I found their service after having had 3 other cleaners out to clean my windows and solar panels and do a less than professional job. I spoke with April a year ago June 2024 and scheduled a solar panel and window cleaning appointment with them. When Clif showed up for our appointment he was well equipped to do the job. He had professional tools and was also very pleasant. He got right to work and when he finished I was very happy and impressed with the job he'd done. April scheduled another cleaning for June 2025 which Clif just completed. You don't realize the build up on your windows and solar panels in one short year until you have a professional clean them, WOW, what a difference! WOW, this review is long overdue! I had called 3 other window cleaning companies and went with High Class Glass because of April's prompt and friendly email replies. So, we had our windows and gutters cleaned for the first time on our 2-story home by Clifton and he did an amazing job, taking the time to educate us and all of our windows looked great. A short time later, Sac received its first rain of the season and I noticed one of our gutters was completely clogged. Seeing that we are in a drought and haven't had much rain, I contacted April to let her know about the unexpected clog and Clifton came out to clear it and installed a screen to prevent this from happening again. Turns out, a piece of our roofing tile had fallen into the gutter. They really stood by their work and we were completely impressed by their superb customer service.
