The WORST!! I started using this company approximately a year ago to clean our offices, in hopes they would be better than the prior person, who was found wiping the toilets and then our desks with the same cloth.
I had Vanguard come in and tell us how they use color coded towels, to prevent this from happening. They really sold us on how particular and thorough their cleaners are and assured us that their services were top notch. We did a walk-through with the owner of Vanguard and with the cleaner and they took notes on the specifics of what we needed cleaned and how often. Unfortunately, their services are extremely lacking. Our desks are never wiped down, only "lightly dusted", (as seen by one of our employee's who happen to be here one evening). On a weekly basis, we literally have to wipe down our own desks, after the cleaners have been here, and the towels are always dirty.
It is like babysitting their cleaners each week and I certainly don't have time to do that. For what they are charging us, you would think they could get the job done! We only have 12 desks, so it's not like it some large corporation full of cubicles. I have had to email and call on numerous occasions, because they didn't do their job. I finally called to cancel their services, after having to call and complain so much, and now being told they require a 30 day notice! I can not fathom, how a company that is so badly run, could possibly ask that!
