Handyman Gutierrez made a difficult job look easy. My kitchen window trims were rotten. Our painter told me to find a carpenter to replace the trim before he can continue the paint job. Handyman Gutierrez came within a few days, took out the existing window, replace a whole bunch of wood and trims. He even cleaned up after himself which was a pleasant surprise. He finished the job within 5 hours. Great work and my painter was happy with the work and paint job was completed the next day. He even helped me secured the kitchen baseboard which came loose. We had a water supply line leak in our kitchen ceiling. The ceiling had to be opened up to get to the pipe and fix it. After the repair, we needed to have our ceiling patched and textured so I came here to Yelp to solicit help. German responded quickly and requested pictures of the ceiling. He gave us a reasonable quote and, after reading previous reviews, we decided to go with him. German and Alejandra arrived on time (actually, a couple of minutes early :-)) and had the materials with them. They took a quick survey of the ceiling and set off to work. They were very efficient and even put a barrier around the work area so as not to spread dust from the work. The result is very good! The new section is consistent with the rest of the ceiling including the texturing. German and Alejandra were very pleasant to work with and very honest. Our bill was as quoted.
