From the minute the first message was sent, these guys have been amazing. Their responses are very rapid, clear, and direct. They list everything they are planning to do with your estimate, which makes me feel more at ease instead of just getting a number thrown at me. They are very punctual, showed up early, and waited in the driveway until the scheduled time. My husband asked them a few questions, wondering if "x", "y" and "z" could be done or what could be done about it. Firstly, I was disappointed that Wilbur expectantly left the site, leaving an assistant to complete the job. On a shower tile partial re-grout, I was assured by Wilbur (several times) the grout would match the original grout and would be uniform. After the job was complete, the color mismatch was obvious and terrible. Whilst Wilbur was ok with the job done by his assistant, I wasn't and insisted he fix the mismatched color. After another hour or more, Wilbur appeared to have been able to match the grout. However, after a couple of days/uses, the mismatch has revealed itself again.
