We had Mike and his guys remodel our old, outdated and ugly bathroom. It was a complete gut. The finished bathroom has been transformed into exactly what we wanted! It is beautiful! Mike and Beverly and their crew were great to work with. They were very professional and courteous and wanted us to be happy with the end result which we definitely are. The owners contributed great design insight and material selection guidance. During construction the floors leading to the bathroom were covered, a zip wall was installed to isolate the crew from the rest of the home and the crew practiced responsible Covid-19 social distancing and wore masks. They also wiped down door handles and the surfaces with Clorox wipes every day when leaving. The cost was exactly as estimated plus a couple scope changes that I made. The length of the project was longer than anticipated, partly because of the Covid-19 Shelter In Place Orders and scope changes. I plan on doing my kitchen and won't hesitate to hire M Lane Construction to do that job. read more

I interviewed four contractors for our project which was a Trex deck. They were the only company who could answer every single one of my detailed questions. Mike even FaceTimed my husband and I when we had more questions after reviewing our estimate. I will say they weren't the cheapest contractor but do you want it done right or do you want to skimp? They are worth it! Our deck is perfect and with Trex it's a very exact process that has to happen during installation. The cost matched the estimate and the timeline matched what was promised. I had water heater failure that caused mold damage to about a third of my house, downstairs. My insurance company suggested a jackwagon for the job (I tried hiring him way before this ever happened, and he quoted me $$$$$$$$. Sorry, bro... Just because your name is on the company trucks doesn't mean you can spew amounts out of your face hole and think people will pay them). Burned by that experience, I chose M Lane instead.
