RCS is WAY beyond the others! A crew of four arrived ontime, and each lady immediately got to their assigned tasks. Each person is like a perpetual motion machine, and the attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. They supply all of their own equipment and products, and after they leave, the entire house looks and smells amazing. My wife checked the shutters, the picture frames, the microwave, the laundry room - everything was done above and beyond what we expected. We have scheduled RCS for every two weeks. Given the exceptionally high quality and care level, we consider the cost to be absolutely fair and appropriate. We highly recommend RCS for residential housecleaning. They are the best!

Highly highly recommend! Backstory: we were moving out of our rental because we just purchased a home. We didn't want to have to worry about cleaning up (moving is a big undertaking on its own). We contacted several places and shine cleaning services seemed to offer the most comprehensive move out cleaning service. For the price we felt like they would more than fulfill our needs! The house looks better than when we moved in! Everyone was so professional and friendly and willing to go over certain areas we felt required more time. The short of it is: My 80 year old MIL has been putting off getting a house cleaner for a very long time due to extremely high anxiety about, well, basically everything (and I mean EVERYTHING). Before finding Blue Rose Cleaning Services, I hadn't found a cleaner I felt would do the job in such a way as to reduce my MIL's anxiety. Cue Rosemeri! Oh my goodness. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew my MIL would be in good hands. Rosemeri explained the services offered, worked with me on the right balance of time spent on a deep clean and my MIL's school teacher retirement budget, and then set up a monthly service so that the house would stay in good shape. And then Marcelo and Hetielle!! These two people are just the loveliest. Absolute joy to be around. They do an amazing cleaning job and worked around my MIL's - shall we say, ever present and excitable - frenchie dog. And also put my MIL at complete ease. Okay, maybe not so short, but hopefully you can tell that I am truly appreciative and deeply grateful beyond words. Thank you so much Rosemeri, Marcelo, and Hetielle for treating my MIL like you would your own mom.

I hired this company for a deep cleaning of our home and paid $420. Unfortunately, the actual…read morecleaning was very disappointing and was nowhere close to what I expected from a deep clean. Honestly, I would have been disappointed with the results even if I had booked a basic cleaning. There were multiple areas that were either missed entirely or simply not cleaned thoroughly enough, especially considering the price and the fact that I had specifically requested a deep clean. I do want to give the owner a lot of credit for how she handled my complaint. When I contacted her, she was very understanding and immediately offered to have the cleaning corrected. I explained that after the experience I wasn't comfortable having the same company return, and instead asked for a 50% refund so I could hire someone else to finish the cleaning. She didn't argue with me, pressure me to give them another chance, or make the process difficult. She issued the refund right away, which I genuinely appreciated. So while I can't recommend the cleaning service based on the experience I had, I can absolutely say that the owner handled an unhappy customer professionally and fairly. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning itself just didn't match what I expected from a $420 deep-cleaning service.
