I have used RB Handyman Services for both some small stuff (clean rain gutters, change some interior doorknobs), and some big stuff (rebuild and re-wire an interior wall). In all cases, Rick and his crew were courteous and professional. As the interior wall project progressed, the requirements changed and both Rick and his crew collaborated with me to come up with the best solution to problems as they arose. They do good work. I will use them again. read more

We needed some work done in our kitchen and talked with several handymen/contractors trying to find one we had confidence in to do the tile work and appliance installation professionally and neatly. RB Handyman Services exceeded our expectations. Rick was thoughtful and professional when he came to the house, and submitted a detailed quotation. Steve came to do the work and we could not have been more pleased. He was creative in solving a couple of the challenges we had with the tile and trim work, and did a great job installing the range hood. He was pleasant, neat and thorough and completely cleaned up and and all evidence of his work. We highly recommend them. read more

We have periodically hired 'Rick' and his business to do various small and larger jobs with excellent results. Most recently last October they came out and repaired and painted some of the fascia on front of our home. They also put up fencing to keep the birds from nesting. Recently some very determined birds broke through and were in the beginning stages of making a nest. Rick sent his man out today and in short, solved our problem. From the first call to the relations took a few days. We would recommend RB Handyman to all! read more

Update: I called RB Handyman Services for the 2nd time recently and had a bunch more random work done: faucet replacement, light switch replacement, fence repair... more. This time Robert was my guy and he was excellent and delightful to work with. He got everything done in a day, made recommendations for further shoring up a section of fence between my yard and my neighbor's (which we'll do next week,) and was just a really nice guy! I find their pricing very reasonable for what I'm needing done, and highly recommend them to anyone with a bunch of projects to do. read more

RB Handyman Services was a great experience! Thank you Rick! I needed drywall repair and Rick came over immediately! He picked up right away and scheduled the work to be done that same week. He gave me a fair estimate the same day. RB Handyman services went above and beyond on the work they did, they exceeded my expectations and did top notch quality work. They even cleaned up after and made sure to explain everything during the entire process. Thank you Rick and RB Handyman. I hired RB Handyman Services to help repair 25+ open panels. Unfortunately, I had to do repiping for my 1800 square foot house. I then contacted various GC/repair vendors based Yelp reviews. When Rick came to do estimate, he was the only one who broke down details and related costs. He estimated 2 weeks. His team completed the project within their estimated time. During these 2 weeks, one of his guys couldn't make 1 day due to personal matters. They notified me in the morning prior to the start of their day. Jason picked it up by working a bit longer to stay on schedule. They also called out the plumber who accidentally cut my electric wires related to my kitchen outlet and garbage disposal. They openly shared its not to code and they couldn't patch it. The plumber came back a few times, doing a quick fix. I ultimately ended up complaining to the plumber's president, who finally did the right thing and fixed it according to code. Unfortunately, RB Handyman missed counted the # of holes. To be fair, we mutually agreed to pay an additional cost for the missed holes (bit at lower/per hole cost). I appreciated how Jason prepped and covered our floors and furniture. I also appreciate how they respected the apace and put it back accordingly. Jason did an excellent job closing the panels and matching the roughness of the wall. I appreciate the quality, their professionalism, their integrity with code, timeliness, etc. I will definitely use them for future projects. Thank you, Rick and Jason! read more

We HIGHLY recommend RB Handyman Services! Rick, and his crew, recently installed a porch railing that beautifully completes the look of our Craftsman style house. Before meeting Rick, we interviewed a couple of other contractors who were hesitant to take on the project because of our suspension foundation. Rick, however, was resourceful, willing to think outside the box, and came up with an installation plan that worked without tapping into the foundation. His on-site crew, Robert and Logan, were an amazing duo. Meticulously working side by side, they were extremely neat and efficient. Each took great time and care, as if they were working on their own home. The finished project exceeded our expectations! We will definitely contact them first, for all of our future projects! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been so unprofessional to deal with and I regret starting my project with them. First of all, the "owner" Rick, no way he could be the real owner, is so creepy and unprofessional. He talked about his marriage troubles most of our initial visit and even tried to go in for a hug. I had children home and even thought it was very strange. Keep your hands to yourself. WE FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE in our own home. I was assured the "lead techs" would be skilled and professional and that was a joke too. They arrived on time but couldn't even do basic kitchen plumbing and electrical. We had to have them come back more than twice to fix it. That was their lead guys?? Price wasn't that much of a deal either. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to help with your projects. read more

Rick and Ashley were responsive to my initial request for an estimate and subsequent scope adjustments. Jamie came on time and did a quick walk-through to confirm scope, expectations, and requirements around materials. We've used Rick and his teams on numerous occasions because their work is priced very reasonably and is well done. We had a custom built awning put over a door that constantly had water fly in every time we opened it during a rainstorm and it was done so beautifully and no more torrential downpours in my living room. The door they put on our storage shed is so rat proof that the rats cry any time they look at it. I highly recommend using their service for any job big and small. read more

Everything went well! The workers are very experienced and really know what they're doing. They arrived on time, stayed on task and got the job done well with the right attention to detail, making sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. RB Handyman provided many helpful services when we moved into our Oakley House 7 years ago, with a few items that needed repairs. But most recently, RB Handyman responded to a request for help with a pair of French doors that were not properly latching and unlatching. Before the emailed estimate arrived, the helpful suggestions of the technician who checked the doors allowed me to resolve the problem on my own !! NO CHARGE.
