We have had a big mess in our garage for at least a dozen years. Gabi and I had a free consultation and discussed what I wanted to accomplish and what I wanted to pay. She told me what we needed to do to get what we wanted in our price range (spoilers: we had a pre-organization checklist to do to set them up to speed organize for fewer hours). I was initially skeptical when my wife suggested we hire a home organizer. I figured we were already pretty organized and I really wasn't sure it would be worth the money. Wow, was I wrong! She is incredibly creative and knowledgeable-- she moves furniture in ways that completely transforms the space and has great ideas about storage that we would never have thought of. Our home is so much more peaceful and enjoyable to spend time in now that it is well organized-- something we really appreciate during the pandemic since we basically never leave. The first time we hired Gabi she organized our bedroom, kitchen, and "office"-- which was really a junk room that we never used. As we were expecting a baby and planning to transform the office into a nursery that was a point of real stress. In just a couple days Gabi helped us to sort through files we had been dragging around for years, move office supplies to a section of the dining room where they made so much more sense, get rid of old furniture we didn't need, and set up the baby's things in the most attractive and efficient way. This past week we decided to hire her back to organize our garage, which was filthy and piled full of stuff. The goal was to make the garage a more functional storage space and to use part of it as an office since working in the house with the baby is distracting and we can't go to a coffee shop (again--pandemic). In just two days Gabi completely cleaned out the space, organized everything and put it neatly in boxes, and set up an attractive little workspace--see photos! Very disappointed! Gosh, I never want to write a bad review, but when it is over-the-top bad, I have to. Here goes.... I made an appointment with Gabi a month in advance, cleared my calendar, and she was a NO-SHOW the day of our appointment. She texted (no call) only 20mins beforehand to say she wasn't coming, stuck in traffic. What!? No, "I'm running a little late, but I'll be there!" You didn't plan for our appointment, travel time, traffic, etc? I am a very busy person and have a business as well. This showed a complete disrespect for other people's time. Unfortunately, I went against my instincts and texted her back to say I'd be willing to reschedule instead of taking a refund (I prepaid). I asked Gabi what day/time she had available and she never responded! That was it! I asked for a refund and it took her a week to respond to my requests for a refund, then a few days to actually process it. If it were my client, and something prevented me from keeping an appointment with only a 20min warning, not only would I have offered my extreme apologies, I would have done everything I could to make sure I responded quickly to that person, reschedule quickly, show mea culpa, and satisfy that customer. My goodness, how do you treat people like that? I just don't get it! read more

Gabby Professional Organizing is incredible! Gabby showed up promptly and in 3 hours transformed my son's room, which had stuff piled to the ceiling, inside and out. It was unrecognizable when she was done, totally neat and organized. Let's start with Gabi is AMAZING!! She is very professional and obviously very experienced. I recently made a long distance move and still have quite a commute for work. I couldn't find half my stuff. Other organizers were quoting me over the phone without even seeing what needed to be done. Gabi immediately offered to come in and give me a free consultation so she could really see what needed to be done and give me an accurate measurement of how much time it would take and what I would need.
