RCS is WAY beyond the others! A crew of four arrived ontime, and each lady immediately got to their assigned tasks. Each person is like a perpetual motion machine, and the attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. They supply all of their own equipment and products, and after they leave, the entire house looks and smells amazing. My wife checked the shutters, the picture frames, the microwave, the laundry room - everything was done above and beyond what we expected. We have scheduled RCS for every two weeks. Given the exceptionally high quality and care level, we consider the cost to be absolutely fair and appropriate. We highly recommend RCS for residential housecleaning. They are the best!

I waited for over 3 hours past their estimated arrival window for my last cleaning (April 6th). When I mentioned being late to pick up my kids due to late start time, I was left with zero apology and to simply leave my home when the cleaners are in my home. While some people may be comfortable doing this, I am not. They send different cleaning teams each time and I prefer to be present when anyone is working in my home.

They clean some things that other cleaners won't, like windows and blinds. I haven't noticed any dust build up on things like ceiling fan or lamps so they are addressing all the little details frequently enough. Sinks are always soooo shiny! And wood furniture looks great. Super easy to pay with Venmo. It's usually 3 ladies so they are in and out in about 45 minutes, which is great because I'm working from home. They aren't super consistent with time of arrival, but I think they know I'm flexible. I do usually receive a text if they will not be here within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.

We had a scheduled every other Tuesday service, which she has failed to send out HER crew (at least 6 times) and does not notify me until after 7 PM and sometimes not even at all. Her crews are wonderful and are not at any fault. She is the one who is scheduling them and I believe that she is bumping me to take better paying jobs. When I texted her to discuss HER reliability, she had the audacity to not even send a reply. Also, she does not show up at a scheduled time; sometimes it's 10 AM, sometimes it's 1 PM sometimes it's 4 PM. I only have a little two bedroom one bath house and I keep it very clean so it's not something difficult for them to do (nor does she make a lot of money off of me in comparison to her other clients). Last Tuesday she did not notify me till after 7 PM that the crew wasn't going to make it and she was not aware that they were running so late. It is despicable that she is blaming her staff for the situation she put them in. She is also very harsh to her staff when I've seen her interact with them. Fortunately, I had already started interviewing other housekeepers, knowing that she would do this again. So it was easy to fire her and hire someone the very next day to replace her. Please note that some of the better reviews are only for a one time only service.
