They offered a very competitive rate/price without any hidden charges. Also, what I like about his approach was his attention to detail. He laid out the sequence of steps he needed to do and followed through above and beyond. Now prior to me visiting their show room, I went to REPUBLIC warehouse and picked (took picture) SPC vinyl type that I wanted for my house. Richard was very accommodating when I told him, I wanted a specic vinyl. He just asked for the picture and info of the Vinyl that I wanted, and did all the logistics behind the scene. During the installation process days, Richard and his team (I remember Matt and Tony), were always punctual and efficient. They were very meticulous and worked section by section of my house. They moved the furniture, removed the carpet and baseboards, cleaned the floor, leveled uneven sections, and installed high quality anti-moisture (instead of plastic alternative), installed the vinyl, upgraded my baseboard and even did some paint job post installation. My family and I were very happy, satisfied, and thankful to Richard and Crystal flooring. As such, I highly recommend him to everyone. Floorings, i've found water damaged on my subfloor. Why did I have water damage? May you ask well when they built the house, they built it with particle board on the floors. If you can only imagine that Richard gave me the option. He said you can cover it up. It is waterproof vinyl, but I don't recommend it. We went with his recommendation. I had the sub floors replaced with 3 inch. A treated wood, the floors were installed. It took a little bit longer on our timeline, but we are so happy with the work that was done.

At the same time, a man named Anthony got out of his car and ran toward her to help. When I finally picked Fiona up, I was so overwhelmed with relief and gratitude that I asked him if I could give him a hug. When I got back to the house, I found out something that touched my heart even more -- the entire crew from TSP Remodeling had actually stopped working and went out searching for Fiona to help bring her home safely. He came and installed quickly and efficiently. No more leaks! Additionally, I had been in the process of installing new Subzero and Wolf appliances in the kitchen. The company has very strict requirements for installation of the refrigerator. Upon inspection, it was determined that the above refrigerator cabinet had to be raised to accommodate the new refrigerator hight. Also, the electrical outlet needed to be moved up several feet because all the electrical workings sit on top of the refrigerator, rather than below like most refrigerators. Chuey was able to make the necessary changes BUT, it didn't stop there! Because Subzero suggests a "built in" look for esthetics, I needed to add panels to fill a small gap. I could have purchased panels from Subzero for an added cost but Chuey was able to create a wood panel and stain it to match existing wood cabinets. This also required the crown molding on top the cabinets had to be added to fit the new changes. Chuey was able to find moldings and stained this to match. Chuey managed to work around both our busy schedules and this was much appreciated. I am very happy with my new appliances and all the extra work Chuey did to retrofit and create a beautiful esthetics in the kitchen! I would recommend Chuey and plan on more projects for his handy work!

Choosing this guy to do work at my house was a huge mistake that I regret everyday when I look at…read moremy unfinished downstairs bathroom and backyard filled with all the old fixtures and materials from the demo. He never took the old junk away as listed in his contract. Initially, things appeared ok, then he was inconsistent with his scheduling and having multiple excuses. The first couple of days he would leave to pick up one of his kids from pre-school, not to mention he would bring one child to work with him at my house. He never considered how he put us in a liability situation if anything happened to that kid while he was working and she was in the family room with my dogs behind a gate in the hallway. Then he asked for an advance to help his get his truck out of reposession in Sacramento, unfortunately, my wife and I were kind of enough to help him, then he misses two more days of work afterward. His next excuse was, "somebody must have been joy riding in the truck" and the engine is shot. I don't know If this was true or not, but I have my doubts because he never contacted us to re- schedule work dates, we had to call him. To top it off, after a little progress was finally made with the shower, he decides the scope of the project changed because I ordered a shower surround instead of tile for the shower. I thought I ordered what was needed, Lowe's sent the wrong design and material, but he still cut the material and started placing it on the shower walls. The material was already cut, so I couldn't take it back for what I requested, but he still wanted to double the cost of his initial estimate. He made it seem like it was more difficult to work with and we have him on camera in my garage telling my wife it was actually easier than tile. I didn't agree with him doubling the price and felt we should have a meeting to discuss this as didin't add up to me, then he didn't show up for the meeting, and at that point I had enough and terminated the job. This guy never removed the old bathroom materials from the demo, he left it all in my garage until my wife and I moved it outside, it was dangerously close to our cars which could have caused both of us to get injured. This guy is a terrible communicator, takes no accountability and will uses his personal issues as excuses for not showing up and getting work done. I would never hire this guy for anything, not even to change a lightbulb, and for those of you who do hire him for work, I wish you the best of luck and hopefully you'll have a better experience than my wife and I did. We're out close to 3k after dealing with this guy. We'll pursue means to recover some of it back since he didn't live up to his own contract.

I hired them to finish up flooring since I had some injuries and couldn't finish up the work and their quality and speed was phenomenal. I have an eye for attention to detail and their crew was above and beyond in how they did the flooring, going the extra mile for things that normally would be a quick shortcut for contractors hoping the customer would miss it but they didn't take any shortcuts. They were reasonably priced - not the highest or the lowest quote but Jonathan was what sold us on the work and we're more than happy to have gone with him and have recommended him to other neighbors. There's a reason why they are so backed up with work! They're popular for a good reason.
