They were responsive through yelp and text, they were able to quickly schedule a time and when their arrival windows would change due to delays or if they finished early, they always let me know through text. Two person arrived for the initially clean, they were able to clean 90% of the house with the exception in the allotted time but they couldnt finish the job. Valley clean reached out and i mentioned that while things are generally clean, the vent hood and shower door could use a bit more work, but overall i'm satisfied and it's a 7/10. They then said they could send someone out to clean the vent hood and shower door again at no charge! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the interaction since I had already paid. They did the best they could do for the 4 hours I paid for. I was quoted a price that was advertised $120 for the whole house, that was not the case. I had to pay per hour for 2 staff and it was way more than that price that was advertised. The person gave me a mediocre discount though.
