I am disappointed since I used this place before and was extremely happy. Then I moved and used them for a deep cleaning and it looked like they never stepped foot in the house. There was no evidence of trash from the cleaning (they don't take the trash (it should be there in trash bag). Maybe they messed up the order and thought it was something other than a deep cleaning. The surfaces were still dirty! I wiped with a tissue and found debris. Floors were dirty. We showed them a video too early before checking everything and they only gave a small percentage off, however realize it seemed like they didn't touch the place, I just lost ~$300 I have used them and referred them and just disappointed I think I should've had a redo or full refund because it really could have been a one time mistake or a certain staff member who is not like the rest. I would just make sure to do a full run through before accepting the task as finished. read more

I'm sorry I feel like this review is long over do. I've worked with sunshine many times and in the beginning g really liked the way they cleaned. However the last few time have really been disappointing. We recently had a move in cleaning where drawers and basically everything is done in slightly more detail. We paid $340 for a job very very poorly done. I keep uncovering drawers that were not wiped down and were forgotten. I do not understand why they can charge so much for a specific type of cleaning but forget everything. I will say she reached out saying she would send someone out to come but she sent the same Person who we overall were really not happy with and found unsanitary. I'm posting this honestly just to give honest feedback to the owner. Very nice people but I was disappointed with the quality of their work. Again, I trusted yelp and again it was a disappointment. They showed up earlier than expected which was fine but the cleaning needs more attention especially for a deep clean and even a regular clean. 1. The toilets were dirty when they left. 2. The windows were not cleaned 3. The mirrors were not cleaned and the ones that were had streaks 4. The master bedroom was practically untouched. The one area rug in the bedroom was vacuumed but not the rest of the bedroom. Wood floors were not swept or mopped. I only saw one person mop near the front door. I can see the dirty spots on the floor all over the house. 5. They put dishes in the dishwasher but did not run it. The rest of the kitchen looks the same as before they started the work. 6. They don't make beds. I had to ask them to make the master bed and it took two people a long time to make it and was not done right. I ended up making beds in the kids rooms. 7. Kitchen garbage was not taken out. 8. The stove, fridge and other appliances had streaks all over them and looked dirty. The list goes on but you get the point. To the business: people who come to you for help are probably coming to you because they really need the help and are making a sacrifice to be able to pay for the service. In my case, I have chronic pain, have twins and a full time job. I ended up helping you out and finishing the work I paid for. Never again. Unfortunately the business thinks that these are "small details" that were not done properly and will not refund the money since 2 people did the work and according to them they spent 3 hrs = 6 hrs of work. I have cameras and they spent 2.5 hrs including redoing the shower which was not cleaned and the glass doors had fingerprints all over them. read more

They got the job done! I had one woman show up on time and deep cleaned a small two bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a little over 2-hours. She was efficient, and got the grime and stains out of the stove and shower than another cleaner did not get. She listened to specifically what I wanted and was friendly. Lidia is also well organized to set up/confirm our monthly service appointments. Hired their team for a move-out cleaning. Very responsive. The final final result is awesome although it took some communication and back and forth. Arrived about 30 mins later than the appointment time but it's okay to us as the house is already empty and it's a large job. Their initial job wasn't good enough (as several other reviews mentioned). Lots of "minimal" details missing/uncleaned. Also only the interior side of windows were cleaned -- that seemed to be a misunderstanding though. I requested both interior and exterior but their standard package only mentioned interior in their quote and none of us mentioned about it specifically. Contacted Lidia and sent photos and feedback. They quickly scheduled cleaning crew on the next day and did everything to almost perfect. They did charge additional fees for exterior window cleaning though. Suggestion for potential customers: If you have high-expectation of the end result and you do mean "clean" when you ask for a cleaning service (I do, why not) -- please make sure you communicate that specifically to them when you book the service. Otherwise they may skip here and there and only do enough cleaning based on total hours instead of the actual result. read more

Extremely disappointed! They did not do a thorough job. After the cleaning was done, I checked the house and noticed many things. The ceiling fan was not cleaned! The floors were not mopped, there were scuffs on the walls that went unnoticed. The bottom of the toilet seat was completely dirty!!!! My sister and I literally had to clean up the things they left. It's a reasonable price but for the sloppy work that was done, I would rather pay someone else more and not worry about cleaning up after them. read more

They responded extremely fast to my last minute request for a move in cleaning, they were very on top of things, communicated clearly and were able to come and clean as soon as the day after my request.
