After reviewing online reviews and what the owner, Susan, told us we were extremely impressed and hired her on the spot. We set up the first "deep" cleaning for a Saturday that we would be gone. We met the crew and Sue at the house that morning to go over everything and introduce them to the dogs. We left after that to go on the day trip that we had planned and were excited to come home to a clean house. While we were gone, we received a call that the crew needed an additional hour to finish up. We decided to give them the extra hour so that they could get everything completed. They had a total of 9 hours to clean a 1661 square foot house. Upon our return home, the house was in a horrible condition. The floors were streaked, dirty, still had dog hair on them. The counters were streaked, nothing had been dusted. They were supposed to be doing a deep clean which involved moving furniture to clean under as well. They did nothing of the sort. They broke 2 pieces of expensive Swarovski crystal that cannot be repaired and will cost more than $600 to replace, We were extremely outraged! How in the world could it have taken 9 hours to do this? It seems that all they did was sit on the tv watching movies and such while doing the absolute minimum thinking they would get by. We contacted Sue and sent her photos only to have her apologize repeatedly and then she didn't want to discuss what happened anymore. We thought that they would offer to come back to clean the mess but never were able to come when we were home as we were definitely not leaving them at the house by themselves again! Sue then sent us an invoice for over $300 including supplies that were brought and left at the house but were not even opened/used. We brought this up when we spoke to Sue and stated that we didn't need these supplies only to be told that we needed to pay for them as she didn't need them either. I thought this was weird since we were told that these items were what they used at every home. I asked her to return the key when I sent half of the payment for the invoice to her only to get no key or reply. I know that the payment was cashed as I traced it through our bank website. Now I'm having to look at changing the locks since they still have the key and don't seem to be willing to return it. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
