This company used to be fair and reasonable, until they changed locations. They recently charged me $750 labor for 2 hours of work, on a very simple job. The estimators reasoning was, well somebody has to pay my technicians full day salary even if it takes 2 hours. Was a longtime customer with these cowboys, now they will ever see me again. I went through Costco to get my floors done and initially met with Zach and his brother. Those gentlemen are pros and they were very accommodating. When it was time for the delivery of the materials, Matthew and Aiden, were awesome! They brought in the materials and placed them neatly in my living room and they were courteous! My installation was done by Rogelio Hernandez and Christian, and I absolutely LOVE the OUTSTANDING job they did! My floors are immaculate and I am truly pleased! These two gentleman showed up and worked diligently on my floors. They kept me abreast of each step along the way and I could tell they take their work very seriously. They were meticulous with every cut and strategic with the placement of the floor boards. These gentlemen know exactly what they are doing and they did an exceptional job! Even when I called the office and spoke to Myra, she too, was very pleasant! I did not have any issues at any time during the process! I will use them again when I do my upstairs and I can't wait! Sergio Frank and Israel installed my new flooring. Sergio was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips for the future. Frank and Israel were wonderful installers. They did a great job. After the flooring was installed, they all actually helped me put felt on the bottom of my furniture and placed it back in the room. This was not included in what was to be their job.
