I cannot say enough good things about Valley Cleaners! They did an absolutely fantastic job. They were thorough, professional, reliable, and paid attention to all of the little things that make such a huge difference. My house looked and felt SO clean when they were done. As a working mom with four kids and a house that is basically always in some state of chaos, having someone come in and make everything feel clean and put together again is worth its weight in gold. They were also incredibly kind and easy to work with, which matters just as much to me as the quality of the cleaning. I'm so happy I found them and will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend! read more

Valley clean is great! They were responsive through yelp and text, they were able to quickly schedule a time and when their arrival windows would change due to delays or if they finished early, they always let me know through text. Two person arrived for the initially clean, they were able to clean 90% of the house with the exception in the allotted time but they couldnt finish the job. Valley clean reached out and i mentioned that while things are generally clean, the vent hood and shower door could use a bit more work, but overall i'm satisfied and it's a 7/10. They then said they could send someone out to clean the vent hood and shower door again at no charge! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the interaction since I had already paid. They just earned me as a return customer. I will definitely use them again! read more

Scheduling was easy. The cleaner was pleasant and did a good job with my small home. I liked that she asked me to review the work.

Valley Clean in Sacramento County did an excellent job. The pricing was exactly as agreed upon, and they even went above and beyond their allotted time to ensure everything was done right. We hired Valley Clean to do a deep cleaning on a freshly remodeled rental of ours. Valley Clean sent over two lovely ladies to do the cleaning. They were on time, came with all the cleaning supplies, and were ready to work. After about 3 hours, everything was complete. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Valley Clean and will hire them again when our next tenant moves out. read more

I haven't written a review in over a year, but Valley Clean absolutely earned this one. I needed a last-minute clean before guests came into town and was stressed because my house had been neglected longer than I'd like to admit From the first message, they were super responsive, professional, and kind--which honestly already set them apart. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to details I didn't even think to ask for. Baseboards, corners, bathrooms, kitchen--everything was spotless. My house didn't just look clean, it felt clean. Even areas that usually get overlooked were handled with care. Pricing was fair and honest, no surprises, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I also have pets, and they were totally accommodating, which I really appreciated. If you're scrolling Yelp wondering who you can actually trust--this is your sign. Valley Clean is reliable, thorough, and genuinely cares about their work. I'll definitely be booking again and recommending them to everyone I know. read more

You really are shooting fish in a barrel when you're searching on yelp for a house cleaning service. 1) there are way too many out there. 2) you do not know if their reliable or trustworthy 3) you don't know if they are going to rip you off. I really got lucky with this one!! I was in a bind and waited till the very last minute to get someone to do my move out cleaning. I work full time and kept putting it off. I went on yelp, put in a bid, crossed my fingers, and hoped for the best... I got the best!! This company came through. Was incredibly reasonably priced, efficient, and prompt. They're my new go to! read more

Valley Clean has done an amazing job with our home! Ariel was really responsive and booked me within a couple of days. Daisy was our cleaner and she was very sweet, professional, and timely. They did the best they could do for the 4 hours I paid for. I was quoted a price that was advertised $120 for the whole house, that was not the case. I had to pay per hour for 2 staff and it was way more than that price that was advertised. The person gave me a mediocre discount though. The 2 ladies that showed up were late due to them not having my correct address, however did a good enough job so I tipped them anyway. read more
