The team at TSP Remodeling didn't just do a beautiful job on our home--they showed a level of kindness and humanity that I will never forget. While they were at our house replacing our carpet with hardwood floors, my dog Fiona accidentally got out. I wasn't home at the time and got a call saying she had escaped. My heart dropped and I rushed home in a panic. I immediately went to the park where I always walk her, searching and calling her name. There was no sign of her. I ran up and down the street, then went back to the park and called her name even louder. Suddenly, from across the park, I saw Fiona running as fast as she could straight toward me. At the same time, a man named Anthony got out of his car and ran toward her to help. When I finally picked Fiona up, I was so overwhelmed with relief and gratitude that I asked him if I could give him a hug. When I got back to the house, I found out something that touched my heart even more -- the entire crew from TSP Remodeling had actually stopped working and went out searching for Fiona to help bring her home safely. These men took time away from their jobs just to help me find my dog. That kind of compassion is rare, and it meant the world to me. I do not recommend this company. I contacted him for a quote, sent a video of my floors, and then spent two weeks calling and texting trying to schedule a visit for an estimate. He was completely unresponsive and never followed up. There was no reason for the lack of communication, and it honestly felt like my business was unwanted. TDLR; Anthony was overall a pleasure to work with! Our project took 2 weeks total to complete (empty condo) It consisted of: 1) replacing the entire flooring of our condo (we had a mix of flooring - tiles, carpet, hardwood, linoleum). We replaced all with SPC vinyl waterproof flooring and new baseboards. 2) demolish and install new bathroom vanities (we ordered some pre-fabs from Costco) 3) replace kitchen countertop from granite to quartz and partially lowered the raised pony wall /breakfast bar A few takeaways from working with Anthony: -Anthony's system is pretty advanced! He was able to use some sort of software to provide virtual quote and that came pretty accurate with what he ended up measuring in person. -material needs to be purchased through Anthony. Our quartz countertops and SPC flooring were both from the showrooms he either partners with or owns. Options can be limited so i would suggest you check those showrooms out and see if there are materials you like beforehand. -Anthony is very flexible and efficient! Since I live in a community with HOA, it can be a hassle to get construction projects approved and moving. Anthony was quick to provide any documents I needed (proof of insurance, license, etc.) so I could submit it in time for the monthly board meeting. -Anthony is responsive to calls and messages so if you have any questions or need clarifications don't hesitate to reach out. If you want something a certain way, Anthony will make sure to weigh in his own input as a professional but also make sure you are happy! -Payment is done by job progress. You pay for the material first (50% from the job line item), then the rest is paid as you go. If the job is done, you pay 100% of it. If the job is 80% done, you pay 80% of it. I had thought at first that we pay by job completion, so I was surprised when asked to pay for 80%. Note: the software they use to issue invoices may be a bit confusing as it combines the payments already paid from before into the updated invoice (not their fault though, blame the software!) Only complaint about payment with Anthony is that I wish there was a bit more of a lead time to pay the invoice. I was given about 12 hours to pay the first progress invoice. They said their company pay day was that day and I had to pay by that night. I felt a bit pressured and rushed but we got it all sorted out. All has been paid off now and the end result looks good! (Except one area in the dining/living area that still feels uneven but Anthony said we just need to wait for the floors to settle. He said we have lifetime installation warranty. Hearing this makes me feel at ease since this is my first ever renovation project and I keep reading horror contractor stories.) Lastly, I'm not 100% sure but I think they are more of a general contractor company that has subcontractors. I didn't mind that since i was doing multiple projects (countertops, flooring, vanities, etc). Having just one point of contact made it easier for me. I have been trying to work with this company since May to complete work on my downstairs closet/hallway. They repaired my walls when I had water damage due to a water heater leak. When initial work was complete, I started placing my items back into the closet. I kept noticing unfinished work. The trimming on the doors weren't done. I had to call Anthony and schedule another day and time for this to be completed. Once that was rescheduled and done, I noticed the trimming was slightly off center. I did not mind too much, and just let it slide since it was on the inside of my closet. We had to schedule a day and time for completing the painting. This was difficult as well as none of his staff were available. Sorry, but I could not recommend this company. read more

Looking for someone to replace the linoleum in our kitchen, bathroom and TSP came up on Yelp. We went to their office and talked to a very personable staffer and gave our specs. We gave our phone and email - sent them our email so there could be no possibility of an error. That was June 12 and today is the 26th. I recently reached out to a few companies to get a quote for countertop replacement - TSP Flooring & Home Remodeling was one of them (I reached out via Yelp on 7/14). Anthony responded pretty quickly, and asked me to send pictures of the kitchen so a quote could be provided. I provided pictures, a diagram of my kitchen, let them know what materials I wanted to use as well as letting them know a few details about my project. I emailed directly to the business, instead of using Yelp because Yelp wasn't allowing me to attach anything to my message. You know what happened next? Nothing. I reached out again on 7/20 to ask if anything further was needed from me. On 7/21 I received this reply: "Hello, I believe we received your email I will look into it today and contact you if we have any questions thank you!" As of this moment, I've received nothing else. How reliable is a company that won't respond? I'm guessing they looked at my pics & diagram and decided they didn't want to take on a small job (it's only $6K+). While I'm sure this company is very busy, it's pretty rude to just not communicate anymore. A 'sorry but we can't help you' email is pretty quick and easy to send. Good luck if you hire these folks. 5 stars just don't seem enough. Anthony showed up very quickly to my home to see what he could do to fix the disaster that the last contractor left behind. I thought it would be an impossible feat to make my kitchen presentable again. Instead, he assured me that it would be fixed and beautiful. It seemed almost over night that he had Abraham and his crew came in - did a template for my counter tops and before you know it my countertops were installed and voila! Every time I walk into my kitchen I have the BIGGEST SMILE on face..............it is so BEAUTIFUL! I cannot tell you enough how happy I am!! This was our third and final leg of our house remodel and of course, we went with Anthony and his very talented team once again. This job was probably the most intense as I wanted a complete transformation of our primary bathroom. I knew what I wanted it to look like in my head, so I scribbled out a sketch, and somehow Anthony and his team literally made it come to life. The bathroom was completely gutted and rebuilt from the floor up! It is EXACTLY what I had imagined it would look like and more! Josh is truly a wizard and can do anything and very well at that. Codey is such a polite young man and quite the worker (he helped Josh on many occasion and picked up and dropped off most of the bathroom supplies and tiles). Because I was moving the tub and extending the shower, a lot of work went into the moving of pipes, and Pedro did a great job. There was a lot of patch/retexturing and Ricardo did a fabulous job, as always. The porcelain walls turned out absolutely gorgeous and Abraham and his team really have the skills it takes to line up the veining and make it look seamless. John is so talented in cabinetry. I asked for a floor-to-ceiling cabinet next to a sit down vanity and he built the most gorgeous setup for me. Nico is an amazing tile guy. Our floor tiles are very large and he made them line up and look so elegant (even if he had to lay them down one, two, three times to get them perfect!) I have to say, working with Anthony over the course of three years has made it very easy to see if he's just "putting on a good show" for new customers and I can assure you that he is not. Over the course of the three remodels, he has maintained his excellent responsiveness, integrity, willingness to make suggestions (it was his idea to have a doorless shower and we LOVE IT!) I see way too many posts online about contractors that don't finish the job (even after being paid) or are impossible to get ahold of/don't return calls and I can say that Anthony is the complete opposite of that type of contractor. We really have counted on him time and time again, and he's never let us down. If we ever have another house to remodel, I can only hope that Anthony and his teams will be available for the job! read more

We had Anthony's team remodel a hallway and master bathroom. Anthony set up a consultation within 2 days, worked with us to identify what we had in mind, had us choose the materials we want, and provided a reasonable quote in about a week. Anthony's team is very flexible and worked with us through holidays and vacations to get through the two bathroom remodels, mostly working in our house from 9am- 3pm on weekdays while our child was at school and occasional Saturday mornings. Converted hallway shower to tub and shower combo and expanded master bath shower to 7 ft and new floors in both bathrooms. Sept-Mar timeframe but we took a number of vacations in between. Suggestions: Definitely make sure you pick out materials quickly and have Anthony order them for you, so you can assure they are in stock when the install happens to keep the process moving, if you want the jobs done quickly. Make sure you check work regularly/daily in case there are miscommunications. They did have to buy us a new toilet after discarding the existing toilet by mistake. Anthony is good about fixing any mishaps while the job is happening. Also if you are particular about shoes in the house like us, make sure their team remembers to get an ample amount of drop cloths or get some of your own or lay out cardboard in case they forget or don't have enough for your entry to the job. I did have to carpet clean and mop the floor area afterwards. All in all the jobs turned out well. Hopefully you all have the same experience. read more

We wanted a kitchen and floor facelift. We had large chipping travertine tiles all downstairs. I asked if we can put hardwood or vinyl directly over the tiles. Anthony was very familiar with this process. In two rooms with carpet, they used a self leveling concrete to raise the floor and then lay the planks on top. For the kitchen, we wanted new countertops, backsplash, sink and a new custom island. Everyone who works for Anthony was so pleasant and respectful in our home. His team was clean and accommodating and fun to be around. Anytime I asked a question or had an idea, Anthony was very supportive and reassured me that it could be done. For instance, I wanted to run my flooring on a diagonal. I wanted a custom island, with very large drawers, I wanted my backsplash to go to the ceiling. These ideas were supported and I was made to feel like my ideas were good. Anthony was very good at organizing the order of events and installs. He was also a great communicator when something was going to be delivered or someone would be arriving. Anthony seems to know a lot of local people and grew up here, and seems to be well liked. Hello Anthony: I happened to see your response - but since I am not comfortable contacting you directly, I am responding here. Unfortunately, your post did not provide correct facts - primarily that you did NOT tell me that I could or would have holes left in my stairs when you were done OR be responsible for those holes. Those holes were not left from the previous flooring company, but were actually opened when your installer removed the bull nose from the staircase (which also ended up reducing the depth of the each stair). The issue could have easily been resolved had you communicated this information to me and, when it was discovered, we discussed resolutions, but instead you were rude and threatening. Although many people have come to my home and admired the beautiful floors that Shawn completed, in all good conscience I would not recommend you due to your bad customer service and your rude attitude towards me. read more

Zack worked on the floors throughout our master bedroom and loft while Shaun worked on the stairs and baseboards. The baseboards tho! Anthony, the boss, came to our house with his "show van" a couple days after our first phone call. Since we kinda knew what we wanted it was a no brainer to pick one from his AC5 laminate wood planks.
