I called and requested a consultation for cleaning services for my office. Cynthia answered right…read moreaway and was able to schedule the consult for same day, which I really appreciated. She arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. We walked our space and reviewed services that we wanted and even some she suggested that we didn't know about. The whole time she took photos and asked questions. I was impressed with her assessment and even more so with the quote she provided thereafter. I've worked in offices for almost two decades and am familiar with average pricing for commercial cleaning services. The quote Cynthia provided was detailed and fair. I'm confident in their ability to meet our cleaning services needs! Thank you Cynthia!

The previous provider had been there for 25 years, had done a poor job of cleaning, resulting in a significant pest control problem, and our aggressive pest fogging required thorough cleaning. California Cleans jumped to get a quote the same day and were able to come out and clean the very next day, in order to expedite our new provider coming in safely. The brand new stove we had purchased in August of 2025 looked like it had never been cleaned - thanks to California Cleans, it looks new again! The slider tracks were full of grime and dirt from wear - not anymore! They did great work, especially because the previous provider supposedly used a professional cleaner when they moved out. Whomever they used didn't hold a candle to the work that California Cleans did! Thank you so much!

Her team completed an initial pass efficiently, and Treena stayed late into the night to make sure everything was done right. The house looked way better than when we first moved in. She made the oven look brand new, and our landlord specifically noted how clean it was during our walkthrough. Our shower doors have tough hard water buildup, but she worked hard on them and made them look significantly better, along with a spotless shower stall and clean window tracks. Our landlord had no complaints during the final walkthrough. (Treena was also nice enough to check in afterwards !) If you need a reliable cleaner who will work extra hard to get a rental ready, we highly recommend Onsite Premium Cleaners.

As a working mom with four kids and a house that is basically always in some state of chaos, having someone come in and make everything feel clean and put together again is worth its weight in gold. They were also incredibly kind and easy to work with, which matters just as much to me as the quality of the cleaning. I'm so happy I found them and will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Two person arrived for the initially clean, they were able to clean 90% of the house with the exception in the allotted time but they couldnt finish the job. Valley clean reached out and i mentioned that while things are generally clean, the vent hood and shower door could use a bit more work, but overall i'm satisfied and it's a 7/10. They then said they could send someone out to clean the vent hood and shower door again at no charge! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the interaction since I had already paid. They just earned me as a return customer. I will definitely use them again!
