So i got red ink on our solid white cloth couch that we got as a gift from my mother in law. Needless to say i panicked and tried to fix it myself.. ofcourse i googled it. Cleaned our tile floors - 400+ sq. ft.. Overall it was ok but number of floor edges left unclean. Missed spots. The problem with spots left unclean is that these are very noticeable in the most of otherwise clean areas. I felt it was rushed. I found myself cleaning along baseboards and spot cleaning after they left - not happy about that. I called them to have them clean two vintage wing chairs I inherited from my uncle. The chairs are covered in ivory Haitian cotton which could not be cleaned with normal cleaning chemicals. When Bell's first came by to do the work the technician (Darrin) said that he could not do them with their standard treatment given their fabric and would return on another day with what he needed. When he did the cleaning, I was at first skeptical that they would be cleanable. However by the time they were nearly dry, the chairs' fabric was so much brighter and 60 years of cat, spills and greasy hands were gone.
