The cleaners were on time and did a great job. I was happy with the pricing, and in general everything went well. In regards to the specific service, it was a whole house cleaning (2000ish square feet) before listing the property for sale. I feel good about how the house turned out, and I'm confident that I won't need to do any spot touchups before the listing. read more

Cleaner Rosa is a good housekeepers. Owner Kanika is terrible and has poor customer service skills. She'll call and text you 20 times when her cleaner is done and she wants payment, but can't be bothered to confirm your appointment, or call or text you promptly when you need service. She also refuses to let her housekeepers clean based on the homeowner's requests; they are only allowed to stick to a very basic light cleaning for the price. If I need anything not on Kanika's list, she will charge you an extra $100 even if it takes the same amount of time as any other items. I stayed a monthly customer for 2 years because of Rosa (not Kanika) and then when Rosa was on vacation and Kanika was covering for her, Kanika no-showed for my cleaning 2 times in a row! Then she tells me by text, at the last minute, she is no longer able to service my house anymore. No reason and no apology or offer to refer me elsewhere. Unprofessional. read more

We chose Kanika's Cleaning for our move out cleaning. We didn't realize how rough our apartment was looking until we started to move out. Rosa did a beautiful job! The place looked brand new! We will definitely be returning customers for cleanings at our new house. Thank you Rosa and Kanika! read more

Our family has worked with Kanika for years. She is kind and easy to work with and our house feels refreshed after a visit from her team.

We have used this cleaning service twice now and they are FANTASTIC. Some of the things I loved about service are: - They offer a flat rate and it is AFFORDABLE - Affordable doesn't mean they skimp on service. Their work is so thoroughly done. - Booking is easy, non-fussy, and uncomplicated. They don't ask a zillion questions before you can book the service. Some cleaners itemize every little thing. They manage to be thorough without creating more work for us as the customer. - The owner seems to look out for her employees and their needs (as far as I can see). She won't book cleaners super late in the day because she says she wants them to be able to get home to there families. As a soon to be new mom I 100% respect and appreciate this. - The two cleaners we met were super nice, easy going, and professional. Honestly, I have no complaints and only complements for this business. If you want to support a local, business that is women of color owned and operated then you should DEFINITELY choose Kanika! Thanks again guys! read more

I am really disappointed in my service with this company, especially after seeing so many great reviews. It makes wonder where they really came from. I was going to do regular service, but was charged $250 for a deep clean that barely touched a regular service. The maid came in reeking of Marijuana smoke and spent most of the time she was cleaning also on her phone. She missed most of the dusting, didn't clean around the edge where the sink meets counter, didn't clean along the tile edge of shower where there was dust build up. When I cleaned it, it easily came off with a tooth brush. She also leaves the water running the entire time she's cleaning a room, rather than shutting it off in between rinsing her rag. This is soooo wasteful, especially when we have a water shortage and she would spend 45 minutes with it on. I was in disbelief. read more

Unprofessional cancels last minute. And said we underbid the quote. I had changed my plans for them. No courtesy

I needed to find cleaners after moving everything from my sister's house whom had just passed that she had been living in for almost 10 years. Holly came in and did about 80% of the job and Kannika came and did a job on the refrigerator! The only suggestion I have to be specific on exactly what you need, like if they need to clean ovens, refrigerator, etc.. so they can come prepared. For example, I needed the grout cleaned where 3 boys shared a bathroom for 9 years......3 BOYS! They did the best they could, but if we had the conversation up front, I'm sure Kanika would of told me if that was something they could not do. But everything was magnificent and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you! read more

After a few calls back and fourth , we finally agreed on a price and day and the work got done , they did a good job cleaning my condo out and getting it ready for my new tenants, thank you for a good job and I will be using you again !! read more

I was disappointed with the service mainly. The owner was supposed to come to my home the day of the cleaning to give me a price but did not show up, nor did she let me know she wasn't coming. She sent a housekeeper who was in my home for 5 hours cleaning. I had just moved in about a month prior and the home is brand new construction. It was not dirty. The housekeeper missed several things however (didn't vacuum closets for example), and let me know she was paid by the hour so the longer it took, the more she was paid. I didn't even have any photos or art on the walls yet to dust. I'd prefer a flat price. The owner never followed up with me to ask for feedback or check on my level of satisfaction with the cleaning. I was told blinds were considered deep cleaning and would be extra. I'd never heard of that and have been employing housekeepers for 25 yrs. On a positive note, the owner was a good communicator up front and flexible with scheduling my day and time. read more

I have been using Kanika's cleaning service for a couple months now. I want to start off by saying that Kanika is very professional and takes care of her customers needs! I truly appreciate how she makes sure her customers needs are met. Alicia has been coming and cleaning my home for a couple months now and I am extremely happy with the services she provides. Not only is she very sweet but she does an amazing job and makes sure to get all the areas that are priority in the home. I highly recommend Kanika's cleaning services! They are professional, courteous and do an exceptional job! Thank you Kanika for the great service. read more

I wanted to come home to a clean house when I was going into labor and needed to find someone on relatively short notice. I wasn't here to meet the 2 women who came but I came home to an impeccably clean house with my newborn! My mother met them and said the 2 women were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend! read more

Kanika and her team have been cleaning my house for several months. They are reliable, dedicated, friendly and efficient. I had bad luck with a string of housekeepers and they came along and renewed my faith in housekeepers and people! Kanika always responds to texts promptly. I'm so satisfied with their work. read more

Kanika worked as our housekeeper for almost two years. She is a hard worker. She is fast, reliable, flexible, and trustworthy. She also is a very nice person. read more

We've just used Kanika's service for a second time. Highly recommended (and I had heard of Kanika from a coworker who had used her services). Kanika and team are fast, more thorough than other cleaning services I've used prior, and are consistent in their work. I've received full rental deposits back, thanks to how well they have cleaned. I walked all over and spot-checked surfaces that many people don't think of cleaning (or plain don't want to do it). Fingers came clean each time. She communicates well, and she has way better rates for the service than anyone else. Tip well, they're worth it! read more

I was thankful to get a last minute cleaning appointment, but very dissatisfied with the work. Only one cleaner showed up for my 4b/3ba house which I think is too big for one person to clean and do a good job. It seems the bare minimum was done. I could tell items on dressers/tv stands were not moved when dusted. The sweeping of the floors was done very poorly and I don't even think she mopped the bathroom floors (or at least did a very poor job). I had to re-clean my house when she left. Would not recommend. read more

Kanika was right there when I needed her and her helper! Good, good job! Affordable price. Courteous and friendly. Anything I asked, she did her best to provide. Looking forward to next time! read more

I love this company. They are so fast and reliable. I Live in Pittsburg and needed a quick cleaning she penciled me in and was very reasonable for my 3bdrm 2Btrm house. My carpets floors windows and furniture looked like it was a showroom. I pride myself on cleaning but Wowzers they were amazing and fast she made my bathroom and tub look newer then it is. Thank you so much Kanika and crew. Can you come back and cook for me because the way She cleans I can imagine her cooking. I'm so grateful read more

Kanika is excellent! Fast, reliable, and thorough. She comes in, gets the job done quickly and effectively. Reasonable pricing and flexible scheduling. Very personable, however not to the point where it effects the work. LOL And she is very trustworthy. Have had her clean when were not home and we have no problems with doing so. We have had other individuals clean our house, they can be unreliable and sometimes criminal. Stealing anything from beer to large amounts of water. It can be difficult sometimes finding someone who checks all the boxes. Kanika does and I can highly recommend Kanika. read more

Kanika is very easy to book with. The cleaners are thorough and have great attention to detail. They are also very friendly. I Would definitely recommend them for consistent and reliable house cleaning. read more

Kanika and her crew is absolutely awesome. Reasonable pricing, highly efficient, extremely courteous. I had Kanika deep clean our 5 bedroom house after a hefty renovation. I made it clear that it needed be clean enough for a newborn and they understood exactly what we needed. They got everything done in roughly 5-6 hours. No nonsense and they did an absolutely great job. Will definitely use her services again! read more

Kanika is amazing. Always on time and continues to show great service. I Highly recommend!

Hired to clean after we moved out of our rental. Its a 4 bedroom, 2000sq ft home. The lady was done within 45 min, so i was skeptical. I went by and she hadnt cleaned out any of the appliances, walls, or inside the drawers. These are things I thought would be included in a deep clean/move out clean. Kanika was very responsive & offered to come help clean out the fridge. The other lady agreed to clean out the oven, but both were sure to mention that those things are usually not included in a move-out cleaning. It took 2 times to get the fridge clean enough, some of which I did... Our landlord then noticed the drawers had not been wiped clean. We asked Kanika to come back. She agreed to come by for 15 min to do all the drawers, but we had to help again... Kanika refused to spot-clean the walls, so I had to do that as well. I guess we have different ideas of what a "deep-clean" means. I was disappointed to have paid $350 and still having to put in some of the labor myself. Was looking for someone to take this off my hands as I was moving and had given birth 4 weeks earlier. read more

Scheduled a deep clean of my bathroom. She had a very fair price & was on time for her appointment. She cleaned it quickly & thoroughly. No complaints here! Will be coming back to her for future services. read more

Kanika and her helper did an outstanding job cleaning our home for move in. She made our windows sparkle and ensured that not a speck of dust was to be found. She did a great job with all my shutters, window sills, and glass slider as well. Every inch of my home was gone over, including those hard to reach ceiling fans! She made sure I was happy before she left and even offered to come back to touch up anything that got missed later. I appreciate her great work ethic, cheerful attitude, and attention to detail. Thank you, Kanika! read more

I am slow in my updating my review. Kanika has now cleaned our home twice. Her first visit to start cleaning I had literally gone into surgery days before. I thought maybe I'd feel as if I was "in her way", kanika was so kind, sweet, very thourgh and I did not feel like I was in her way. She has done my home twice and she's coming tomorrow. Her prices are fair, she brings all the things to clean and does a walk thru estimate of your home. I will continue to tell my neighbors, friends, etc...to USE KANIKA! Hurry and book your estimate with the holidays, I am SURE she'll book FAST! read more

Kanika's cleaning service provided a move in deep cleaning for our recent purchase of a new home. They did a great job for a fair price. Additionally I needed to move her up last minute due to some scheduling issues with moving. She was flexible and happy to help. I would recommend Kanika's cleaning service and will be utilizing their services in the future. read more

Excellent job! 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with hardwood floors, tile and carpet. On time, very polite, put things back in place, excellent job changing sheets and making beds; brought all the cleaning tools. Very detailed. She left the house immaculate. Will use her every month. I highly recommend her service. read more

Kanika has cleaned for us for a few years now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She consistently goes above and beyond - rescheduling when we needed flexibility, completely dismantling and reassembling our baby's high chair in order to give it the most thorough clean, and independently seeking out the best products for maintaining our 100 year old hardwood floor. Her work would be worth five stars on quality alone, but she's also an incredibly kind person. She chats with my kids and wrangles up the baby clothes I'm trying to get rid of to give away to charity. She's the best. read more

Kanika has been cleaning our house for the past 3 years or more, and we couldn't be more grateful! She does an incredible job, each and every time. She always takes care to put things in the same place every time (which being slightly anal retentive I appreciate a lot!!!), and everything smells and looks so clean and bright after each visit. I sort of have a hard time letting my kids into the kitchen after she's cleaned it. If you decide to call Kanika, you won't be sorry. She is so easy to work with, does great work, and is incredibly reliable as well! read more
