They wore booties inside my home, were very careful moving furniture as needed, and treated my house with so much care. I have 69 windows (they count by panes!), and they did an absolutely incredible job. They cleaned the inside, outside, tracks, and screens, and the results are beautiful. The amount of time, care, and attention to detail Mario and Ernesto put into this job made it worth every penny. They truly took their time and made sure every detail was done beautifully. I honestly thought I needed to replace my windows because they looked so bad but after Mario and Ernesto's amazing cleaning, I realized my windows were not the problem at all. They look beautiful again! There were a couple of small items that weren't put back, but they were very minor, lightweight things and so easy to take care of, especially considering the amount of work they completed. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and attention to detail they put into making my windows shine. I highly recommend Mario and Ernesto at Clear Class Window Cleaning. I will definitely use them again! I'm also adding a video because the results speak for themselves!

The next day, when the sun was shining through, I noticed some marks that were missed and some water spots from areas that maybe dried before they were able to squeegee it. I contacted the company and he sent them out right away on the next business day to take care of it. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for the great service! Called SVM after learning this and got an appt for replacement today (Thurs). Nikitia called prior to appt & said he could come sooner and I said great. Our washer & dryer were side by side w/the dryer hose passing behind the washer to where it exited--when the old washer became unbalanced it had banged into hose causing the hole that were unknown to us till it was exposed when new washer was installed. As a side note, when replacing a washer or dryer do not let the installer run a dryer hose behind a washer as if it becomes unbalanced it will damage the hose creating a fire risk.

A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.
