Great job on our carpets, easy to schedule, friendly staff and great price. I would recommend them to Solano County residents.

Brandon was great! Came and in less than an hour had two rooms done. Our office had some accidents from our senior male cat and the smell had been hanging around for too long. He was able to get the smell out entirely. Getting our master bedroom done since he was there and two rooms was included was great! Whole house smells nice and refreshed. Great price for the service and very fast. Would call back again! read more

Brandon with Bell's Chem Dry is the Best! My family has used him for all of our houses for several years! He is very friendly and professional and on time. When he left the house this most recent time, my son exclaimed that the carpets looked new! He does an awesome job reviving and cleaning the carpets. He can also treat them if animals have lived in the house. His customer service is also phenomenal! I highly recommend him and his company for cleaning carpets and tile as well! read more

These two young men were very professional, polite and efficient. My carpet was done in one hour and looked great! I would definitely recommend this company for your home. Please consider them for any future needs, and the pricing is quite reasonable. read more

They are always able to squeeze us in when needed. I previously had two dogs that liked to mark and they were always able to get the stains and the smell out. Sadly, my dogs passed away, but I have to wonderful but messy children now... and Bell's has been able to make my carpets look new time and time again. They are punctual, polite, and overall amazing. read more

Highly recommend Darren with Bell's Chem-Dry whose territory is Davis. He's professional, personable, courteous and provides prompt service. I had two large room rugs and a bedroom carpet done, and they look amazingly vibrant. No odor and fast-drying. Rates are reasonable. Bell's Chem-Dry is my preferred go-to for carpet cleaning. Second year using this service. Impeccable customer service (I'm not sure why that's so hard to find these days but when people nail it it's very noticeable). They do an great job, very quick and thorough. Prices are the best around in comparison and they value their returning customers (points for loyalty!). Not only do I highly recommend them but I will keep returning to them when I need my yearly carpet cleaning! read more

Just had a terrific experience with Bell's Chem-Dry for our carpet cleaning needs. Darrin came over right away to measure and provide an estimate, which was very fair and competitive. We elected to get the full-service cleaning, and the carpets (20 years old) turned out just great. Of particular note was the job Darrin and his coworker did on my office carpet, which was badly stained with coffee and other stains. Like new! They arrived within 5 minutes of the time they scheduled, and all the work was completed, efficiently, within 3 hours or less. Highest recommendation! read more

Had the opportunity to use Bell's Chem Dry two recently. First time they did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and some area rugs. A month later we got some grease stains on carpet in family room and hall way. Was worried it wouldn't come out but Darrin was able to get carpet looking brand new again. Was a breeze to make the appointments. Tara was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Darren at Bell's Chem-Dry does a fantastic job. Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and gives fair prices. He has twice gotten out stains that others could not, and even offered to come back for free if they returned. He stands behind his work. Emailed them on Yelp during the weekend before New Years and they were closed until January 2. They still responded, gave me a quote, and set up an appoint for January 2nd. The technicians where right on time and super nice. They were considerate of me and my house. Did an amazing job. I had not cleaned my carpets for 8 years!! Never going to do that again lol! I highly recommended them and will use them again!! On and my house smells clean! I'm one happy customer! read more

I've used Bell's Chem Dry several times over the years...always top-notch service and cleaning. Like some other posters, I like that they don't soak the carpets (and everything beneath them), and yet get everything clean. They are organized, on-time, and knowledgeable about what they do. It's nice to see a local company continue to offer quality service during a time when so many businesses either can't or don't. read more

So i got red ink on our solid white cloth couch that we got as a gift from my mother in law. Needless to say i panicked and tried to fix it myself.. ofcourse i googled it. After several attempts i made it much worse. A friend from work suggested bells chemdry, i took the cushion to them and explained my predicament. They said don't worry about it, leave it to us. I don't ha a great deal of free time to deal with anything so this was a relief. It actually took alot of work, and alot of patients. They never gave up and didn't charge me any extra for it. Thank you so much. Saved me from sleeping on the couch read more

I use Bell's Chem-Dey all the time. The company is reliable and always do an excellent job.

I customarily used Chem-Dry because I don't like leaving the carpet soaking wet. They are always price competitive. In this case oh, they did not disappoint and even got out stains that other carpet cleaners making bids were extremely doubtful about. As always, no residual odor and no residual moisture. read more

A bit worried about having our carpet cleaned since we're in self isolation due to the virus, but our carpets needed cleaning so badly we decided to keep our appointment. Excellent decision! Darrin did a truly professional job, wearing a mask the whole time. Our carpet truly looks like new! Plus it has been treated with stain guard & sanitized. I feel like we are in a safer, healthier environment now. Just what we needed! I highly recommend this company! read more

I have a very sweet dog who LOVES to pee in my house. I thought maybe 5 or so spots. Darrin brought me a black light the day before he came to treat the urine spots with PURT. I had 25 spots and I was SHOCKED. Darrin treated the spots and now NO URINE smell. I have been doing quarterly cleanings and I'm much happier and so is my pup. Laura T read more

Cleaned our tile floors - 400+ sq. ft.. Overall it was ok but number of floor edges left unclean. Missed spots. The problem with spots left unclean is that these are very noticeable in the most of otherwise clean areas. I felt it was rushed. I found myself cleaning along baseboards and spot cleaning after they left - not happy about that. I would maybe use again BUT there would be discussion prior to start regarding attention to detail. read more

I called them to have them clean two vintage wing chairs I inherited from my uncle. The chairs are covered in ivory Haitian cotton which could not be cleaned with normal cleaning chemicals. When Bell's first came by to do the work the technician (Darrin) said that he could not do them with their standard treatment given their fabric and would return on another day with what he needed. When he did the cleaning, I was at first skeptical that they would be cleanable. However by the time they were nearly dry, the chairs' fabric was so much brighter and 60 years of cat, spills and greasy hands were gone. The chairs are probably 90% better than they were and I am very happy with that. read more

Oh our carpet was baaaad. I am not sure how we did it, but it seriously looked like elephants walk through our living room on a daily basis. I would like to think that our living room is "lived in", but really, if you mean lived in by a petting zoo that likes to roll around on the carpet, that would adequately describe my carpet. Anyhoo, Darren (sorry if I mispelled that) arrived (on short notice I might add) to save the day. There was one area where we had a rug...you know what I am talking about; where that one spot under the rug looks pristine and new and everything around is the exact opposite, kind of like a reverse shadow? He somehow managed to clean our carpet so well that you CANNOT tell there was a difference. It's perfect. I highly reccomend Bell's Chem-Dry! read more

Very friendly and professional. My carpets look beautiful and the stains are gone! I would definitely recommend their services!

I wish I could give Bell's Chem-Dry 10 stars Darrin just spent the better part of a day here cleaning two sofas and a few rooms of carpeting. A good sized job in and of itself. But Darrin always has a way of going above and beyond the call of duty! When he saw me struggling to fix a drawer overburdened with heavy dishes..he took over, took my drill and some screw and fixed it! I mean...who does that??? Darrin does. He's been taking care of us since the early 2000's and this is what he does: above and beyond! Btw, he had not been here since the Pandemic started..he was very safe, wore a face mask, kept socially distant, frequently washing his hands the entire time. We love Darrin for the quality work he does, fairly priced, and the quality of human being he is. I heartily endorse Bell's Chem-Dry...and Darrin read more

First impressions are everything and when I first called in to ask about their services, the lady who answered was super friendly and knowledgeable in what they offer and the best product for treating carpet that my lovely puppy has had a couple of accidents. My carpet was done by the owner and a couple of his team and I couldn't ask for a quick efficient service. If you are looking for a good carpet cleaning, call these guys! Their rates are reasonable and their service is exceptional. I will be using them again read more
