This was a deep clean/move-in on April 27th, 2023 at 9/10am with Crisp Cleaning of Sacramento…read more House was old (built in the 70s) so we didn't have high expectations about everything looking sparkly and brand new. We just wanted a clean in the two bathrooms, kitchen, and garage freezer. The bathroom toilets had some old stains, but we knew it wouldn't be perfect and we weren't expecting that. There was mold in the garage freezer (we accepted the extra charge) no problem. We were told 4 hours 2 people. The cleaners were Alejandro and Elizabeth. I had set up the appointment with the owner Rick/Richard. I have to say this was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I've ever dealt with. The first and last time I'll ever use a cleaning service. Initially things were fine, Elizabeth tackled the kitchen, while Alejandro went around to see what needed to be done and asked us questions. As we were going through the home it was almost as if he hadn't spoken to Rick before coming, so we had to explain everything again. This was a whole in depth walk-through with him taking pictures and everything on the clock. First, I'll say Elizabeth did her job. The kitchen looked great in the end, she even cleaned behind the stove and fridge after we moved them for her. Unfortunately her teammate tanked this entire experience. At first he said that the home was nice and not that bad (I told them it was a 5/10 cleanliness) by the time he got around to cleaning that was a whole other story(He said 7/10). This turned out to be a really turbulent experience. He actually asked us how much we were paying for the cleaning service (later on he said we were screwed over). He was consistently asking us questions so we had to direct him on almost everything. Most of the time he just milked the clock honestly. He focused on complaining about areas that we told him not to worry about (trim and hard water stains on the shower doors that we're going to remove anyway) He wasted so much time on the phone with the owner, deflecting, complaining, and arguing with us about things that we repeatedly said didn't matter. He basically spot cleaned the bathrooms and said our house had never been cleaned. We were not expecting this amount of shaming to occur. The home was previously owned by an elderly person and as a professional you have to be sensitive and leave your customers with dignity. He said they needed more time to clean, and was given an extra hour (til 2:30) but left early anyway 9:45am-1pm. During the final walk-through it was like pulling teeth to get him to try to clean any spot again, most times he refused or had Elizabeth do it. What is the point of a walk-through if you won't take suggestions? Lied about cleaning surfaces that we showed him was still dirty. And threatened to charge us $200 extra because he used special cleaning products (we never asked him to use them). There was still mold left in our freezer but the atmosphere was so tense that we let it go. Overall it was a really terrible experience. I would not recommend this company to any family/friends. As a parting gift they used our broom to sweep up wet dirt/trash and left it. They also left the shoe covers that we gave them at our front door.

We hired Z Team to do a move out clean of a vacant house with nothing in it and we expected a you…read moreknow..."team" to show up and clean for a few hours and make the house sparkle for new tenants. They seemed professional and technology savvy so despite few reviews, I decided to give them a try. A woman by herself showed up on the day and time planned so once again communication and promptness was great but the positive vibes stop there. She was in the house for 8 hours. You read that correct, I felt so bad for her working so hard for so long but when we went in, the floor as you came in the house was sticky so she said she would swiffer it again. She did and then left smiling. I started to question things at that point before even entering the rest of the house. Had she just swiffered instead of mopping and utilizing more deep cleaning tools and methods? Then it dawned on me that i never saw a ladder or stool either. How could she clean the ceiling and corners and high places? I'm gonna spoil the ending...she didn't. We walked through the house in dismay realizing that nothing was clean. The windows looked clean so yay but the cupboards, light fixtures, floors, crevices, literally you name it was dusty and dirty from being lived in. I don't need to show before photos because they are the same as these after photos. Than our minds whirled as we tried to figure out what she was doing for eight hours in the house!! She also used our cleaning products that we had sitting on the counter for us to touch up the place. She used all of our drano that we had just bought and half of another bottle of cleaning spray. We just paid $390 for a woman to clean a few windows for a whole day! It felt like a twilight zone. I felt horrible complaining but called the manager or owner and he said that he would make it right and that's their guarantee etc and to send photos. I went over right away and snapped these and sent them to him. Long story short, he agreed that she "missed a few spots". He sent me blurry photos from perhaps the first cellphone camera released that she sent him as proof and I'll admit you can't see how dirty it is but I don't see why that mattered considering what I was showing and offering to FaceTime to show him. Long story longer, his offer to make it right was to have HER come back on her schedule and then said someone could come the next day to get what she missed and that they didn't offer refunds. We were showing the house the following day and obviously couldn't have a repeat of the 8 hour mystery so I asked for a refund of some type. He finally after a long time agreed to pay us back $87 and said and I quote "this was a sub par performance" and "a learning experience for me". I wish that all companies were honest hardworking people of integrity that took pride in their work and business but the truth is that they aren't and I wish someone could have warned me so here I am warning you. Don't spend $300 to have a mystery that you'll never solve and an unpleasant conversation with someone that you'll be paying for their learning journey on how to run a business. I felt like I was taking crazy pills the whole experience. I ended up having to clean for hours the next day to get it presentable since I'd thrown my money away on this scam. There are good people and good businesses out there but not this one. Have a great day and better luck than me! Haha :)
