He came and installed quickly and efficiently. No more leaks! Additionally, I had been in the process of installing new Subzero and Wolf appliances in the kitchen. The company has very strict requirements for installation of the refrigerator. Upon inspection, it was determined that the above refrigerator cabinet had to be raised to accommodate the new refrigerator hight. Also, the electrical outlet needed to be moved up several feet because all the electrical workings sit on top of the refrigerator, rather than below like most refrigerators. Chuey was able to make the necessary changes BUT, it didn't stop there! Because Subzero suggests a "built in" look for esthetics, I needed to add panels to fill a small gap. I could have purchased panels from Subzero for an added cost but Chuey was able to create a wood panel and stain it to match existing wood cabinets. This also required the crown molding on top the cabinets had to be added to fit the new changes. Chuey was able to find moldings and stained this to match. Chuey managed to work around both our busy schedules and this was much appreciated. I am very happy with my new appliances and all the extra work Chuey did to retrofit and create a beautiful esthetics in the kitchen! I would recommend Chuey and plan on more projects for his handy work!

We visited their shop shortly after and Gary gave samples for us to review. Since my husband has our counters' measurements, Gary was able to give us a quote the same day. Due to the large piece quartz we need for kitchen is back ordered, we ended up using quartz from Gary's shop for our bathrooms and bought different quartz slabs from another stone/slab store for our kitchen & Gary arranged to pickup them up for fabrication/installation. Gary's team needs about 2- 2-1/2 week lead time but at the end, their workmanship is very good so it is well worth it! Excellent Service, Attention to Detail, and Professionalism!…read more I recently hired RB Handyman Service to tackle a long list of repairs and maintenance projects around my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience! Rick, the owner, arrived right on time at 8 a.m. to walk through approximately ten different projects I needed completed. These included hardwiring six smoke detectors, removing an old whole-house vacuum system and capping the PVC pipe, replacing caulking around my kitchen sink, shower, and bathtub, cleaning and maintaining our whole-house fan, replacing a faulty dimmer switch, and repairing and painting rotted wood on an outdoor shed and a bathroom baseboard. Rick took incredibly detailed notes and sent me a thorough estimate that same afternoon. The pricing was very fair, and after I approved the estimate, he called to let me know they could begin the following Monday. Jason arrived promptly at 8 a.m. Monday morning. Although I hadn't met him before, he immediately put me at ease by walking through every item on the list to confirm exactly what needed to be done. He was organized, professional, and got right to work, including picking up supplies and matching paint colors. I felt completely comfortable leaving for work while he worked on the house. When I returned that afternoon, I honestly couldn't even tell anyone had been there! Not a speck of dust, no mess, and no evidence of the amount of work that had been completed. Everything was left spotless. On Tuesday, Logan arrived to finish the last couple of painting details. Before wrapping up, he took the time to walk through the completed projects with me to make sure I was happy with everything. When I returned home, every item was finished, everything was clean, and the house was securely locked. What impressed me most was the exceptional communication and attention to detail between Rick and his employees. There was absolutely no disconnect between what I discussed with the owner and what his team actually completed. Every detail had been documented and communicated. At one point, I even thought a small item might have been overlooked, but Jason checked his notes, and sure enough, it was already on the list! It's refreshing to find a company where the owner and employees are equally professional, punctual, organized, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. RB Handyman Service exceeded my expectations. From the fair pricing and excellent communication to the quality of work and immaculate cleanup, the entire experience was outstanding. I will absolutely be calling Rick and his team again for future repairs and larger projects. I highly recommend RB Handyman Service to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented handyman company!
