After a discussion with Marcus, he & I agreed upon a refund payment schedule for the her deposit. Marcus signed a simple agreement to pay $5,000.00 every two weeks or so until the deposit was fully refunded. We received the first payment as planned but that was it! This company was hired to remodel two bathrooms on 8/27/15. They are very good at demolition,…read morehowever when it comes to fine tuning and making things right, they are mediocre! They do not operate with contracts, they use invoices to spell it out, so unprofessional. The owner Gary Duello used his Dad to install my fixtures in the guest bathroom, this was a disaster! The Dad turned the bathroom into his work space, packaging tools left in the sink, and he forget to completely seal the shower door on one side which leaked! The Dad yelled at me because I moved items I bought for my project, so he was no longer welcomed in my home. I bought all of my fixtures, sinks, bathtub etc., Gary was instructed to bring all receipts of what was needed, ie, copper plumbing, abs drain, mortar. Well he bought things that he should already have as doing construction business....he charged me for rags in a box, nozzles for texture gun, glass cleaner, scotch blue tape, buckets, sponges, 15 packs of pencils, dimmer switches, extra mosaic tiles, and several blades or different sizes for his saw! He even charges extra for hauling away the old fixtures. That is called stealing from the customer along with taking old copper and selling it without my permission. They cut tile on my brand new counter leaving scratches and tried to say they did not do it! In the master bathroom they had to reinstall the glass medicine cabinet which a chip of glass broken.
