusted him so we had already paid him which was my biggest mistake. He also says that it's full service" which meant we didn't have to take anything down or remove anything from the rooms prior to him putting on the floor floors. However they are clearly not experts on putting things back together. They dismantled my kids trundle bed and put it back incorrectly, making it unsafe for them to sleep on. We didn't notice how loose the bed was and how many screws were put in to make it look like they were putting in the proper place because we had to wait a couple days to be able to sleep in our house again because we also got the interior of our house painted through him. One of his handymen put a boarder around the living room to separate the tile floor and the wood they put in. However it started to lift and a staple they used to hold it down was sticking up. Richard came to see it and said he would fix it along with the other things that's had to be done. He then text us to let us know it will be 900 to fix the boarder because in order for the boarder to not lift he would have to remove some of the tile. We said no and He never came and eventually my son got hurt because the corner of the boarder that was lifted stabbed the bottom of his big toe. We had to get someone else to come fix it. They did an amazing job and didn't have to remove any tile to fix the boarder properly. Also a slab of wood came off from the floor on my kids closet. If you do end up going with this company please with hold payment until you are completely satisfied with the job and you know nothing is lifting or breaking/broken. read more

I finally decided to get some new SPC Vinyl flooring for my house. I asked 4 different flooring businesses in and around the area for quotes and overwhelmingly chose Crystal Flooring after talking and getting a quote from Richard. They offered a very competitive rate/price without any hidden charges. Also, what I like about his approach was his attention to detail. He laid out the sequence of steps he needed to do and followed through above and beyond. Now prior to me visiting their show room, I went to REPUBLIC warehouse and picked (took picture) SPC vinyl type that I wanted for my house. Richard was very accommodating when I told him, I wanted a specic vinyl. He just asked for the picture and info of the Vinyl that I wanted, and did all the logistics behind the scene. During the installation process days, Richard and his team (I remember Matt and Tony), were always punctual and efficient. They were very meticulous and worked section by section of my house. They moved the furniture, removed the carpet and baseboards, cleaned the floor, leveled uneven sections, and installed high quality anti-moisture (instead of plastic alternative), installed the vinyl, upgraded my baseboard and even did some paint job post installation. My family and I were very happy, satisfied, and thankful to Richard and Crystal flooring. As such, I highly recommend him to everyone. I needed carpet for three bedrooms and a living room, so I called four different flooring companies.
