I recently had Otto replace 3 of my toilets as I had the original ones which used a lot of water. Otto helped me select the toilets which I love. I also had a problem with getting hot water to my shower quickly. It took about 10 minutes before it finally warmed up which is a big waste of water. Otto suggested putting in a recirculating pump that has a timer so that it doesn't have to run all the time. The hot water now takes less than 2 minutes. Needless to say, I am saving a lot of water and my last water bill was a cost savings of $80 from the previous bill. I'll be checking my bills for several months to compare from the previous year. I am very happy with the product, workmanship, cost and timely fashion the work was done. When the work was scheduled there was no delay and done quickly. Thank you Otto. Motto Construction recently finished with the complete remodel of our kitchen and bathroom, as well as the updating of a good deal of our house. We purchased Anderson windows from Home Depot and Otto and Laci installed and cased them for us. We needed some of our floors leveled and they did an expert job. We are extremely happy with all of the worked they performed and are receiving many positive comments about our home. All of the work was done in a professional and timely manner. They are happy, friendly and great to have in the house. And, they vacuum and tidy up each day before departing!! Our home is thirty years old, thus, as we began the demo, we naturally ran into some unexpected situations. We recently had some work done by Motto Construction. We had the entire downstairs tile floors removed and new porcelain tile laid down (kitchen, bathroom, hallway and entryway). We ran into a few obstacles along the way-floor underneath old flooring was uneven and had to be sanded down, which delayed the project by a few days (in no way was this any fault of Otto and his crew). Throughout the entire process, they handled everything with skill and professionalism. Although they finished a few days past the original finish date (due to the unforeseen obstacles mentioned above), we were very impressed by the work done and have gotten many wonderful compliments on our new floor.
