What a life saver! Over the years, my boyfriend and I have accumulated a lot of stuff. Though I knew we needed to organize our home, just looking at everything became increasingly overwhelming. I reached out to Bee Organized and Lisa got back to me fairly quickly. Getting on her schedule was a pretty straight forward process after speaking over the phone about what we needed. We booked an 8 hour day with Lisa and she did an incredible job helping us pack up items that weren't ours, declutter items that we didn't need, and sort through paperwork that wasn't touched in many years. She helped me to make decisions about what to throw away and donate. She appropriately challenged me on a few items that I was clinging to. She was very kind and hard working. She did all the labor, organizing, and labeling. She created stations for gardening, tools, holiday items, art supplies, books, and memory keeping. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm a single mom of an adult special needs child, and I don't have a lot of time. I really needed help getting organized with my clothes: the closet, the dresser and drawers. I work in an office setting, so I have work clothes and fun: athletic, casual and such. My problem is that I've always been a clothes person, and I've accumulated over the years, but I haven't been good at turning over the clothes, and I have a hard time letting them go. Lisa Ham helped me decide what I wanted, and she went to work on the closet: segmenting my dresses, blouses, blazers, and coats, skirts and slacks on one side, and then placing the long sweaters, jackets and sweatshirts on the other. She made great use of open spaces: putting in my bags and belts in a dedicated space, and luggage and pillows in another. I have to say, I didn't think I'd ever be able to get my room looking so nice again. She was efficient and was able to help me complete my project in 2 hours' time. After a heavy rain some water leaked into my garage and the boxes that were near the garage door got wet. Long story short it was a mess and I was overwhelmed by it all. I called Bee Organized and Sandy called me back in a timely manner. Sandy understood that I was very stressed and overwhelmed and was able to switch around her schedule to fit me in. She did an amazing job!!! IN TWO AND A HALF HOURS THE WOMAN WAS ABLE TO GO THROUGH AND REARRANGE THINGS AND FIX EVERYTHING FOR ME!! She worked her behind off, was respectful, and she didn't try to make me get rid of things. Sandy thought like me, I had a bunch of hangers and she knew to keep the wooden ones and throw out the cheap ones from the dry cleaners; I didn't need to tell her that she knew that-she thinks like me. My father went through a divorce and needed some help getting organized in his apartment. "Some help" is probably the understatement of the century. He needed A LOT of help. Tara assessed the situation and let me know what she thought he might need and she immediately got to work. Her communication with me was perfect as far as letting me know how things were going, what he needed and what she was seeing. Shortly after she began helping my dad, she noticed that he was forgetting things (my dad was experiencing mild dementia at that time). She took the time to call me, let me know how my dad was doing, and also suggested some ways we could make sure he was being looked after. Tara was great! I got the yelp deal, and she was super helpful with scheduling time to help me pack, and cull things before my move. She was just the extra bit of incentive and focus I needed to get through preparing for my move. Tara was also very responsive and took initiative to follow up with me. I really appreciated her consideration of my energy level and availability to work. Overall, Tara is a calm presence who helps give direction and guidance for tasks where you need it, but also listens when you want something do a certain way or have a preference on the sequence of tasks. She also helped take the pressure of about figuring out where to take things I wanted to let go of, but couldn't figure out if it was viable for donation or recycling. I was so impressed withTara at Bee Organized! She made everything look amazing! Everything has it's place, labeled and beautiful.
