After several moves over the past 10 years, I had accumulated a spare room and a storage shed overflowing with miscellaneous stuff, and had completely run out of motivation to sort through it all. I contacted several organizers and Chudo offered good communication and a fair price. Within 48 hours, they sent a team of two for 6 hours. I chose this window (their "Starter Package") for budget reasons, despite the clear expectation that it might only be enough time to finish one space and possibly get started on the second. Like a whirlwind, they showed up on schedule and quickly got to work setting up their folding tables. They helped me methodically address the chaos by assigning me tasks one table at a time, which broke things up and made it feel manageable. As expected, the time frame was not enough to finish both spaces, but instead of cutting things short or requesting to bump up the cost, they expertly managed the time, accomplishing about 90% of everything and setting me up for success with the rest. They left the staging area looking like they were never there, and even hauled away many bags of donations. I had been feeling overwhelmed for about a year now after moving to my mother-in-law's home. We don't have a lot of storage space in general and the garage was a complete disaster! Add to this that my husband is a big collector and so there was just stuff everywhere! I found Chudo on yelp. I appreciated that they reached out to me and were persistent in scheduling phone calls and a date to come and purge with me. They came on the day they were scheduled and they worked with me on a payment arrangement, which was helpful. Myself and two folks from their organization worked together to purge our garage, set up two storage shelves, rearrange an old storage shelf, and overall get rid of lots of Junk and unnecessary things. They even take a load of items to Goodwill for you. One major thing that was helpful is they found a person who was able to mount multiple bicycles on our garage wall, which was a huge help, but I did have to pay $220 extra. They also have a great donate/trash system that they used that I felt made the project go faster. I have organized this garage multiple times this past year on my own and I felt like this was the most efficient time of them all ! One thing that I was really nervous about was that I would pay a large amount of money to have my garage organized and then be left with the job not being done . This project took the entire day, and we were still left with a medium sized pile in the middle of the garage. In order to get that pile organized, I would have had to pay more which was not in my budget so I ended up organizing that pile the following weekend on my own. It didn't take me long, It was pretty simple, so overall I was satisfied with what was done. I think, in hindsight, I would have liked to plan more with the organizer on how to actually organize the items that are still in the garage because I feel like we have a lot of bins that are just in categories, but not actually organized. When I did reach out to have more time or to budget out more time in the future, I was told that they wouldn't be able to return because the person who put the bikes up noticed that there was mold and they could not work in an area where mold was. So at that point, I just felt like they kind of dropped me and weren't interested in pursuing helping me complete the project further which was kind of frustrating. I would think that organizing a garage is a dirty job and a company should be prepared for un planned obstacles like that and maybe even offer some over the phone or Zoom consultations to help a customer be 100% satisfied with the service and have a very organized space at the end of spending $1200. Overall, I give it three stars because I did appreciate the extremely hard work that this company did and there were many to do items crossed off my list, but I still feel a little dissatisfied with how my garage is . And for me $1200 is a huge amount of money to spend and not be completely satisfied. On the bright side, we can fit a car in there which is a miracle and I have designated areas for winter clothes and shoes! read more

Chudo Organizing is AWESOME. My mother moved in over a year ago and although she was forced to downsize with the move, she still brought more than she needed. Her room was full of boxes and random items, and was just generally not functional. She was overwhelmed by the thought of going through it all and it affected her mental and emotional health. So we called Chudo Organizing. Vita was quick to respond and got us on her schedule within the week. She arrived on time and went straight to work. She was gentle with mom when sorting items to be purged, she opened all the boxes and gave her treasures a home, and she reorganized furniture to make the small space fully functional. Even though Vita works very quickly, it still took several days to get the room together because mom had basically not opened any boxes since moving in.
