Honest and does a great job. Have been using him for many years. Highly recommend. He takes pride in his work

Highly recommend! I called the yelp review number and Mark answered right away. I asked to have two carpeted hallways cleaned. He informed he could take care of it that day! After he arrived (which was when he said he would); I decided I'd like more rooms done if he had the time. He agreed and said he could accomplish it! My carpets are older and very stained in the high traffic areas; when I texted him pictures - he replied - no problem! He did an excellent job and I'm very happy! I like supporting local business when I can, thanks Mark! read more

Fantastic work done by Mark both on the carpet and removing settled stains from several dining chairs.

Class carpet was professional and on time. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. He was very professional. Just leave your phone number so he can call you back, as there is a glitch through his website. read more

My carpet was in much need of a deep cleaning. Since COVID had been doing it myself. For years, I had been looking for an independent carpet cleaner since my last one retired. Class Carpet is my new carpet cleaner and Mark Jackson is it! He works his tail off to clean your carpet. No comparison between franchise cleaners and Class Carpet. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and the owner Mark. He did a beautiful job cleaning our tile floor throughout almost the entire lower level of our home. The grout clearly hadn't been cleaned or sealed since it was installed ( prior to our moving in ). It was a big job and Mark worked so hard. It ended up being about a 14 hour job over a span of two days. Mark made himself available the next day to come finish the job and was so kind and informative the entire time! My husband and I were so pleased with his work, we will recommend him and use his service for any future needs! Thank you Mark! Thank you for being punctual, professional and one of the nicest people I've ever met! :) read more

I recently needed to get all the windows on my home cleaned. I live in a new build house and have about 20 windows and a sliding glass door. Mark was excellent! Very responsive and came out to give me an estimate the same day. He gave me a great rate to clean all windows, inside and outside, and tracks. I didn't realize how badly the windows needed to be cleaned until after the work was done and I finally had a beautiful, clear view through all of the windows. Working alone, Mark did amazing job and gave me some great tips on maintaining my windows. He also greatly respected my home and left a clean work space. I would highly recommend this business to others. Thanks so much Mark!! read more

Mark is fantastic! Did my tile kitchen floors, cleaned and sealed the grout...did my walk areas throughout the entire house. He really knows spot treatment... efficient and trustworthy. Highly recommended and our good neighbors read more

Prior to calling class carpet and upholstery, I was stood up by 2 other cleaners for a total of 5 no shows. Class carpet was prompt and above and beyond on efficiency. A very thorough job was done The owner was extremely professional and hardworking. I have had some horrible experiences. I felt that I was getting premium service for the value. I will use the time and time again from now on. And my house was no easy task as it is a very high traffic area. I have 7 grandkids and they leave their mark at every visit. If you are in the market, give Class Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning a call. You will not regret it!!! read more

Mark is fantastic! He did our windows and carpets and did a beautiful job on both. We have a ton of windows and many in very difficult to get places. No problem for Mark! I didn't expect him to get to some, but he worked some ladder magic and got it done. He also used a polishing compound on my windows that had hard water deposits and made them look new again. Then he did our carpet, including my giant wool rug that most cleaners won't touch. It came out fantastic! On top of that, he was a real pleasure to talk to and super professional. Thanks, Mark! read more

As renters our deposit refund was partly contingent on professionally cleaned carpets. Mark did an amazing job on the carpets! He's professional, friendly and gets right down to business. I will definitely hire him for any future carpet or upholstery cleaning in the future. read more

Thank you Mark for your services today. Couches and rug came out great. Will for sure be using your service again in the future.

I got my carpets cleaned a few months ago and forgot to leave a review. Mr. Jackson did an amazing job! It's like 3 months later and no stains have reappeared. Anytime I need upholstery cleaned he is our man! Thank you again! read more

Amazing job! I am so pleased with the results. One of my house guests spilled what I can only imagine is a nasty coffee stain on my mattress in the spare bedroom and didn't tell me about it, so who knows how long it sat there. He did an amazing job cleaning that as well as my 4 white fabric stools. He was responsive and even came back a second day to make sure the job was done right. Great customer service and so convenient. I will definitely be using Class Carpet and Upholstery for all of my furniture cleaning needs. read more

Mark is awesome!! We called on Saturday and needed him to come on Tuesday because that fit our schedule. Tuesday @10 am Mark was at our house ( with his mask on). Right to the get-go we discussed a price and I didn't even have to haggle because it was such a good price. Mark was very respectful and did excellent and exactly what I had imagined my carpet and couch would look like. Also a super quick dry time on the carpet...... 4 to 6hrs for mine but others might vary some. Very Pro!!!! read more

Service was quick and professional. I was moving out of my apartment and had to get the carpet clean in order to receive my security deposit. The owner was very flexible with his time, schedule, and price. My former landlord ask upon seeing the carpet if I had lived in the place for the last three years! Thanks for your service and flexibility. read more

I highly recommend using Mark to clean your carpets. He is very professional and does a great job. My Dog got sick and had a bad accident and there was no way I was cleaning it. I called Mark after hours and he still came and was there within the hour!! When he was done the carpet looked new and smelled great! Couldn't even tell there was just dog doo all over!!! Mark was quick to respond with an estimate, readily available, and did an amazing job with my carpets. I just happened to chance on him through Yelp and could not be more satisfied. My toilet leaked in the middle of the night. I luckily woke up to a flooded bathroom and it spread to the the bedroom. Class Carpet came in the next dayand was able to get all of the water out in a little over an hour and a half. The next day it was all dry. Didn't even know they did emergency calls and they would have come right when it happened. I know that now and will use them in the furture! Thanks Class Carpet! I owe you!!! read more

I have been using Fly By Nite for over 5 years, and can't imagine using anyone else! I tried all of the "big name" companies, including dry chemical, and was always disappointed with the results. Fly By Nite is a 1-man operation, and I completely trust leaving him alone in my house for several hours. He moves the furniture around by himself, and is always in a great mood. Most importantly, he is able to get out stains that have been around for years and impossible for any other carpet cleaner to get rid of! He also does great work on furniture! Prices are very competitive with other companies. I have referred several neighbors to Fly By Nite, and they will never use anyone else ever again also! read more

Mark did an amazing job. I had someone else clean my carpet 6 months ago and it didn't look like I had it cleaned. He came and cleaned my carpet, it looks brand new. Already had my 6 months appointment for my next cleaning. read more

My kid spilled an entire bottle of Blue Nail Polish on my carpet was new and I was frantic. It was Sunday and Rich was the only one that would come on a Sunday and take on the stain (it was his day off). It was definitely a carpet emergency for me because new carpet is so expensive to replace. He used multiple cleaning chemicals and entirely removed the blue nail polish out of the carpet. When he finished, the stain was gone. I went from being frantic to happy And the price was so fair. He was nice, professional and rescued me on this one. If Rich can drop everything on Sunday, his day off, to come over and remove blue nail polish from a new carpet, that meets my criteria: fast response, hard work, professional & nice, carpet looked great and very affordable price = 5 Stars!! read more

I have used Fly by Nite several times now and have recommended to others. He is very thorough and is always prompt and very courteous. He really knows what to do with each particular kind of stain. My carpets always look great when he is through. read more

Stanley Steamers did our carpets when we bought our house and they were in and out in 25 minutes an I would rate them 2 star. Not Rich, 3 hours for a small 3 bed house. This gentleman did an unbelievable job. A true professional. I would highly recommend Fly By Night especially if you have kids and stains. He is a magician! read more

Rich has been cleaning my carpets for years. We are on our 3rd house which he has been to. His attention to detail is fantastic. He does not rush through the cleaning. He takes the time to move furniture when possible and makes sure anything that may touch the wet carpet is protected. He is just about as pleasant as they come. I would highly recommend Rich and his service to anyone who needs a professional to do a professional job. read more
