We also had them clean the tile in the kitchen. Our grout had become very dirty and James went over the grout by hand and sealed the grout to prevent any staining. The estimation process was specific to my job in Elk Grove, which included a whole-house carpet cleaning and a sofa cleaning. The quoted price was lower than I expected, and the technician was available sooner than expected. Our technician James arrived promptly. An excellent communicator, he worked with us to plan his time with us. The coaching jobs took quite a bit longer than expected, but he honored the original price. James even did some extra cleaning for us without an extra charge. We are very pleased with the results. Some of our high-traffic areas were looking dirty and ugly. Only 3 stars. The cleaning itself was worthy of 5 stars, however the scheduling lady at the office messed me around MULTIPLE times! She phoned me the day before my original 10:30am appointment to tell me they'd had some scheduling changes and check if they could do my house at 8am. Umm, no. I needed the kids rooms done and my newborn sleeps till 9am. The toddler can't really be dressed and fed before 8 either. I asked for one week later and she scheduled it. Then, on the new appointment day the guy wasn't there at the allotted time! Suddenly he phoned me and told me he was at my old house! I'd explained to the lady in the office that I'd moved when I made the very first appointment! I'd given her my Vacaville address! So that delayed everything. This week Always Green Clean came to our house to clean our carpet and our tile floors. The appointment was set for 10:30 AM, and they were right on time. They were very punctual. I also appreciated the email confirmation they sent a few days before. Dorsey, the cleaning technician, was very pleasant and worked extremely efficiently. I made some last-minute changes in what I wanted them to do (senior moment), and Dorsey handled everything easily. I was pleasantly surprised at his flexibility. The work was done quickly and very well, especially compared to previous cleaning companies that we have used over the years. The chemicals used on the carpet actually had a nice citrus smell when he was putting them on. Our carpet looked very clean when he was done, and the tile in the kitchen looked very clean also, and even the grout looked a little cleaner, which kind of surprised me since it is almost 20 years old. Dorsey did a few extra, helpful things in order to complete the job. I would say that he went above and beyond the call of duty. The final tab was very reasonable, in my opinion. We use this company for the first time today and we had Dorsey cleaning our carpets. All of the stains (i.e. spilled coffee, ink, and food stains) were removed and pre treated. Dorsey came on time and was very professional. He even gave tips on how to treat stains if something were to spilled on the carpet in the future. We called on Weds and they were able to come out Friday. They were very professional throughout the whole process, from first contact to final cleanup.
