In 2019 I started with a monthly cleaning service. These cleanings supplement my cleaning since physically I can't do the floors/scrub bathrooms easily due to medical issues. This has been a great help to my health and well being by reducing the stress, excess chores, and extra pain from cleaning. Nicole is easy to coordinate with via text (my preferred contact method). Because two cleaners are sent to our 1400 square foot home, the cleaning only takes a couple hours. They cleaners are friendly and great with my dog and cat. Six months ago, I never thought I would be posting this! My house is 1200 ft.² and an easy clean. When we let them go for cutting corners we began to vacuum our floors and mop the very next day. The proof is in the Dyson and our tile is back to its original color! When we are approached for a reimbursement we were offered a redo. We did not want a redo they were not doing their work. Very disappointing! You can certainly include me as one. The owner and head cleaner is Nicole. She was prompt, thorough, and professional from the moment I contacted her via Yelp, then for our first meeting to do an estimate, and every cleaning I received since---every two weeks for five months. Nicole employs a number of people, mainly college-age Caucasian women, who either work as two-person teams or as her assistant when she works onsite herself. I happened to meet most of her teams while they were cleaning my McKinley Park cottage, where I recently moved from. I liked every one of Nicole's team members. However, a few of them were not always as "neat freak clean" as Nicole herself is. That may account for why I met new team members frequently. Nicole asked that I provide all the cleaning supplies I required and preferred. She explained it to be a necessary business practice because of her experiences with every client wanting something different. Makes perfect sense and I complied. Yet, once she knew what I preferred . . . I would have preferred that it be included in the service, as with all the previous housekeepers I've had.
