I have a move out clean for my in-law. Not a big place (1 bed, 1 bath with kitchenette.) . In the past the cleaners have done for $200-$250 but I did not want to go with them again for various reasons. Contacted this business. He quoted me $385 said the minimum is $350 which is way out of line of other quotes. Will go with someone more reasonable. If $385 is outside your price range I would not waste your time here. I said if he has a minimum he should post that and he told me that can't advertise pricing on Yelp unfortunately. Hmmm. Not too keen on businesses with no transparency. read more

After reviewing, I accepted and mentioned about the deep clean since my apartment is brand new and they had it deep cleaned prior. After they never responded when I accepted their service. I am not even sure I can articulate how impressed I was with my whole house deep cleaning yesterday. Enriqueta, Esmeralda, and Maritza showed up on time (actually 30 minutes early) and they worked nonstop and diligently for 4-1/2 hours. They cleaned more than I expected and I expected it to be thorough. They exceeded my expectations by a lot. They cleaned areas I would have never thought of plus they cleaned things to a degree that I didn't even know could get that clean any more. Just blown away in a good way. We have lived in our home since 2008 and though I am a neat freak, I don't think our house has ever been this truly clean. Twenty-four hours later, I can still smell that good clean house smell. Back in August of 2018, I hired Rubio's for a whole house deep clean. Because of the quality of work and great communication, I now have Rubio's do regular cleanings every other week at my house. The staff always shows up exactly on time, they work efficiently (and in masks...if that matters to you), and always does an AMAZING job with each cleaning. What a great experience. Jeremy is a perfectionist and deep cleaned my entire house so beautifully. He uses environmentally friendly materials and steam cleans the floors, too!! I wasn't expecting it, but he organized my bathrooms and kitchen. Additionally, the pollen has been wild and he managed to scrape it out of the corners AND cleaned out the gutters!! I never write reviews but this company deserves it. I remember in 2018 needing a cleaning crew to come in that same week and do a move out clean of the house my husband and I were renting. Not only were they the only company to fit us in, my husband was short what we owed them and all the lady said was- "just use us again in the future". They did an awesome job too btw. Fast forward to a few days ago. My husband, daughter and I are about to put our home up for sale. Well,... my specialty is 100% NOT cleaning so I'm sure it was awful in all of the places that grossness accumulates over time. They actually squeezed us in, once again, and made it look new again. The cleaners were very unprofessional (they came in without saying hello, I asked if they had questions - they didn't reply and they sat down at my kitchen island to eat a meal without permission less than an hour after arriving. Found Rubio on Yelp. This was the first time using his services, but I will certainly do so again. Here's why. 1) His price was quite reasonable, given that the house needed extensive cleaning. It took them about four hours to get it done, and they were quite thorough, even cleaning a bathroom that I specifically said didn't need more than a quick wipe-down, since it was going to be remodeled anyway. 2) This cleaning needed to get done before Monday, when the place is going to be painted. The owner called me back lightning fast. At first, he said he was completely booked. I probably sounded somewhat desperate, given that I was running out of time. Amazingly, he found an opening at 8 am the following morning. 3) He takes credit cards, and if you pay in advance (not a requirement, just a deposit), there's no extra fee. It wasn't like I was going to back out, but he said if I did cancel, only the deposit would be charged. Pretty reasonable, since it would be last-minute cancellation. 4) He called me about 15 minutes ahead, saying that he was going to be a few minutes late, due to traffic. Don't get me started how many times I've sat around waiting for someone who never showed and never bothered to call. 5) He and his worker were very nice, answered a bunch of questions, and did a little extra besides. read more

I have an average sized home but with 2 kids and 2 dogs I get overwhelmed and was really not looking forward to trying to clean for my party myself. I initially had a move out cleaning appointment with another cleaning company on 7/16 (I set the appointment via Yelp messages on 7/11). The morning that they were set to show up, they did not. When I called them to find out where they were, they told me that they were fully booked for the day (looking at you, Castle Services, Natomas. I have receipts). I reached out to Rubio's Cleaning Service through Yelp messages that morning, and Jesus immediately reached out to me 30 minutes later and was able to fill me in the next day. Given that I provided such short notice for a move out clean, I was truly impressed with his response time and the fact that he was able to get the job done. Received a quote to have our newly painted home cleaned before moving in. I reached out to this company though yelp and they included a HUGE list of what gets cleaned for this type of job. It made me happy because they seem so thorough!!! The man I spoke to quoted us, based on the size of the home of at $625. I asked if his crew could line the cupboards in our kitchen and bathrooms and he said yes, for an extra $75 - cool! Lining cupboards is a pain in the butt! We are looking at $700 total for the home to be move in ready clean. Ok yea that's a lot but the house is big , we were busy getting our other house ready for sale , have a 1 year old, and the ratings for this company were perfect and again, the list of things they clean was LONG so I had high hopes! The crew of 2 (one male one female) showed up around 8 am. I get a call saying there's no scissors they cannot cut the cupboard liners! Oops!! My mistake , I loaded up my baby since I was living 5 minutes away and dropped off the scissors and went home. I went back to the house and took my son on a long walk around the new neighborhood and planned to look at the house before I took him home to be put down for his vital nap. Around 130 I arrive and the lady looks to still be struggling and irritated with the lining of the cabinets and the house was nowhere near done. I do a quick walk though because I knew my son would be sleeping when they finished and I'd not be able to do a "final" walk though.. I pointed out one of the faucets in the master was still dirty (even tho she said the bathroom was clean) the shower could have been cleaner, I asked her about it , maybe they don't use bleach cause I was able to do a better job. I wrote a check and left. Next day I inspect the house and I'm not exactly satisfied. Maybe there was a language barrier cause the master faucet I pointed out still looked dirty. For the price I paid I guess I was expecting more. I reached out to the man I spoke with originally (I think the owner). He put the issues back on me. The reason for the less than satisfactory job was there was paint all over the showers, they should have charged us more for job because of size of the kitchen and other reasons. The light switches throughout the house were dirty which is one of the tiniest details but it was on their list of things they clean . I felt like he downplayed my concerns by saying there's reasons why things were not as good as they should have been. I remember in the original correspondence he mentioned if the house was dirtier it needed more, they would have charged more. Well they missed the opportunity to make more money off me cause that wasn't even offered. He attempted to offer someone to "come back out" but I wasn't comfortable with that.. I used a different company to clean my other house prior to sale and there were no issues there. read more
