He came and installed quickly and efficiently. No more leaks! Additionally, I had been in the process of installing new Subzero and Wolf appliances in the kitchen. The company has very strict requirements for installation of the refrigerator. Upon inspection, it was determined that the above refrigerator cabinet had to be raised to accommodate the new refrigerator hight. Also, the electrical outlet needed to be moved up several feet because all the electrical workings sit on top of the refrigerator, rather than below like most refrigerators. Chuey was able to make the necessary changes BUT, it didn't stop there! Because Subzero suggests a "built in" look for esthetics, I needed to add panels to fill a small gap. I could have purchased panels from Subzero for an added cost but Chuey was able to create a wood panel and stain it to match existing wood cabinets. This also required the crown molding on top the cabinets had to be added to fit the new changes. Chuey was able to find moldings and stained this to match. Chuey managed to work around both our busy schedules and this was much appreciated. I am very happy with my new appliances and all the extra work Chuey did to retrofit and create a beautiful esthetics in the kitchen! I would recommend Chuey and plan on more projects for his handy work!

Floorings, i've found water damaged on my subfloor. Why did I have water damage? May you ask well when they built the house, they built it with particle board on the floors. I had the sub floors replaced with 3 inch. A treated wood, the floors were installed. It took a little bit longer on our timeline, but we are so happy with the work that was done.

Everything seemed fine. There were some minor details that were not done well and had to be redone. We contacted Richard and let him know. Every time he said he would come by to fix them he wouldn't, he would always come up with some excuse from needing to help someone move immediately to his car not working or working on another contract. We trusted him so we had already paid him which was my biggest mistake. He also says that it's full service" which meant we didn't have to take anything down or remove anything from the rooms prior to him putting on the floor floors. However they are clearly not experts on putting things back together. They dismantled my kids trundle bed and put it back incorrectly, making it unsafe for them to sleep on. We didn't notice how loose the bed was and how many screws were put in to make it look like they were putting in the proper place because we had to wait a couple days to be able to sleep in our house again because we also got the interior of our house painted through him. One of his handymen put a boarder around the living room to separate the tile floor and the wood they put in. However it started to lift and a staple they used to hold it down was sticking up. Richard came to see it and said he would fix it along with the other things that's had to be done. He then text us to let us know it will be 900 to fix the boarder because in order for the boarder to not lift he would have to remove some of the tile. We said no and He never came and eventually my son got hurt because the corner of the boarder that was lifted stabbed the bottom of his big toe. We had to get someone else to come fix it. They did an amazing job and didn't have to remove any tile to fix the boarder properly. Also a slab of wood came off from the floor on my kids closet. If you do end up going with this company please with hold payment until you are completely satisfied with the job and you know nothing is lifting or breaking/broken.

The Pedestal sink was damaged (cracked) by Reasonable Remodels crew before they installed it. They offered to replace it but never did. There are numerous issues with the installation of the tiles. Pictures with descriptions show the many issues. Reasonable Remodels proposed to: "Straighten any uneven tile edges Level any tiles that are too high or low Properly seal the shower handle plate Replace the pedestal sink with the correct unit" Reasonable Remodels replied to our list of issues: "We're a small operation--not a large company with endless resources--but that's also reflected in our pricing." Their proposal to straighten uneven tile edges and level tiles too high or too low was not sufficient. The shower walls and bathroom floor tiles needed to be demolished and completely redone. We decided NOT to have Reasonable Remodels attempt any rework. The quality of their initial work did not merit them performing any other work on our property.
