He responded and we agreed on an appointment on Saturday at 11am. My neighbor even asked if he could fit in right after me, so I've been more than happy giving Sac Valley Clean business and referalls. Saturday comes and two hours before my appointment, Brian texts me letting me know that he had an emergency and if he could do Sunday. Now if you read my last review, I mentioned we had to tweak appointment times before he came and did the gutters. While I understand emergencies do come up, this is twice I've set up an appointment and something comes up. We agree to reschedule for today, Sunday at 10am. Brian assures me he can make today happen. Sure. enough, 10am rolls around and I get radio silence. I tried calling and phone goes straight to voicemail. Below are screenshots of our conversation. But did a horrible job installing the sink in my bathroom. The sick arrived broken. They said they would replace it but bright the same one back and installed it broken. It was installed not flush to the floor either. So there was a huge gap and stuff got stuck under it. They restored some patchwork, as a kind gesture but it looked worse than before, I wish they would have never roughed it. When we finally got our things from storage, things were missing, things that were brand new in boxes taken out of the new box and placed in one of their boxes, lot of brand new items came back broken. We didn't call to complain about anything else but the missing stuff. Between my husband and I, we called an upward of 20 times, sent emails and text and no one would return our calls, emails, or text. It's sad because they were really kind but this is horrible business. Please take your business elsewhere if your insurance company refers you to them.

We were unsure about how severe the damage was and called around to get some quotes. One place was asking for a $250 deposit, which could later be applied to services, just to get one of their technicians to come out. Family friends highly recommended this company after they had utilized their services on multiple homes. Leo was out the next day, free of charge, to assess the damage and provide some guidance on how to proceed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through worst and best case scenarios. Within a few days, he had technicians to rip up our baseboard and some flooring to dry it out. Overall, they removed/replaced a small part of our wall, baseboard and flooring due to some leaking through a cable hole, which they discovered and patched up for us. We were so pleased with the work! Charlene and Leo both were so accommodating to squeeze us in last minute amidst some other projects that were far more severe than ours. Each and every technician that worked in our house was polite and meticulously clean in the aftermath. They knew we had a young baby and were very thoughtful to not bring in any harsh chemicals, which was greatly appreciated.
