Big shout out to Reyes Cleaning! I recently bought a house and have started to move in and before the process was looking for a local cleaning service to clean my house before move-in as well as my apartment once I had moved everything out. I asked some local businesses for quotes through Yelp and Reyes Cleaning was not only affordable and flexible with timing, but they were also very responsive and I was able to lock down dates for both places within a day or so of asking for the quote. They arrived at my home last Tuesday and the team of two spent a few hours making everything squeaky clean, from the kitchen, to the floors, to the bathrooms. I was hesitant to start moving things in before getting everything cleaned up, because it's much harder to clean around items, but now that everything is clean, I've been able to get started! They did an incredibly thorough job and and even got rid of some pretty crazy hard water stains in one of the toilets. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone local looking for a deep clean, and am glad to have them visiting again for my apartment move out in the next few weeks. read more

I wasn't going to write a review because I spoke to Melby about the extremely poor cleaning job (photos attached speak for themselves) and texted photos and she apologized and offered a partial refund, and apologies and trying to make things better do go a long way. But during the days since I spoke to her I discovered some things that were dishonest and that's where I do draw the line. Also Melby stated they never got complaints and I found it very weird that I was the only one with such a horrible experience since I'm not that particular so the things I noticed were pretty big deals, so I went back to Yelp and noticed a new review from someone that was 1 star abs to be honest it was more similar to my experience than the previous 5 star reviews. My experience was nothing like those 5 star reviews, from pricing to what they cleaned. It's like something changed from then to now. The recent review stated that money was missing and I immediately thought of something that I noticed but didn't mention because I trusted the honesty just the cleaning was bad. I had three pieces of sealed mail that came to my new apartment addressed to the former tenant. I just got the key that morning that the cleaning ladies arrived. I placed them on my private inside stairwell, which they did NOT clean, sweep or mop. And when they left a few hours later, two envelopes were gone, just one was still lying there. I know it didn't accidentally get swept up because they didn't clean there or think it was trash since there was one envelope still there. Again I didn't say anything because I didn't think it was a big deal but after reading the other review, i do wish I would have paid attention to what those envelopes were before I placed them down. But even after thinking about this, I still wasn't going to write a review because it wasn't something obviously malicious or devious, just made me sort of doubt the integrity after reading the other review. Two incidences is no longer a coincidence, but still I withheld writing anything. But then I spoke to my landlord And he said that the inside of the refrigerator and the inside of the Oven were completely cleaned by a professional cleaning company they did a basic cleaning of the whole unit but they included the inside of the oven and refrigerator. The reason this is important is because I have a one bedroom apartment, I told them it was two because there's a formal dining room, and Melby quoted me $200 for a deep cleaning including the inside of the refrigerator and inside of the oven but $150 without the inside of the refrigerator and inside of the oven so I said I wanted the $150 price because I saw on a previous review that someone had a three bedroom apartment and they charged her $130 and they deep cleaned very well including the ceiling fans and those were the things that I wanted the deep cleaning of...the main hard to reach areas of the house. I also didn't see the refrigerator or oven dirty at all when I first toured the house, so I planned to give it a wipe down myself which didn't seem like it would be hard. So the two ladies were cleaning for a little over two hours and I was busy downstairs cleaning things from my car before I was going to move them up so I wasn't really paying attention to what they were cleaning but after a few hours passed I went upstairs and I saw them leaving and the one thing that one of the ladies showed me was the inside of the fridge and that was the area that she seem to be the proudest of and she opened it and said she cleaned it and I know that wasn't part of what I had agreed to pay but I trusted she must've cleaned it really well so I gave her an extra $20 in tip for cleaning the inside of the refrigerator but now to know that the refrigerator was already cleaned and Melby told me later that she was told that she cleaned the inside of the refrigerator AND the oven and she didn't charge me for it , but I now know it was already cleaned professionally. I'm not saying she didn't "clean" it, but I think she knew it was already pretty clean, so whatever wipe down she gave it, she showed it to me like she worked super hard on it. That's not honest at all to appear to clean hard the areas that are already clean and to ignore the real work. Melby did have the ladies come back to clean the areas they missed but they were there for a half hour and there is still dirt and dust in so many places it's ridiculous. I'm basically recreating everything myself. Even after Melby gave me a partial refund, I still paid out of pocket $120 for pretty a huge headache. I would never recommend this cleaning. It was equivalent to hiring high school kids to clean to be honest. read more

Needed our house cleaned before our open house! I ordered the deep clean. I called for a quote and got a fast estimate. They also utilize text message which I find way easier than having to call every time I had a quick question. The two ladies showed up on time and did an amazing job!!! They got all the dog hair out of the carpets and rugs. Our oven is OLLD, probably the original oven. I tried so many times to clean it myself but wasn't able to. They got it super clean! They dusted the blinds and baseboards. I was very impressed with everything! I love how they accept Venmo too! read more

We hired Reyes cleaning to do a deep clean on our house. They were quick to respond with quotes for standard/deep cleaning prices, what both entailed, as well as availability. I had several other places either quote us prices that were way too high, or want to come by to give us a price quote which is honestly something we didn't have time (or want) to coordinate. Reyes cleaning had reasonable prices as well as quick communication. We were able to make an appointment within a week, and they arrived right on time (to the minute!). They quoted that it would take them between 4-5 hours (without seeing our home) and it took them exactly 4.5 hours. Their two person team were so nice, thorough, and did an exceptional job. I have never used a home cleaning service before, and am SO GLAD to have connected with Melby from Reyes Cleaning. They had the best rates and I was able to schedule a "Standard Cleaning Service" with them at a time that worked best for me since I work from home. Two women came and cleaned our entire 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home in under 2 hours and for $130. It honestly has never looked better. I hired Reyes for a move out cleaning at the end of April and they had two people clean for under 2 hours charging 180. None of the details were cleaned such as walls near high traffic areas, light fixtures, cupboards, stove. In fact, the stove was still dirty under knobs and in the hood part. Also, whatever they used on the surface of my stove clogged the burners and they would not turn on. I basically had to disassemble the stove and clean it to get it to work. Further, despite me asking for a receipt they have yet to provide me one. My landlord ended up charging me another 150 to clean the place as a result. Pretty disappointed as they did an awesome job on my move out the year before. Hopefully they just had an off day at my expense. read more
