Nicole and the Neat Freak team have been cleaning my home monthly for over 2 years (24+ cleans) and everything has been great! The place always looks fantastic! Great rates for a great clean. Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and thorough. I moved to a new home recently, and Nicole was very accommodating with the switch -- grateful I can continue to receive Neat Freak's service to keep it looking fresh. Nicole sends a helpful reminder the day prior to each clean, and has been very understanding and flexible the few times we have needed to reschedule. Signed, a super happy long-term customer. read more

I've had Neat Freak cleaning my home every four weeks for over a year. Nicole and her team of cleaners are friendly and professional. Nicole does well sending out reminders and communicating updates to the schedule. It's a bit more expensive than a previous service I used, but her cleaners do a nice job. read more

We've been Neat Freak Clean customers for over a year now and couldn't be more satisfied with the results. As working parents of a young child it has been immensely beneficial to our sense of wellbeing to have Neat Freak Clean perform regular house cleans--both in terms of living in the clean space and in having one less thing on our endless todo list. Nicole and team do consistent quality work, steam cleaning, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, etc and at a very reasonable price. Communication is highly professional, with regular reminders about upcoming cleans and flexibility in scheduling if needed. I highly recommend Neat Freak Clean to anyone else needing these services! read more

Near Freak Clean came highly recommended by my neighbors in our neighborhood fb page! I just had my first clean with Nicole and her team and I was so so impressed! They did a great job on every room, paying such great attention to detail! All of my art was dusted. New sheets on my bed. The trash all emptied. The living room looked like a model home when they were finished. I happened to still be home when the team arrived and they were so friendly, and accommodating, and great with my little dog! It's great to know that your home is not only being well cleaned, but that it's in the hands of great people. I look forward to many more cleanings!! read more

We hired Nicole 4 years ago and it was the best decision ever! She's trust worthy, reliable and does a great job. I hear other people's horror stories with other services and I feel so lucky to have Nicole. I did monthly cleaning for years but when I recently got a promotion the first thing I did was switch to twice a month! Cleaning day is my favorite day! read more

In 2019 I started with a monthly cleaning service. These cleanings supplement my cleaning since physically I can't do the floors/scrub bathrooms easily due to medical issues. This has been a great help to my health and well being by reducing the stress, excess chores, and extra pain from cleaning. Nicole is easy to coordinate with via text (my preferred contact method). Because two cleaners are sent to our 1400 square foot home, the cleaning only takes a couple hours. They cleaners are friendly and great with my dog and cat. I find the price reasonable for our budget. For 2020, I've just increased to biweekly cleaning services. read more

Nicole and her team do an excellent job cleaning my home every other week. They are efficient and reliable. Nicole has great communication and is a pleasure to work with, I would definitely recommend Neat Freak to friends and family. read more

Nicole is great to work with. Her team does a good job. Monthly cleans are consistent and her team is trustworthy.

Request a quote from Neat Freak Clean through yelp. The owner, Nicole, responded promptly but did not provide a quote for the job, she just said they're "completely booked at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience". So, if you're looking for house keepers right now may be best to look elsewhere. read more

Neat Freak Clean - Home Cleaning Near Me

I've been using Neat Freak Clean for a year now and am very happy with Nicole and her team. I had never used a regular cleaning service before so I was unsure what to expect but Nicole was very professional and trustworthy from the beginning. Nicole and her team consistently do a great job at cleaning my apartment just how I requested on day one. Cleaning days are always my favorite as everything is spotless and organized when I get home. Nicole is very communicative making it easy to reschedule if necessary or let her know if I have any issues. I will be sticking with Neat Freak and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great Sacramento cleaning service. read more

Six months ago, I never thought I would be posting this! My house is 1200 ft.² and an easy clean. When we let them go for cutting corners we began to vacuum our floors and mop the very next day. The proof is in the Dyson and our tile is back to its original color! When we are approached for a reimbursement we were offered a redo. We did not want a redo they were not doing their work. Very disappointing! In addition, Better Business Bureau just contacted me to say that my post is on their site because of the pictures of proof for three years and especially for not giving me the refund! read more

4 1/2 Stars Reading all the wonderful reviews and the website for Neat Freak Clean was nice. It is always a pleasant thing for me to see satisfied and happy customers. You can certainly include me as one. The owner and head cleaner is Nicole. She was prompt, thorough, and professional from the moment I contacted her via Yelp, then for our first meeting to do an estimate, and every cleaning I received since---every two weeks for five months. Nicole employs a number of people, mainly college-age Caucasian women, who either work as two-person teams or as her assistant when she works onsite herself. I happened to meet most of her teams while they were cleaning my McKinley Park cottage, where I recently moved from. I liked every one of Nicole's team members. However, a few of them were not always as "neat freak clean" as Nicole herself is. That may account for why I met new team members frequently. Nicole asked that I provide all the cleaning supplies I required and preferred. She explained it to be a necessary business practice because of her experiences with every client wanting something different. Makes perfect sense and I complied. Yet, once she knew what I preferred . . . I would have preferred that it be included in the service, as with all the previous housekeepers I've had. Still, Nicole does a very good job and is very dependable in communicating and coordinating. I like Nicole and her work very much---Neat Freak Clean! Review 0184 Feel. read more

Nicole and team rock! Our family has been using Neat Freak Clean for well over a year now and couldn't be happier. After calling around to countless cleaning services in Sacramento we found Neat Freaks! From the start Nicole was very professional and trustworthy and made us feel very comfortable. Cleaning days are our favorite - we enjoy seeing the little touches around the house that we just don't have time to get to. I would gladly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a fantastic cleaning service in Sacramento! read more

Nicole and the Neat Freak team have been cleaning my apartment for the last 2 years. The staff are very professional, great with my dog and overall great. We've been using neat freak for a monthly clean for the last few months and are very happy. The quality of work and professionalism are top notch. The cost is on par with other companies and reasonable for a job well done. They seem flexible to accommodate any special requests, although we haven't had to make any since we were satisfied from the get go. Nicole also happily works around our family (dog, cats, babies, etc) - super friendly and really enjoy working with her. read more

Always on time with a high quality cleaning. Easy to schedule and very communicative.

Nicole and Neat Freak do a great job in our home. She is very reliable and friendly. I am so glad we hired Nicole. Highly recommended!

I spent a cool year walking past the Neat Freak car, and every time I thought, "I need to call them." Eventually, my hatred for cleaning bathrooms (and roommate b*tching) used by three men (roommates + me) became too much and I made the call. Nicole and Neat Freak Clear are a dream to work with. Our first meeting was quick and efficient. She was honest and professional, all while keeping my price point in mind. The ladies come every other week, are always on time (or let me know way ahead of time of their schedule), and do a great job maintaining the midtown town house (3/2, two-stories). NOTHING is nicer than coming home to a clean house! read more

I've been using Neat Freak for over 3 years for monthly cleanings. I love coming home to a sparkling clean house after they have been here. They always do a good job and they always show up on schedule. Nicole is great at communicating in advance if a reschedule is needed but in 3 years that's only happened a couple of times. I'm usually at work when they are here, but on the occasions I have been at home they are super friendly. Definitely recommend! read more

I had them for my cleaning service for a bit over a year, they were pretty good and reliable. I appreciated the notifications I received before and if there was a scheduling issue. I've since left the area but wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

I've used Neat Freak Clean's service for a couple of years now for my apartment in midtown Sacramento. Overall, their service has been excellent. It's nice to come home from work in the evening to find a spotless apartment. In addition, the owner Nicole has always been very accommodating whenever I've had to reschedule a visit. I'm struggling to come up with more details so I'll leave it at this: they show up when they're supposed to, they clean my apartment to my satisfaction, and they do it at a reasonable price. Pretty simple, what more can you ask for? read more

Nicole and her team are the best! I've been using them for 6 years! The cleaners are so respectful, professional and kind. They do a great job and with them coming and going while we are not home has always gone off with out a hitch! They are always very conscience of not letting my pets out and know how to deal with the pets right when they come in. They are so sweet to my barking Yorkie! 6 years and never a problem and very amazing during the pandemic with us working from home, very respectful while we work. I tried several other companies before going with Neat Freak and they came nowhere close to the service Nicole and her teams gives! read more

Quick, efficient, and kind. Wonderful team and have been regularly cleaning my home for quite some time now. Definitely recommend :).

I had my house cleaned for the first time today and the team did a great job! Nicole was very responsive throughout the whole process, from arranging a time to give me a quote to setting up the housecleaning date to following up about my satisfaction with the service. The cleaners were friendly and efficient and I appreciated all of the little touches that they did around the house. It was definitely a treat to have someone else do all the work! I know I have high standards when it comes to what is clean and they absolutely met them. read more
