Stains came back not more than a couple days later and one stain that was visible was a new stain I just made after dropping some sauce on carpet so can't be blamed on set in stain. I will not be using this service again, very unhappy with results after spending $550! I now have to get them cleaned again and find a different service.

Noe and Maria arrived on time and did a beautiful job on the shower regrout and Noe even accommodated some last minute requests to add caulking in the kitchen and quarter round. Unfortunately, we had different ideas about what grout 'touch-ups' meant for the floors - I wanted a few spots regrouted to match the rest of the flooring's grout color - but it really lacked a professional touch and didn't look good at all. I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, this was not the cheapest quote I got but paid more because of the great reviews. I would be happy to change my review to 5 stars if the team wants to come back for a full regrout on the floors, but I'm not planning to pay any more than I already have. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience made me feel like I had no choice…read more Zach (the owner) was responsive, clear, and reassuring before payment. He told me everything was guaranteed. He knew I was away for a few days, and when the work was finished, he sent photos and asked me to pay through Zelle. I made the mistake of trusting that those photos accurately represented the finished job. When I got home, I understood how misleading those photos were: one zoomed-out image and a close-up of the only section that actually looked good. The rest looked horrible. I honestly wish I had never had the work done. What frustrates me most is that the section in the close-up looks really nice. They clearly could do better work. Seeing that section next to the rest made me feel like they took their time on the part they planned to photograph and rushed everything else. I also learned from my daughter, who was home, that someone other than Zach did the work. That had never been made clear to me. When I raised my concerns, the same person who had been so responsive and promised a guarantee became rude and unwilling to fix the work. He said I had "seen the pictures"--as if those two selectively framed photos meant I had accepted problems they didn't show. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted them to come back and fix the job. Zach said he would call me right back. That call never came, and I haven't been able to reach him since. I suspect my number has been blocked. I paid in good faith based on his assurances, and I feel completely misled. A guarantee means nothing if you won't address problems after collecting payment. There are plenty of other options. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing someone else. I am so upset, but I just hope no one else gets scammed by these folks. Again, so many options: I already have others coming to redo it.
