Big thanks to Manuel for coordinating a very last-minute move for us! He was so nice and quick to respond and his price was unbeatable. He contacted us multiple times while on his vacation to make sure things were going well.. The move could not have happened without Junior, who was quick, friendly, funny, and did not complain at all despite the stairs and the ridiculous heat. We are SO thankful to you guys and to the company for helping us with this move! I absolutely recommend Tetris Masters. read more

As this was the first time I'd ever used a moving company I was subjected to many horror stories by friends and associates about moving companies. One week wait, two week wait, lost items, rude movers, etc. A good friend of my wife tried Manuel and his crew and was so happy with him, I decided on a whim to give him a call. My initial call was answered by Manuel himself and I knew that was a good sign. The same day he stopped by and gave me a quote and I was really happy with his demeanor and professionalism. Well, I'm now in Las Vegas from El Dorado Hills and extremely satisfied with this company. Manuel and his crew loaded us up and delivered our furniture and other items the very next morning. He is a man of his word which is important to us Marines. Thanks Manuel. Good Job. Semper Fi read more

I just moved into my new home and Tetris was the best decision I made for movers. They were by far the most reasonably priced. No need for an on site estimate, I just explained over the phone what needed to be done and they were 100% true their word, no fees or weird pricing, at the end I paid for exactly what was agreed upon. Showed up on time. Moved a large 5 bedroom home with lots of outdoor furniture and garden shed and garage. Completely honest and respectful. They moved every item we asked for and with care. Not one single bump or nick in anything they moved. True experts and professionals. Very careful and patient. They took apart all beds and larger items and then reassembled in the new place. I'm beyond impressed! Call these guys if you need to be moved!! read more

These guys are amazing. They sent a crew of four to my home and performed beyond expectations. Their professional manner, attention to detail and love for their job was well respect. The move was an out of state move and it was timed perfectly. I tipped the guys well and they were very appreciative. You can't go wrong with this crew. read more

We had a big move and called on Tretris Masters Moving three times. Their crew (Chad, Mo, Marco, JC and others) showed up on time, and worked the entire time. It did not matter if we changed our minds as to where things went, they were always courteous and addressed our needs. For our first move, it was pretty short notice, and Manuel was able to schedule something for us. We would definitely call on them again if we ever moved again and would highly recommend them to others. read more

I needed movers to unload a POD I used to move into a new apartment. Setting up an appointment was super easy. Terms and minimums were communicated and I was given a time frame for which the movers. A confirmation via text was done. On the day of the appointment, I was called confirming the movers would be arriving in the given time frame discussed earlier. I was texted a heads up that the crew was on their way and arrived before the discussed start time. The team was quick, efficient, respectful, and capable. They asked where I wanted each piece of furniture placed and where to place boxes. I would definitely not hesitate to use the team at Tetris Masters Moving again. read more

We had a phenomenal experience moving our home contents with them. The staff was very professional, cautious with our items/furniture/boxes, and fun. I had a complex and difficult move, due to large pieces of furniture and a long walk from my old apartment to the moving truck. The movers handled everything flawlessly. Best of all, they were very kind and friendly, and helped me put everything back together at my new home. They even manually lifted my new refrigerator in place with straps to get it in the kitchen. Hire these people. You won't regret it! read more

Hired Tetris movers to move from our 3rd story apartment to a new home! & they were beyond phenomenal, moved everything so quick with no issues at all- each of the guys were extremely friendly & made sure to wrap each item before taking it down! Manual at Tetris was so helpful. We had an unpacking of our truck scheduled for 4pm. Traffic was so bad that we arrived about 6:30. I communicated with Manual over the course of our drive. While we were driving, he arranged for another company to meet us later in the day. His crew was finished for the day. The other company met us, and unloaded everything that night. My big concern was having a piano in the truck overnight in 110 degree heat which Manual completely understood. In terms of service, Tetris went over and above. Thanks! read more

Absolutely phenomenal experience with this company. Extremely responsive scheduling, and they had availability on the (very soon!) day I needed it. I was packing a POD to ship to Florida, and they happily provided pricing for labor only. They showed up early, were fast and efficient and accommodating, took great care of everything and packed the POD perfectly. Literally couldn't have gone better. I needed my 2br 2bth moved to my parents house within a 10 day window. Tetris Masters scheduled and confirmed with me the minute I called, and in the midst of an extremely stressful situation assured me they would help. When the guys got to my old place, they were warm and cheerful, encouraging, and supportive of what I needed to get done. They genuinely made my day by being attentive to details, kind hearted, hard working, and holy smokes they were fast. Within 4 hours they had all my furniture wrapped and safely placed at my parenrs house without a single struggle. They disassembled my bed and shelves, took extra care of my instruments and technology, and made everything unbelievably easy for me to get to while I wait for my new room to be ready. I will never move by myself again, and I will be referring everyone to these guys in the future. Kudos to a great team with wonderful attitudes and hardworking expert movers! read more

Manuel and his crew were great! It was well worth the price. They showed up within their specified time window and had everything ready to go. I truly believe once you're past 40 years old you need to figure out how to get yourself to and from the airport and how to move households without relying on a crappy U-Haul and your friend group to help you out. Anyway, if you are a professional adult and want to hire professional adults to help you move your stuff, this is the company to hire. 1) Immediately reached out when I requested a quote. 2) Sent an easy to understand contract for services right away once I confirmed the date of the move. 3) Confirmed the appointment the day before. 4) showed up on time and ready to go. 5) Finished the job quickly and efficiently. I had a mostly just move/set up furniture small job, so it was nice that they seem to take on gigs of all sizes. read more

Manuel and his crew with Tetris Masters were PHENOMENAL!! We hired them for a full move, pack, load, drive and unload. Very professional, friendly, careful, respectful, helpful, responsible, handled everything with care, wrapped everything perfectly. Nothing was damaged at all when it was delivered and unloaded, minus one small item, which they then offered to reimburse the cost, or fix it. Very accountable, they care so much. They went over the top, kept me informed at all times, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Definitely hire this company if you need ANY moving help at all! You will not be disappointed. read more

Great service. Tetris was on time, efficient, competitive pricing and professional. Bottom line is they took care of business. I recommend Tetris. Strong work! read more

I chose this company for three reasons: the ratings/reviews, their name "Tetris", and their top of the line customer service. When I called to schedule, I was given recommendations for products that would protect my items such as Saran Wrap, string, and protectors. Manny and Marvin showed up with Mask and ready to get items moving. I am moving across state so I needed them to pack a trailer. Since I was using U-Pack, Manny and Marvin were aware of the way the company charges by the amount of space that is used and packed the trailer very well. I paid for 18 feet and only used 12 feet, which saved me money. They were both very professionally and cared how they moved the items. I've moved every year for the past 5 years and twice in 2018 and would recommend Tetris over all the other companies I used. read more

We give this moving company 5 stars. Honestly, NO ONE loves to move. So being able to hire movers was a GOD send. This company has excellent customer service and they are responsible and reliable. They were careful with our belongings and seemed like magicians with wrapping the furniture in a way that saved us from quite a bit of packing. We did have a little issue that arose, but the mover alerted us immediately and the owner completely took care of it without hesitation. IF WE EVER move again or my best friend asks for a referral Manuel and his crew at Tetris will definitely get a call!! Oh did I mention that they work quickly too? Yes they do, and with a smile so it actually made moving less miserable. Thank you guys for your hard work and excellent service. read more

I used Tetris Masters for a long-distance move from Sacramento to Portland, and I was very glad I had chosen them. My experience speaking with Manuel by phone and email was smooth, and Chad and Duane did a fantastic job during the move itself. They were on time, communicative, very careful with my belongings, and went above and beyond to ensure everything made it into my apartment and storage space within a high rise (which required using two separate elevators and being consistently masked at all times). read more

I appreciate the simple booking and scheduling process. The move went very well. The crew was good at handling fragile items. Everyone was professional and courteous. I was working with another moving company that seemed more established, but after a couple of rounds of miscommunication, I opted for Tetris. I am glad I did. Tetris didn't give me confirmation code, and terms and conditions to sign online. yet they showed up and did a great job. Thank you Manuel and Team! read more
