This is one of the easiest 5-star reviews I've ever written. We just started using Rubio's Cleaning Service after moving to Roseville a year ago and trying a couple of other housecleaning services first. The others were OK, but just OK. RCS is WAY beyond the others! A crew of four arrived ontime, and each lady immediately got to their assigned tasks. Each person is like a perpetual motion machine, and the attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. They supply all of their own equipment and products, and after they leave, the entire house looks and smells amazing. My wife checked the shutters, the picture frames, the microwave, the laundry room - everything was done above and beyond what we expected. We have scheduled RCS for every two weeks. Given the exceptionally high quality and care level, we consider the cost to be absolutely fair and appropriate. We highly recommend RCS for residential housecleaning. They are the best! read more

I'm a returning customer with Jesus. I trust him 100% to get the job done and charge a fair price. He came through again for us!

I've been using Rubio's for 10 years and remain very satisfied. I love that they bring a small crew and are so organized. Each person has their assigned area to clean and they work furiously and thoroughly. They are in and out in an hour and my house looks amazing. Time is too precious to spend every weekend cleaning a different bathroom in and endless cycle. Highly recommend Rubio's to keep your sanity. And their English is flawless when you call, very easy to communicate. read more

Jesus and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning up the rental property we were vacating per the Move-Out Clean service. It probably hasn't looked that good since the day we moved in., The fridges and appliances were spotless and cleaned to the same standard I would hold myself. He is very communicative and the price was more than fair considering the 10 people that have lived in that house, as well as pets that have been on the premises. Would recommend! read more

When I went to do a review I was surprised there were two Rubio's cleaning. I owned a cleaning service for 10 years. So I am very picky and I have a hairy dog. I have been using this Rubio's cleaning service for about 2 years and I love them. They are fantastic. Always reliable and on time. I highly recommend them. read more

I was looking for a biweekly cleaning service for my apartment and decided to call as they have great reviews! I was told to text them which I did. After reviewing, I accepted and mentioned about the deep clean since my apartment is brand new and they had it deep cleaned prior. After they never responded when I accepted their service. If they didn't want to move on with the service they simply could've said no. Their communication is very poor and i'm a little disappointed as they seemed they had great service! read more

Rubio's Cleaning Service - They never replied back - Home Cleaning Near Me - Roseville, California

I have a move out clean for my in-law. Not a big place (1 bed, 1 bath with kitchenette.) . In the past the cleaners have done for $200-$250 but I did not want to go with them again for various reasons. Contacted this business. He quoted me $385 said the minimum is $350 which is way out of line of other quotes. Will go with someone more reasonable. If $385 is outside your price range I would not waste your time here. I said if he has a minimum he should post that and he told me that can't advertise pricing on Yelp unfortunately. Hmmm. Not too keen on businesses with no transparency. read more

We have been using Rubio's for a couple years now and Jesus is so wonderful and easy to work with - he always reminds you when you are due and is so flexible about finding a day and time that works. His crew are fantastic and so efficient! They are always kind and professional and it's so nice that they get in and out quickly but still do an incredible job throughout the house. They are excellent service for very fair prices. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

I am not even sure I can articulate how impressed I was with my whole house deep cleaning yesterday. Enriqueta, Esmeralda, and Maritza showed up on time (actually 30 minutes early) and they worked nonstop and diligently for 4-1/2 hours. They cleaned more than I expected and I expected it to be thorough. They exceeded my expectations by a lot. They cleaned areas I would have never thought of plus they cleaned things to a degree that I didn't even know could get that clean any more. Just blown away in a good way. We have lived in our home since 2008 and though I am a neat freak, I don't think our house has ever been this truly clean. Twenty-four hours later, I can still smell that good clean house smell. This was our first time using Rubio's. I relied on the reviews here and everyone was so right. They are amazing!! Thank you, Rubios! Will be telling my local friends and neighbors. read more

We just moved back into our house after renting it out to tenants for three years. It badly needed a deep clean to bring it back to the condition we left it, and while I was worried it was too big of a job, it wasn't for Rubio's! They were very responsive, took time to go over what they clean, and they did an A+++ job. Would highly recommend using this company for any and all of your cleaning needs. Thanks, Rubio's! read more

Rubios did an amazing job cleaning out our house during our move. I would highly recommend them.

I reached out to schedule an appointment as a new client.. Was recommend by a friend.. Had to come and share my experience. Fast, reliable, professional, trust worthy. I stand and suggest and recommend Rubios Cleaning Service as company to do business with. 5 stars. The owner asked about my 1st service and if there were adjustments needed etc. I was happy to hear how much there service to the customer matters by adding personal touches or request by the homeowner. read more

Back in August of 2018, I hired Rubio's for a whole house deep clean. Because of the quality of work and great communication, I now have Rubio's do regular cleanings every other week at my house. The staff always shows up exactly on time, they work efficiently (and in masks...if that matters to you), and always does an AMAZING job with each cleaning. They are nice and respectful and I have been able to trust them. I posted a similar review for Rubio's in August in 2018 for a deep clean for the whole house (find it in the reviews here). They were great then, and they are still great now!! Thanks Jesus!! Keep up the great work!!! read more

I called the company to requests their services, the owner told me they were to busy and right away give me a name and phone number of someone else something not to many others do, my respect to this owner for not being selfish and give jobs to others when he can't do it himself, Thank you Rubios Cleaning Service for sharing the wealth. read more

Well, it's been over a year that Jesus has worked with me & my house, and every time he comes by I just appreciate him and his staff more and more. They seriously do an incredible job, and go above and beyond every time. See my first review for how Jesus cleaned & fixed my fireplace doors! This time I had pink dye stains in the bathtub that I had tried myself to get out, and after Jesus stopped by, they were gone as if they had never been there!! I wouldn't dream of looking anywhere else for cleaning! I love you Jesus! read more

What a great experience. Jeremy is a perfectionist and deep cleaned my entire house so beautifully. He uses environmentally friendly materials and steam cleans the floors, too!! I wasn't expecting it, but he organized my bathrooms and kitchen. Additionally, the pollen has been wild and he managed to scrape it out of the corners AND cleaned out the gutters!! I couldn't believe it. He clearly takes pride in everything he does and genuinely enjoys making his clients happy. If you are looking for someone to do a great job at more than reasonable cost, hire Rubio's. read more

I never write reviews but this company deserves it. I remember in 2018 needing a cleaning crew to come in that same week and do a move out clean of the house my husband and I were renting. Not only were they the only company to fit us in, my husband was short what we owed them and all the lady said was- "just use us again in the future". They did an awesome job too btw. Fast forward to a few days ago. My husband, daughter and I are about to put our home up for sale. Well,... my specialty is 100% NOT cleaning so I'm sure it was awful in all of the places that grossness accumulates over time. They actually squeezed us in, once again, and made it look new again. I'm talking spotless. I'm a little sad we are selling it now, haha. So long story short- this is a great company who has amazing attention to detail and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Rubio's read more

I was helping to take care of some things in my dad's house while he's out for a couple of weeks, and it's in desperate need of a deep deep deep "maybe it would be better if we just burned the house down" clean. Plus there's a weird smell in the kitchen that no one can find. Contacted Rubio's on a Sunday, and he was able to get a crew out the very next afternoon. Fantastic service! Fast responses, I got an updated ETA message when they got held up in traffic, and then another when they were done. Crew was very professional and started tackling the mess right away. Walking up the driveway I could SMELL how much cleaner it was. Highly recommend them! read more

#250! They did an amazing job cleaning the house for our move out inspection. Everything was spotless and the service was excellent! Jesus was very response and professional. read more

I'd highly recommend Rubio's cleaning service. They were very professional from start to finish. I had a move-out cleaning done and their work was extremely detailed with every surface of the house completely detailed. I spoke with Jesus via text the entire time and he was extremely fast to respond and was even able to move our appointment around due to some last minute changes. If you need a cleaning service at your home, this should be a company you consider. read more

We had a 5 star experience our first time using Rubio's Cleaning Service 4 years ago, which is why we called on them again to do a move out cleaning for us. Jesus is a top notch professional, eager to earn your business. His staff are verrrrry good at what they do and again have wowed us with their cleaning skills. They don't miss a thing! Thank you Jesus and thank all of your super star cleaners for us too!!! You are all very appreciated. read more

Used their service recently and was extremely disappointed. The cleaners were very unprofessional (they came in without saying hello, I asked if they had questions - they didn't reply and they sat down at my kitchen island to eat a meal without permission less than an hour after arriving. We were concerned because of Covid that they were in our home without masks while eating. I would not recommend them. read more

I was having a holiday party and a prior cleaning service was beyond late and wanted to reschedule. I obviously didn't trust that. I have an average sized home but with 2 kids and 2 dogs I get overwhelmed and was really not looking forward to trying to clean for my party myself. I called Rubio's desperate and on the verge of tears and they were able to come out at the last minute first thing the next morning. Laura and Mary arrived shortly after 8 and got right to work. I'm a fairly clean person and ride my family on the train to cleanliness! When I tell you they scrubbed! My master shower, I struggle with getting spots out and now it looks brand new again! My toliets are shining bright like a diamond! Mary even made my bed! I've used services before where the workers cleaned rooms together and it bothered me but not Rubio's! They divided and conquered. They did such an awesome job. I couldn't be more happier. They were price competitively with other cleaning companies and were well worth it! Jesus, was so kind. Checking in to make sure I was pleased with the work and also wished me well on my party. So thoughtful! Will definitely use them again. Thank you! read more

Found Rubio on Yelp. This was the first time using his services, but I will certainly do so again. Here's why. 1) His price was quite reasonable, given that the house needed extensive cleaning. It took them about four hours to get it done, and they were quite thorough, even cleaning a bathroom that I specifically said didn't need more than a quick wipe-down, since it was going to be remodeled anyway. 2) This cleaning needed to get done before Monday, when the place is going to be painted. The owner called me back lightning fast. At first, he said he was completely booked. I probably sounded somewhat desperate, given that I was running out of time. Amazingly, he found an opening at 8 am the following morning. 3) He takes credit cards, and if you pay in advance (not a requirement, just a deposit), there's no extra fee. It wasn't like I was going to back out, but he said if I did cancel, only the deposit would be charged. Pretty reasonable, since it would be last-minute cancellation. 4) He called me about 15 minutes ahead, saying that he was going to be a few minutes late, due to traffic. Don't get me started how many times I've sat around waiting for someone who never showed and never bothered to call. 5) He and his worker were very nice, answered a bunch of questions, and did a little extra besides. read more

I initially had a move out cleaning appointment with another cleaning company on 7/16 (I set the appointment via Yelp messages on 7/11). The morning that they were set to show up, they did not. When I called them to find out where they were, they told me that they were fully booked for the day (looking at you, Castle Services, Natomas. I have receipts). I reached out to Rubio's Cleaning Service through Yelp messages that morning, and Jesus immediately reached out to me 30 minutes later and was able to fill me in the next day. Given that I provided such short notice for a move out clean, I was truly impressed with his response time and the fact that he was able to get the job done. Mary and Laura did a great job, and they also took out some of the cobwebs outside of my front door! Super sweet. read more

I have been trying to find a house cleaning service for several months and my neighbor recommend Rubio. I'm so happy she gave them a great recommendation. I pride myself on keeping a clean house but I didn't know how much cleaner it should have been. They have cleaned my house several times and seems to get better each time. I can't find a place that they have missed cleaning. They even cleaned the lint from my dryer! The staff are very friendly and professional. Rose S. read more

What can I say, Jesus and his team did an A-mazing job. My bathroom is pristine. I am flabbergasted. I didn't know it could get that clean. The toilet is like new!! The bathtub is a place where I will be overjoyed to bath my child in. I have two cats, one not so friendly and they seemed to do just fine with strangers in the house. Very Pet Friendly!! We had them come to do a deep cleaning before we put it on the market and it is definitely move in clean! His prices are very reasonable and well worth every penny. I love his personality, he is professional and passionate about his work. I highly recommend him. They were on time and got right to work, no messing around. read more

Received a quote to have our newly painted home cleaned before moving in. I reached out to this company though yelp and they included a HUGE list of what gets cleaned for this type of job. It made me happy because they seem so thorough!!! The man I spoke to quoted us, based on the size of the home of at $625. I asked if his crew could line the cupboards in our kitchen and bathrooms and he said yes, for an extra $75 - cool! Lining cupboards is a pain in the butt! We are looking at $700 total for the home to be move in ready clean. Ok yea that's a lot but the house is big , we were busy getting our other house ready for sale , have a 1 year old, and the ratings for this company were perfect and again, the list of things they clean was LONG so I had high hopes! The crew of 2 (one male one female) showed up around 8 am. I get a call saying there's no scissors they cannot cut the cupboard liners! Oops!! My mistake , I loaded up my baby since I was living 5 minutes away and dropped off the scissors and went home. I went back to the house and took my son on a long walk around the new neighborhood and planned to look at the house before I took him home to be put down for his vital nap. Around 130 I arrive and the lady looks to still be struggling and irritated with the lining of the cabinets and the house was nowhere near done. I do a quick walk though because I knew my son would be sleeping when they finished and I'd not be able to do a "final" walk though.. I pointed out one of the faucets in the master was still dirty (even tho she said the bathroom was clean) the shower could have been cleaner, I asked her about it , maybe they don't use bleach cause I was able to do a better job. I wrote a check and left. Next day I inspect the house and I'm not exactly satisfied. Maybe there was a language barrier cause the master faucet I pointed out still looked dirty. For the price I paid I guess I was expecting more. I reached out to the man I spoke with originally (I think the owner). He put the issues back on me. The reason for the less than satisfactory job was there was paint all over the showers, they should have charged us more for job because of size of the kitchen and other reasons. The light switches throughout the house were dirty which is one of the tiniest details but it was on their list of things they clean . I felt like he downplayed my concerns by saying there's reasons why things were not as good as they should have been. I remember in the original correspondence he mentioned if the house was dirtier it needed more, they would have charged more. Well they missed the opportunity to make more money off me cause that wasn't even offered. He attempted to offer someone to "come back out" but I wasn't comfortable with that.. I used a different company to clean my other house prior to sale and there were no issues there. read more
