He did the work while I wasn't present and said he thought I'd be pleased but when I was able to see it I realized the grout was still stained, probably with mildew. Now I will be having it regrouted. None of that is Blace's fault but I wish he had honestly let me know the cleaning wasn't working which would've saved me time, money and effort. The second problem was he resealed the tub with fresh caulking with a bead that is way too large. I did tell him I was unhappy with the cleaning and he offered me a discount to come back and regrout but also added a travel charge which overbalanced the discount. I'm sorry Blace felt my review was unfair but the things that bothered me - not being told it would still look so stained after cleaning and the large bead - still bother me. I asked another outfit to try steam cleaning it and they tested and told me right away it wouldn't work. I've owned this home for decades and never had a huge caulk bead like that. It's perfectly even but I still don't like it, sorry. I try to be very fair.
