We had our our carpet replaced with LVP 2 years ago by Just Floor It. We started noticing issues with the installation about a year ago and have been trying to contact the company to come take a look at the installation work. My husband has contacted them numerous times and has been left hanging over a year... everytime we call, they say they'll call us back and nothing. Just another excuse after the other when we call back everytime. We had such a positive experience working with Angel when we first agreed to move forward with the project, but now this follow-up experience has been really disappointing. read more

Awful experience! We drove two hours to this place and the sales lady has no clue what they sell even being unable to point to where the engineered hardwood is. We found it as she called one then two others for help one of which argued to her (she was nice, he wasn't). I wouldn't trust these people to floor a chicken coup. read more

I had terrible experience with them! Customer service is HORRIBLE. It's been maybe 3 yrs since I've had the floor installed. Had them out many times to repair different rising problems. Now the floor has lifted in numerous places & the floor has actually cracked. The owner Ryan told me awhile back after yet another fix he wasn't going to come out any more. Back up product & work!! read more

You Paul, are a joke! So are your inept workers! Trying to change the number on our check from two years ago, and trying to redeposit! Who does this? You are a fraudster! Angel was right about you, he tried to warn us about you. When you can't pay your employees on time, says a lot about you. What you tried to do is criminal, but I guess that's just normal business to a crook like you! I should be billing you for the damage done to my 9,000.00 dollar refrigerator, when your workers pulled it out into the corner of my island & put a 4" dent in it. Idiots! Not to mention, the nicks in my cabinets & walls & lastly, my floor with 1/2" gaps in it! You Paul & your lousy company suck!! read more

Ryan, You waited 5 months to respond. You charged for prepping concrete for vinyl flooring installation. Yet when we walk on our floor it feels like we are walking on plastic. There's spots that were not leveled. Your men did no patching on our walls. I did that. Oh been around 40 years, don't need your recommendations. Maybe as the owner you should pay more attention to the work your company is doing. Have a nice day. read more

Awful company! No service after you use them to even return a call for a question! Quality of their flooring is just awful! Please stay away from this company as you will be so sorry! I rue the day I ever contacted them! My tile floor is awful - the quality of the installation was so poor!!!! Just an awful experience overall, they got me for another 1k before it was all over as I had to put down a huge deposit. It's just disgraceful! read more

Let me say that Alejandro and his name is Martine......we're great. They both were really nice and respectable, they did not have a problem touching up anything. They did an amazing hob with my flooring and Dan the estimator was willing to negotiate and it was worth it. I highly recommend working these guys . Thank you read more

We're so happy to have found this business. The team in the office is very open, personable and most of all, honest. After they provided our quote, they worked with us to find the best type of floor for our family and was open to our ideas on how to keep the cost within our budget. The install team was also very flexible in scheduling when the project would start and gave an accurate timeframe on when they would finish. David, the installer we worked with was efficient and experienced. We really felt like he worked on this job as if it was his own. He took extra care when moving our furniture and appliances; he also covered all of our cabinets and photos when he knew things might get dusty. When David saw problems related to his install, he communicated right away and we were always in the loop when solving any issues. When our project was finished, Just Floor It! was still open to answering any questions we had and offered to come back if we found any problems with our new floor. I would highly recommend this company if you're thinking of redoing your floors! read more

HIGHLY recommend!! Just had my new house floors installed by Just Floor It! And they were amazing to work with! From Anthony and Arielle to Joel the project foreman and his crew. Not only did they take the time to make sure i had exactly what I wanted down to quarter round trim, but they made sure the project was completed on time and even a day ahead of schedule! I wish i could give more stars because they are amazing!!! read more

I had an amazing experience with Just Floor it! Two weeks ago my tenant had moved out and after his leaving, I noticed that I couldn't open the refrigerator door as the floor underneath had lifted up about 3 inches. It turns out that the previous tenant had allowed water to sit in the area for long periods of time which caused the damage. I had a new prospective tenant coming to look at the rental later that weekend so I reached out to Just Floor It. I worked with Ariel, who came in, determined the problem, moved all the furniture out, and got to work pulling off the laminate and damaged hard wood underneath. Ariel was very knowledgeable, came prepared with all her tools and equipment, worked very hard through the early evening and left my floors looking like new! I couldn't be happier with Just Floor It and Ariel and I highly recommend this company!! read more

I wish I could assign 10 stars. Our experience was perfect wit Just Floor It. We called them because we wanted to purchase Proximity Mills flooring and they carried the line. Ariel brought out samples to us in Stockton so we could make our choices. When it came to the installation David and Miguel were outstanding. They arrived timely, were very polite and did an incredible job. They were true craftsmen. We will be singing their praises for many years. An unbelievable experience - thank you Just Floor It!! read more

Ryan makes the process so seamless and the work he produces is amazing. He was so patient as we had a hard time choosing our flooring (which we purchased from JFI). David and his crew member (can't recall his name) were professional, obviously skilled and hard working and friendly. We found Just Floor It on Yelp when we needed a repair done in our condo, Ryan did the job same day! When we moved into our new house there was no question we would go with Just Floor It and the results were great. Whenever someone walks in our house the first thing they say is wow nice floors! Definitely recommend! read more

Just Floor it provided excellent service for the installation of my new floors. I contacted them after the failure of another flooring contractor to install the LVP I purchased from another store. Ariel was gracious enough to come to my home to discuss the project and the materials I had purchased. She was very knowledgeable having been trained and learning the business since a young teenager. She provided me with the names of the team members, David and Ivan, who would come out to my home; remove old carpet and install the new floors throughout my home and assured me of their qualifications, experience, and personality :-). They did an excellent job; were very knowledgeable and helpful in their recommendations, which I finally accepted and so thankful I did, AND left the working areas clean each day. I would highly recommend Just Floor it!, and it is a must see to visit their show room as well! They are a hidden jewel! Thank you Ariel, David, and Ivan. Denise read more

Went in, people were very friendly, set up an appointment. The guy came out, again, very friendly, but didnt know what he was at my house for. No big deal, reexplained, he took measurements, and said he would be in touch with my quote in an hour. I waited two weeks since i was busy anyway, still no call. I called in just to make sure he wrote my number correct, the lady on the phone remembered me, took my info, and said she would contact him and have him get back to me. It has been another week and no reply. Wasted two days of goin in looking at flooring, and a day waiting for them for the appointment, and no response. read more

Definite 5 stars for Just Floor it! They just finished our LVP flooring this past Friday and did a great job from start to finish. I had been wanting to redo our floors for nearly 5 years and finally got the gears going to do the project about a month ago. Ariel helped me pick out some samples and did the in-home estimate, and she was super friendly and communicative through the whole process. David was our installer, and he too was prompt, friendly, and very good at what he does. When some unexpected work came up (some additional prep work to our subflooring), they gave us quotes for 2 different ways of going about the work and explained the differences in detail. In comparison to other companies, they had a wider selection of flooring to choose from and came in with a competitive price. I will highly recommend Just Floor It to anyone looking for beautiful quality work, a smooth transactional process, and a fair price. Will edit to add some photos! read more

I had a very modest job due to installation of a new HVAC system which required removal, modification, and replacement of some baseboard. While it was a simple job it still required a professional with the right tools to do a nice finish. Most companies wanted $XXX amount regardless of the scope. Just Floor It! was willing to take on my small job and treat me with the same respect as a bigger effort. Ariel came out just in time to remove the boards before installation then returned to replace immediately after the HVAC was done. She was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Just Floor It! for any job large or small. They will take care of you. Thanks Ryan and Ariel! read more

I was referred by a friend who just had her floors done. I spoke to Ariel who came over and measured and was very clear and concise. Very friendly and inciteful. I live with my mother who is sick and not stationary so I explained she would not be able to be move or leave. The installers were so respectful and so very professional they worked around us. Angel also was amazing and helpful. The quote and billing is so clear and everything is written line by line of what they are charging you for. I recommend these guys I just wish they did more home improvement services because I would use them for everything. My floors are game changing. I chose a walnut style luxury vinyl planks that are so gorgeous. The details to the baseboards are worth the cost. read more

Hired this company to repair my water damaged floor in the kitchen area. I'll start by saying, I understand that water damage is tricky and you really don't know what you're going to get until you pull the floors up... The "one day" job turned into a 2 day job... that happens. BUT, the laminate was not installed correctly which left one board uneven and depress when it was walked on. I had to schedule another day for them to come and fix the installation mistake. They tried to make me pay for another box of boards, which I refused, because an installation error surely shouldn't be my expense. 2nd time my floors were ripped up.. when the installer was finished, I noticed, yet again, another floor board was uneven and depressed as you walked on it. I called to let one of the managers know my frustration. Angel, who was very unprofessional and made excuses as to why the job was done wrong again. Not only that, but Ariel who did the quote for us even admitted she made many mistakes on the quote and then tried to disguise it as giving us a discount. Finally the store manager, Dan, came to inspect my floors and then told me the whole kitchen and family room floors would have to be ripped up. Why did it take 3 tries to figure out they should have just done that in the first place??? This was a nightmare experience, especially when they sent me another $5,000 quote, full price, even though this would be the 3rd time they ripped up my floors. Awful awful experience here, please do not put yourself through this nightmare. I will not be surprised when a manager comments on here to give an "explanation" which is really just another undercover excuse. read more

Ryan was amazing! He came all the way to Dublin few times to make sure we have the right color. He also was always responsive to my questions and texted back immediately. Just floor it is a business that delivers quality product and exceptional customer service . I incurred water damage and was at a loss of where to start. I decided to start with YELP. I entered all the necessary information and within a few hours had 3 companies reach out to me. Just Floor it was one of them. Ryan was absolutely great. He sent someone to my house the next day to measure. Once measured, Ryan explained the process and my options, all the while having patience due to me not being able to decide on a product. He asked me questions to help me narrow down which product would be best for my household. Of course, waterproof was at the top of my list! . Ryan explained each product with the benefits/disadvantages. Since I still couldn't pull the trigger on a product he had an employee bring quite a few samples to my home. Needless to say his stock went up even more with me. Once I decided on a product Ryan gave me a time line. He said 3 days, and I really didn't think that was possible. Keep in mind the job was for the entire floor downstairs ( Kitchen, family room, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, dining room and living room). His employees came on Tuesday and were done on Thursday. I was floored! . The guys were neat, courteous and professional. Ryan kept in constant contact with me through the entire process. I plan on having my stairs done and I will absolutely be calling Just Floor It! Thank you Ryan for a job well done. read more

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. First let me say that I have done a multitude of remodeling projects over the last 23 years, big and small. I have extensive experience with designers, contractors, subcontractors etc.. Generally, I have had a good experience with everyone I have employed but I feel that Just Floor It! is a standout among all the companies I have worked with. It took me a long time to come around to the idea that I wanted LVP, but once I did, I decided I wanted the best product I could afford. After much research, I concluded that a product from Proximity Mills (DOMA) was the way to go. What I found out is that this flooring company exceeds all expectations with regard to quality, esthetics, VOC's and affordability. Since I wanted to redo my flooring only once, I wanted to get the best product I could afford with the hopes that I would be pleased with the look of it and it's performance for a long time. Finding a retailer in the Bay Area that carries Proximity Mills is difficult though, as there is only one: Just Floor It!. So I headed over to their the showroom, and from that point forward it has been nothing but a wonderful experience. I met Anthony, who helped me on numerous occasions to select a product. I kept taking and returning samples to find the right one. Despite this, he was always very patient, informative, friendly and helpful. He very kindly came all the way to my house to bring samples or take them away so I didn't have to do that every time. He measured my floor twice to make absolutely certain we were ordering the right amount. He answered all of my questions, addressed any worries, and helped me solve the problem of uneven floor heights. Honestly, this young man has a bright future as he is honest, kind and hard working. Once I selected my dream floor, the product was ordered and was delivered in just a couple weeks! This was such a blessing, considering the delays and supply chain issues we've all seen in the last few years. Just Floor It! immediately scheduled the install and we were all set to go. No hassles, everything was simple, straightforward and streamlined. This business has a system that works, thank goodness. No miscommunications, always prompt in dealing with me....very accommodating people over all. On the day of the install, I met David and Miguel, my installers. Again a wonderful experience... these two installers were a pleasure to work with. They repeatedly let me know that if I didn't like something to let them know and they would be happy to change or fix it. They were very meticulous, clean and organized and they had decades of experience installing floors that was truly reflected in their workmanship. I could not have hoped for better installers. The planks were installed intelligently with no two alike next to each other, which makes the floor look more like an authentic hardwood floor. They color matched all the quarter rounds and trim EXACTLY which made the end result look even better. My baseboards turned out great, each cut was very precise and the paint job was perfection. Overall, the end result is just beautiful. I am beyond happy with my new floors, I really am. Any issue that came up in this process, Anthony, David and Miguel never said no to me. Over and over again, they reminded me that customer satisfaction is their first priority. I can not remember the last time I have heard that phrase to be honest. That sentiment seems to have gone the way of the do-do bird with most companies, but not at Just Floor It!. They truly epitomize a great flooring company that values their customers above all else. I felt completely confident and taken care of by this company, and I just wanted to spread the word that Just Floor It! deserves your business, you won't be disappointed. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

Ryan was awesome - a true master of his craft. A detail-oriented perfectionist, with customer service that is second to none (and impressive response times, to boot). He treats your home as if it was his own, was respectful and consistently cleaned up afterwards. I felt that we were quite demanding, as we had one request after another, and he happily accommodated us with a cheerful attitude - this guy goes the extra mile, and keeps his word when he tells you that he'll do something. I'm impressed by both the sales and warehouse management sides of Just Floor It! I needed to purchase vinyl plank flooring for a unit I'm renovating. Ariel was helpful and knowledgeable, and she responded promptly to my email questions after the sale. Angel, the warehouse manager, really was an angel. He stepped in immediately when one-third of the flooring---delivered by an independent freight company---arrived damaged. (I live on a hill in San Francisco. The flooring fell off the truck and crashed on the street.) I was concerned that I'd be on my own to negotiate with a giant national freight company about replacing the damaged flooring.
