Nicole and her husband are amazing and seem to really care about the company taking care of their customers. I scheduled a move fairly close to my move date and they were able to come out same day for a quote. The quote was very competitive and came with a large trailer. The day before the move she called to let me know something was preventing the trailer from getting to us but that they'd provide two trucks (more room) no charge instead. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They wrapped our items well as promised, packed the truck thoughtfully, and worked hard. They showed up on time and delivered on time. Manuel and his team did a great job moving us from NorCal to SoCal. They showed up on time and were professional and fast! We packed away a lot of boxes so we saved on the packing piece and the crew just staged and loaded for a day and finished up the next day. This was labor only. The Tetris crew showed up on time and did a FANTASTIC job wrapping all of my wifes' antiques and fragile valuables. Each U-Box comes with 32 blankets and Mo and his crew used them to protect everything. Mo is VERY GOOD at fitting everything into those moving cubes. I swear, there wasn't one square inch of wasted space. I was so relieved to see how well everything was packed. I am confident our belongings will survive the trip!
