They had a two technician team come, and I wasn't home, I gave them the door code and they came on time, spent 4-5 hours deep cleaning the house and locked up when they completed! Valerie was the manager I communicated with and she was awesome! She communicated very well, was quick to reply in text message and even called me for a follow up to see if I was happy with their service! When I found Home Cleaning Home on Yelp through their very high reviews and Yelp guarantee, I was willing to take a chance! I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.

Our floors had just been demo's except for some rooms that had dust from removing popcorn debris. The floors with the popcorn debris were incredibly dusty after the water dried up after the left. It was clear the just moved a mop around but didn't try to actually get the dirt off the floor. We asked them to scrub the walls to get the dirt and grime off and the walls looked like they had zero elbow grease put into them. Again, just like they had barely put some product onto the wall but didn't actually scrub anything off the wall. Would not recommend this service, as they finished a 1700 sq foot house in 2 hours.

We set up an appointment date through messaging. He showed up right on time and got to work. Two hours or so later, my gutters were good to go. One section of my gutter was way higher than the others, so his buddy returned a few days later to finish that part. The payment wasn't collected until the job was 100% done. I recently hired House 2 OM House Cleaning Company to spruce up my home, but my experience with them was nothing short of a complete disaster. This company managed to tick all the boxes when it came to providing a terrible service. From overcharging to a lack of professionalism, they truly excelled in disappointing their customers. The punctuality of the cleaners was laughable. They arrived late to the job without any prior communication or apology. The list of unfulfilled promises just kept growing. House 2 OM assured me that they would perform a thorough cleaning of my entire house, but they left many areas untouched. I discovered dusty corners, not cleaned fridge, bathrooms, and oven, many areas barley dusted that were glaringly obvious even to an untrained eye. Not to mention, the quality of their cleaning was below average at best. It seemed as though they rushed through the process, barely making an effort to ensure a spotless result. I could still see streaks on the mirrors, and the bathroom tiles were far from pristine. It was evident that they lacked the necessary attention to detail and pride in their work. Adding insult to injury, the cleaners left early without any explanation or apology. I expected them to stay until the job was complete, but they seemed more interested in rushing to the next assignment than fulfilling their responsibilities to my satisfaction. The lack of professionalism was glaringly evident throughout the entire experience. The cleaners displayed a careless attitude, paying no attention to my concerns and showing a complete disregard for my home and belongings. Additionally, they did not even bother to stay for the walk-through at the end, denying me the opportunity to voice my dissatisfaction and provide feedback. In conclusion, I am utterly dissatisfied with the abysmal service provided by House 2 OM. The overcharging, tardiness, unfulfilled promises, lack of professionalism, subpar cleaning quality, and early departure without a proper walk-through are just some of the many reasons why I would strongly advise against hiring them. I started using House 2 OMs cleaning service beginning of this year by purchasing their living social deal online. I have a I.5 bedroom apartment with by now 3 cats in midtown and considering the amount of animals Brandy and Demetra did a fantastic cleaning job past Wednesday. I asked to focus on the floors, sinks and bath tub and when I came home from work that day I found the floors spotless. I could tell that the effort has been made to move some furniture if needed to be able to clean underneath and not just "around" which I am very grateful for. I did not find any dust bunnies in the corners or any of that. The bed was made nicely which I don't expect to be done at all because I prefer spending more time on the more important things but everything worked out fine and the bed was a bonus for me. Kudos to Mike - one of the owners - who has shown great professionalism and customer service as well as patience with me as sometimes I have been difficult to get a hold of. Whenever I expressed that something has been missed a couple times before this time he put lots of effort into having it either redone or one time even doing the cleaning himself with one of his employees for over two hours and when I came back home the apartment looked the cleanest it has ever been. Even my toilet paper was folded into a triangle which made me feel like arriving to a freshly cleaned hotel room when traveling and I loved that little touch of professionalism. The price is very reasonable, especially for the quality of the cleaning service I received this recent time. I had to take a short break from the service due to financial reasons but am glad I am back on it. I recommend House2OM but also suggest to let Mike know right away what your expectations are and you would like his team to focus on so that there is a chance to meet them as besides the basics every customer has different expectations. I agree with all the great reviews above. I bought a Living Social coupon for the service and called to set up my appt with House 2 Om. I got a quick response from Mike, which has not always been my experience with other Groupon/Living Social service deals. I was greatly surprised. Mike answered all 3000 of my questions. He was extremely patient, thorough, and forthcoming with the information I needed. He set up an appt with Betsy on the my preferred date. Betsy came to the house a tad early, which was great and got right to work. She worked for four straight hours and was extremely detail-oriented and conscientious. She asked what I needed and really focused in on those things. She did an incredible job on my chicken-wire tile in the bathroom (which is a real pain to clean...I know because I tried it once). She wiped down the walls and the baseboard (and tons of other stuff), not just in the bathroom but throughout the house, was meticulous about getting all the little (and big) webs on the ceiling, and hit the kitchen from top to bottom. I agree with the reviewer above, my kitchen and bathroom look so great that I don't want to use them! Betsy is such a hard worker and great at what she does. She's also easy to communicate with, nice, and thorough...and did I mention conscientious and detail-oriented? I also got a follow up call from Bill who was also extremely nice and customer-oriented. Great cleaning service and great customer service. I will definitely be using them again and will refer this agency to others. August 18, 2020. I had my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment cleaned on a Sunday morning. It was my first time, and I wanted to be present. According to the e-mail reminders (very helpful) my cleaners were Esperanza Medina-Saldana and Jacqueline Jones, although I was working with someone named Toni (could have been one of them). They were presented with a significant challenge - I am not a clean-the-house guy, and I had let things go a bit. They promptly and systematically went through the entire apartment and cleaned it thoroughly. The kitchen was unrecognizable, particularly the oven and the microwave. The bathrooms were fabulous. They moved smaller items of furniture, and items on the counters, and cleaned them and the places underneath. I recommend customers just put the stuff on their bathroom counter in a box and let them go at it. I bought a Groupon for 4 man-hours (2 people x 2 hrs) for $120. I'll admit I was a little nervous about it because they rescheduled on me last minute the first time I booked, and I was a bit turned off by all the restrictions (they'll only clean two areas, won't move clutter off countertops, etc.)... But after my cleaning today, I can 100% vouch for this company. I was BLOWN AWAY by the work Anita and Rachel did in their two hours with us. They cleaned just about our entire apartment and we're talking DEEP cleaning of every nook and cranny. Way beyond the "only two areas" I was expecting, and definitely the best professional cleaning I've ever had done. Mary from House 2 Om came to clean my house last week. I was very impressed. Mary is an excellent worker and very thorough. I was very pleased with the quality of her work and her work ethic. She came two days in a row for four hours each day. She cleaned the guest and master bathrooms from top to bottom as well as the kitchen. It feels completely clean and sanitized. She also cleaned the window sills and tracks (including the sliding glass door), living room, floors, ceiling fans, blinds, and lots of other things. Hands down, this was the best cleaning company I have ever used, and I have tried many. I bought a living social deal for 4 hours of cleaning, but they stayed HOURS over their contract just to get the job done. And they did so cheerfully! They were friendly and polite. They also saw that I have small children, so they used their 'green' cleaning products for safety. They don't just do surface cleaning either- they got into every nook and cranny and thoroughly cleaned EVERYTHING in the room. One of the owners, Mike, came out with his employee Toni. After the lockdowns and my wife becoming disabled and a bunch of pets, I have be unable to really keep up with the cleaning. Saturday Madelynne,,Toni, Abigail and Briana came. Arrived on time very neat in appearance and Friendly. Wife and I went out for breakfast 3 hours later we came back to a beautiful home. Bathrooms were spotless Kitchen also. As far as the cleaning services are concerned, the gals all do a great job; however, the customer service of the office staff and organization is ZERO stars! They cannot distinguish from one customer to another ... you're screwed if you have a common name with someone else. They do not keep notes and they'll charge your card for someone else's service. Clearly very unorganized and HORRIBLE customer service. When I called to tell them they had charged my card twice, they were rude and disrespectful to me and accused me of being the bad guy. I just had my house cleaned by the most amazing crew of spring cleaners (Tiana, Espie, Layy, and Jackie). They were so professional, and did a wonderful job of cleaning my home from top to bottom. They cleaned three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, hallway, all wood surfaces, blinds, mirrors, pictures and frames, ceiling fans, glass tables, leather furniture, piano, oven and range, refrigerator door and even the trash can. This was my first time using a cleaning service and my experience was awesome! I had company come into town on very short notice and it was so great that I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Anita and Dolores were fast, thorough, friendly, and honest. I am new to having housecleaners, but decided to book the Spring Clean option where 4 fabulous cleaners came to the house and did just that--clean, from top to bottom! Machelle, Monique, Dee and Toni were all fabulous! They worked up a sweat cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing. I talked to Toni on Friday about starting service. She was very considerate in her quotes for two houses and surprisingly scheduled the services for the next two days! I just had a baby in June and my mother got me what this company calls a "spring clean" as a gift. I have never had my house cleaned by professionals. The team of 4 (Anita, Toni, Monique, Paris) showed up on time and got down to business right away!! They used sensitive cleaning products (because of the baby, something I didn't think about). Fabulous job! I had an event planned and was still recovering from foot surgery, so the thought of trying to accomplish a deep cleaning on my apartment before cooking for two days was painful. I am beyond blown away and extremely happy with my most recent cleaning from House 2 Om! Toni is always great with making sure I'm matched with great cleaners and my needs will be met. I initially did not have the best experience, but Toni made sure to make it right. She went up, over and beyond to retain my business!!! The second crew she sent out were absolutely amazing! My floors have never looked so spotless. Thank you so much Blaire and Ty!!! Both ladies were kind, sweet and professional! I will definitely be requesting these two again!!! read more

Toni and Terri did amazing work!! I could not have done a better job. Three super dirty bathrooms were left to me spotless and shiny!! Tub, sink, toilet, showers and its door looked like new again! Magic! I was even pleasantly surprised how much detail they paid attention to when I noticed my dusty faux plants and decor were shiny and new looking again. They took the time to check in with me at the beginning to understand my priorities and areas of concern, which I really appreciated. They even managed to remove some tough stains from my bathtub that I wasn't sure would come out! They also did an amazing job cleaning my kitchen despite my countertops being pretty cluttered. Throughout the visit, they were positive, friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I also want to give a special shoutout to Nick and Angelica, who have helped clean my home over the past several months. They've consistently done a wonderful job and have been a big part of why I've continued using this service. Thank you to Jacob, Kayla, Nick, and Angelica for all your hard work. The two ladies who came (I apologize for not getting their names) did an amazing job. I actually didn't read any reviews before hiring them. I happened to see their Instagram ad, and the price seemed fair, so I decided to reach out on Yelp and book their service. From the very beginning, the communication was very professional. The ladies did such an incredible job--their work truly speaks for itself. They were friendly, professional, and trustworthy, and they knew exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be booking them again in the future for home cleaning. Highly recommend!
