No need for an on site estimate, I just explained over the phone what needed to be done and they were 100% true their word, no fees or weird pricing, at the end I paid for exactly what was agreed upon. Showed up on time. Moved a large 5 bedroom home with lots of outdoor furniture and garden shed and garage. Completely honest and respectful. They moved every item we asked for and with care. Manual at Tetris was so helpful. We had an unpacking of our truck scheduled for 4pm. Traffic was so bad that we arrived about 6:30. I communicated with Manual over the course of our drive. While we were driving, he arranged for another company to meet us later in the day. His crew was finished for the day. The other company met us, and unloaded everything that night. I needed movers to unload a POD I used to move into a new apartment. Setting up an appointment was super easy. Terms and minimums were communicated and I was given a time frame for which the movers. A confirmation via text was done. On the day of the appointment, I was called confirming the movers would be arriving in the given time frame discussed earlier. I was texted a heads up that the crew was on their way and arrived before the discussed start time. The team was quick, efficient, respectful, and capable. They genuinely made my day by being attentive to details, kind hearted, hard working, and holy smokes they were fast. I chose this company for three reasons: the ratings/reviews, their name "Tetris", and their top of the line customer service. When I called to schedule, I was given recommendations for products that would protect my items such as Saran Wrap, string, and protectors. Manny and Marvin showed up with Mask and ready to get items moving. I am moving across state so I needed them to pack a trailer. Since I was using U-Pack, Manny and Marvin were aware of the way the company charges by the amount of space that is used and packed the trailer very well. I paid for 18 feet and only used 12 feet, which saved me money. They were both very professionally and cared how they moved the items. I've moved every year for the past 5 years and twice in 2018 and would recommend Tetris over all the other companies I used. read more

We give this moving company 5 stars. Honestly, NO ONE loves to move. So being able to hire movers was a GOD send. This company has excellent customer service and they are responsible and reliable. They were careful with our belongings and seemed like magicians with wrapping the furniture in a way that saved us from quite a bit of packing. We did have a little issue that arose, but the mover alerted us immediately and the owner completely took care of it without hesitation. Other companies wanted us to fill out lengthy forms detailing every piece of furniture, box, etc. With Tetris, I described what we needed moved (in our case, everything was in a storage unit), Manuel gave me an hourly rate, estimated the number of hours, and a flat rate for fuel. On moving day, a team of three movers - nicest, most skilled guys imaginable! - showed up on time.
