I had a great experience remodeling my kitchen with Green Group. O worked with Tula, who was great! The project turned out beautifully and I am so pleased. This was a big project that involved knocking out a load-bearing wall. Tula was responsive and professional, as were his crew. The project stayed on time and was (mostly) within budget. I would definitely use Green Group again for future projects and had a great experience from start to finish! read more

I had an excellent experience working with Ron from Green Group Remodeling over the last few weeks while exploring a garage conversion. Although I've decided to put the project on hold for personal reasons (finishing a campervan project first!), I wanted to specifically highlight Ron's incredible professionalism and dedication. I did a lot of research for this project, and Green Group was the only one out of five companies that offered both competitive pricing and a payment plan that strictly followed California law. That level of transparency and commitment to legal standards is rare and was deeply appreciated. We spent over three weeks going back and forth on the quotation and contract details. Ron was extremely patient, answering every single question I had and providing a highly detailed, transparent 16-page proposal. If you're looking for a team that is thorough, communicative, and professional, I highly recommend reaching out to Ron. They will be my first call as soon as I'm ready to move forward with the conversion! read more

Roy was my competent project manager and ensured that our input was valued in the process of final planning. The marble bathroom steam room project was flawlessly executed. There were minor issues several months after the project was competed. When I research out, I got a lightning fast response from Roy and he sent Cristian who repaired both minor issues in a timely manner. I believe that after service of a project is just as important as the final finish of any project. I plan on working with this crew in the near future. read more

I had a great experience working with Green Group Remodeling. Becky, our project manager, was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Marco and his working crew were also great and we're very happy with the final results. While they weren't the cheapest option, the level of service and being able to reach someone when I needed to made it worth it to me. I would definitely recommend them! read more

We had an unused empty loft space that we thought would be nice to use as a baby nursery. We had mulled it over but were a bit nervous about the permit and inspection process. I had multiple and I mean multiple contractors try to talk me out of it and scare me into reasons why not to get a permit. Then I met Becky. She was incredible and really stood out compared to other contractors that came over with her energy and go-get-it mentality. I could tell she cares about her work product and leans into the customer experience side vs just getting a job done (which is shockingly rare I've noticed in the construction industry). Green Group Remodeling made the permit process (planning and multi step inspections) a breeze and stress free for me, which after some negative experiences with other contractors, was a surreal feeling. The project was completed in about a third of the time other contractors said it would take from a permit process perspective allowing my wife and I plenty of time to nest and set up our nursery before our baby arrives! Their team was outstanding with communication. The crew was on time every morning, cleaned up after themselves and overall were great to work with. All things considered, while this was a smaller job, I appreciated feeling like our job was a priority to them and would recommend Green Group Remodeling to anyone. Thank you Becky, Tony and team! read more

Green Group remodeling sets a high bar in terms of quality of service, communication, efficiency of all their employees. My project was a kitchen remodel, elevating a sunken living room, new wall, taking out fireplace facing to close it off, smoothing a flat ceiling in living, dining and kitchen area, and new flooring. All I can summarize is WOW! Communications are timely, nearly instantaneous. Work was taking place everyday all day, 6 days/week and so progress was briskly occurring. Daniel Lusky was my project Manager and from the first initial consultation he stood out among the four companies I consulted with because he is very concise, efficient with his questions/observations, took measurements while we were talking, showed me samples/ideas from their Instagram. My project is not quite done yet but as of this writing this is the progress after 2.5 weeks- see pics. I am super excited and really pleased! Highly recommended!! read more

We had Green Group remodel our deck from the ground up recently. I am extremely pleased with the job that was done from the team. We hired Green Group, specifically Tula, to do an extensive renovation of our bathroom after he was recommended by a friend. It was a complicated renovation involving moving the shower, switching water heater tank to tankless, removing walls etc. Tula and his team were excellent to work with and did a great job. I would highly recommend him! He was incredibly responsive and accommodating when changes were needed or surprises came up. His easy going manner made the project less stressful! read more

We worked with Green Group on an extensive structural + kitchen remodel + other odd jobs over the course of the year. Honestly I was so surprised and impressed by their speed and efficiency and professionalism. They were very responsive and made quick progress; we only really had to wait on other bottlenecks to our project like major delivery delays etc. Tula in particular was wonderful to work with. Not only from his easygoing demeanor, but he also made sure everything was done at quality and expectation. And when unexpected things came up, which they are bound to do, he was on top of it and helped us come to solutions we were happy with (we'd brainstorm what is worth doing versus not, and he was cost conscious which we appreciated). It always seemed that he had everyone's best interest in mind- rather than just trying to make a profit. Plus he was consistently transparent and great at communicating; we grew to really trust him. It's rare to hear that someone loved their contractor since I mostly hear horror stories about contractors to avoid. But we loved working with Green Group (Tula in particular!) and it actually makes us EXCITED to do another renovation project in the future. Also shoutout to Trino and Jesus who were often working at the jobsite and great as well; i think my toddler misses them! We LOVE the end result so truly big thank you to everyone involved. read more

Green Group was excellent. They were referred to us by friends who got their kitchen remodeled and we are super happy with how our kitchen came out. They literally made our vision come to life. Becky was amazing to work with. Very thoughtful and consultative. The team were incredibly respectful to our home and made sure to cleanse everything up professionally. They set great expectations with timelines and the entire process was enjoyable and easy. i would highly recommend Green Group for any home remodeling! read more

I posted my project on Yelp and was recommended 4 contractors. I got estimates from all four companies and Green Group's was the most reasonable overall. We wanted our inground fiberglass pool filled in with dirt and surrounding Trex deck removed. Also wanted the entire area graded, smooth, and ready for future astroturf. All workers were respectful and arrived on time daily. Our project manager, Vladi, was very responsive whenever I called him with any questions or concerns. He came by to check on progress at regular intervals. Overall we were very pleased with the finished project. read more

The Green Group Remodeling just completed replacing the master bathroom shower in my home. Omri and Ben were a pleasure to deal with to negotiate a no pressure contract for the work required. The project commenced within days of the agreement and Jose, the technician, did an excellent job on the actual construction. Omri visited the job on a daily basis to monitor the progress. The job site was cleaned after every day and caused no disruption in the household activities. The material used was of the highest quality and the resulting shower far exceeded my expectations. I can recommend the Green Group for any remodeling work and would not hesitate to use them again. J Sanders Martinez read more

This review is for Green Group Remodeling, specifically our project manager Vladi, and our contractor Arturo. We recently purchased a home and wanted to renovate the primary bathroom before we moved in. Green Group and their team were able to start on the project immediately, help us with our design, and deal with issues as they came up, to ensure that the project finished on time and was done beautifully as well. Their bid was in line if slightly above other competing bids, but still worth the value. Our contractor Arturo was on-site daily, and communicative to help address our concerns and questions. The front office was generally responsive as well, and helped us to sort through some invoices and permitting questions as well. I would recommend Green Group to anyone looking for a contractor in the Concord area, as they are knowledgeable about the processes specific to this neighborhood as well. In March of this year, our beloved oak tree toppled over and completely damaged our community fence, our pergola, and our deck. I had seen other reviews on Yelp and decided to contact them after having gotten other estimates as this was not a cheap project. . I went with my gut after meeting Jack and Ben, from the company. Their crew always showed up on time and they worked a full day. Imagine that! Jack was responsible for the actual design and Ben was in charge of construction. They worked hand-in-hand with one another and they stopped by our home frequently, to check on the progress of the job. I truly have never had the pleasure of working with a company like this before. That is the reason for giving them 5 stars. I highly recommend them. read more

I wanted to do bathroom remodel and I find Green Group Remodeling in YELP. Shay was the project manager. It's started with first meeting, there he explained to me in very professional and informative way about the process, about the code, and how everything needs to be. We scheduled second meeting and there he explained about the price and the the little details. In that moment I had the picture of my new bathroom in my mind . After that it was clear to me that I want him to manage the project. He was here every single day, he managed the project by himself. We worked with Green Group for a renovation that took about 2 years to plan and 4 months to execute. Tal Wasserstein was our project manager, and he was truly above and beyond. My friend also worked with Green Group for a remodel (his project manager has since left the company), and I can assure you that the project managers are not equal. Tal was incredibly patient and calm despite significant surprises which emerged during the course of the renovation (as I suspect is the case with any renovation). Every time he told us about an unexpected problem, he also offered multiple potential solutions, as well as his recommendation for what to do (with a clear rationale for why he recommended that course of action). For a first time home remodeler, this was critical and helped us avoid becoming overwhelmed when things behind our walls were not as expected (and if you've never done a remodel, let me tell you that this is often). He has tremendous expertise that spans paint, fixtures, structure, flooring, tiling, woodwork, and the permitting process in San Francisco. Tal was also noteworthy in how available he made himself throughout the project. We chatted him through WhatsApp multiple times a day at many different hours, and he always responded in a timely fashion (even if he was out of the country in a very different time zone). We always felt supported and never felt like he had left us to fend for ourselves on any issue. read more

We would like to thank all of you for our beautiful new bathroom. It is amazing. The space, the colors, the brightness and of course but certainly not limited to the hours spent from your team helping us create this space. From the moment we met Becky we just got a very confident & good feeling about her. She brought ideas and suggestions and advised us what we could or couldn't do with the space we had available. It was all positive. We got very excited about the plans. We received several quotes for this work, some higher, some lower, yet it truly was Becky that sold us on the GreenGroup. She explained the process, the various contractors that would be coming through our home and an approximate amount of time the project could take. She was right on from start to finish. She truly is a professional. She followed up with our calls, texts & emails to obtain the information we needed to live in the house during construction. As for the contractors; both Tony & Daniel were the best. Daniel was here early every morning and would sit in our driveway waiting to start. He worked until 5pm, cleaned up the days mess and dust and started the next day with a "Good Morning and a smile. It truly made the whole day so much better. We understood there would be a certain amount of inconvenience, yet the days went fast and we knew the prize would be our beautiful bathroom. So, on that note. Please do a shout out to your team for all their efforts in accomplishing our new bathroom that also would accommodate our "ADA requirement." We just love it and thank you and the administrative team for making the paperwork go so smoothly. read more

Warning: Avoid this contractor In June 2024, we signed a contract with Green Group Remodeling, but after weeks of planning and communication, they suddenly backed out--claiming the project wasn't profitable for them. This happened after we had already purchased materials and finalized designs. Their unprofessionalism cost us over $10,000 in extra expenses and delays. Totally unreliable and not to be trusted. read more

We had a wonderful experience with GreenGroup remodeling. I'm so used to contractors being late or coming in over budget. These people were amazing. They started on the day they would, materials arrived on the day they said they would, they finished by the time they said they would, and they charged the amount they said that they would. Green Group Remodeling completed an ADU conversion for us in 2023. While parts of the project went smoothly, we recently discovered a significant problem with the electrical work that raises serious concerns about quality control. This year, we discovered that the ADU sub‑panel had been wired with individual THHN conductors that were left exposed under the house instead of being run in a continuous conduit. This is not code‑compliant and created a safety hazard that required immediate correction. Consequently, we had to hire another electrician to replace the wiring with proper SER cable at significant cost to us. The situation was disappointing, especially given that this was permitted work that should have been done correctly the first time. We reached out to Green Group with photos, documentation, and a request for response. It has been more than a month and we have not received any follow‑up. The lack of accountability is extremely concerning. Based on our experience, we can no longer recommend Green Group Remodeling. read more

About six months ago we hired Green Group to remodel a guest bath, specifically to turn a bath tub into a walk in shower. And we had a great experience! Ben was our project manager, Becky the designer, Marco the foreman and Jorge was the Jack of all trades and did amazing tile work. Unexpected things always happen in construction, especially a remodel, and we were so fortunate to have a crew that was so communicative and helpful, taking care of any little surprises along the way. To me that is everything... how a company responds to problems and customer requests. Everyone at Green Group was open and responsive. The work was done quickly and all the workers were respectful, professional and attentive to detail. We were so happy with this bathroom, we had them redo the master bath as well. Both turned out beautiful. We would definitely use Green Group again. read more

We recently had our master bathroom renovated with Green Group, working with Becky as the project manager. We haven't done a remodel in many years and felt a bit unsure of how things would go but we feel so fortunate to have landed with Green Group and Becky. She's very knowledgeable and you instantly feel you are in good hands. She thoroughly explained the scope of work and the permits needed. Everything flowed and inspections passed with no problem. The foreman for the work crew, Hector, did a great job. All the workers were very respectful and always left the job site cleaned up. We actually added the painting of a second bathroom with vanity replacement and electrical changes and the work was completed in the expected timeline. It was a great experience and we gladly give them a five star rating. Our new bathrooms keep us smiling. read more

My husband and I needed to remodel our primary bathroom. We contacted the Green Group and Tiko V. came to give us an estimate. His presentation showed his passion for his work as he explained the process for the remodel. He had great ideas to help transform the outdated room. In the meantime, our half bathroom at the other end of the house had a major water leak. We contacted Tiko to see if he would add this to the existing project. He agreed to work with us and help us work through the insurance claim without hesitation. We worked with Maria on the design phase of the project. She is knowledgeable and met us several times to pick out the right material to ensure the final result would be aesthetically pleasing. Alfredo was the main contractor and was assisted by Jose. Both men were hardworking and knew their trades. Alfredo always checked with us throughout the project asking us our preference on the placement of each aspect of the project. Remodeling a home is stressful, however watching the process evolve into the dream space we imagined is fantastic. It takes an enormous amount of communication as the project progresses. There are always opportunities for improvement. The team listened and always found a solution. We are extremely pleased with the final result of both projects. We highly recommend the Green Group to help you transform your old home into your dream home read more

We are very, very happy with the finished master bathroom remodel that was done by GGR. Our contractor,Tiko, was fantastic. Extremely communicative with us throughout the entire project, zero issues.. From day one when he had the estimate to finish project was about four weeks. Inspections went smoothly, and daily workmanship was top-notch. Both Edgar, our foreman, and Juan were hard-working and very respectful of our home. As we both work from home, this was important to us. Working with Maria, the designer was very helpful as she presented us multiple options and took us to showrooms to help us find the right products and materials. Green Group all the way! They did a fabulous job on our kitchen remodel. Tula was detail oriented, professional and responsive to all of our needs. We couldn't be happier! read more

We hired Green Group and Tula (our project manager) for a large remodel project beginning in October of last year. Our scope included 2 full bathrooms, partial kitchen, deck expansion, structural work (we removed walls, added exterior window/door, moved an outdoor staircase, etc). We had our own architect, who we had known beforehand, that Tula partnered well with, and we also did use Green group's design services for the two bathrooms (the 3D renders were quite cool!!). Overall, we were happy with Green Group. For a project of our size, we were solving for some balance (as most would) of speed, quality, and cost. Green Group was somewhat on the more cost efficient side of the bids we received, and we knew from references that they can move fast (which was true). Tula was a great project manager and very responsive - we used WhatsApp and he seemed 'always on'. The people we interacted with working on the house were all very nice, diligent, left the place pretty clean. I also really appreciated Tula's suggestions on some of our design / layout choices (he was pretty proactive about things like "I think you'll want the shower valve here instead of here") and did really appreciate his partnership with our architect. We passed all the inspections smoothly. The one thing I would say is that I think as a function of having a big team and moving quickly, there was some room for improvement on attention to detail (at least from what was visible - painting, some of the carpentry / wood details, floor). Tula and his team did address them all after the project was done which is appreciated but something I would have hoped would have been more of a focus along the way. But main message with all of that is I would definitely recommend Green Group and would choose them again - and with Tula as our project manager!! read more

We had an amazing experience working with Green Group Remodeling (GGR) on my friend's bathroom renovation. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. They were prompt when we scheduled the initial consultation and estimate appointment, they were prepared and upfront on their quote. They completed the project on time and within budget! What really stood out was their honesty and transparency--they never tried to oversell on unnecessary upgrades or inflate costs. Instead, they helped us make smart design choices that fit both style and budget. The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, assisting with everything from design ideas to shopping, picking up, and even returning heavy items. They kept the workspace clean and organized throughout the entire process, making the renovation as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend GGR to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I'll definitely be reaching out to them for any future projects! She only had the 1 bathroom, so they went out of their way to make sure they reinstalled the toilet after each work day when it was feasible (some days you can't because of permits or wet tile work). We really appreciated this because it was a lot of work for them to do it so that we could continue to have the convenience of an operating toilet. Thank you so much to Roy (PM & Sales), Maria (Designer & Shopper), Tony (Foreman), Asael & Ever (Tile), Abel and the many workers that were so knowledgeable & wonderful to work with. read more
