Mario and Ernesto arrived while…read moreI was in the middle of working virtually, and they were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. They wore booties inside my home, were very careful moving furniture as needed, and treated my house with so much care. I have 69 windows (they count by panes!), and they did an absolutely incredible job. They cleaned the inside, outside, tracks, and screens, and the results are beautiful. The amount of time, care, and attention to detail Mario and Ernesto put into this job made it worth every penny. They truly took their time and made sure every detail was done beautifully. I honestly thought I needed to replace my windows because they looked so bad but after Mario and Ernesto's amazing cleaning, I realized my windows were not the problem at all. They look beautiful again! There were a couple of small items that weren't put back, but they were very minor, lightweight things and so easy to take care of, especially considering the amount of work they completed. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and attention to detail they put into making my windows shine. I highly recommend Mario and Ernesto at Clear Class Window Cleaning. I will definitely use them again! I'm also adding a video because the results speak for themselves!

The job (by one person) took about four hours, non-stop. He did a great job, and did as much…read morecleanup as was possible (washed parts of the house that had gotten dirty, such as soffits, windows, walls). He even asked our next door neighbors for permission to clean up a bit that went over there (homes here are very close together). In the areas that I and my husband were able to look at, it looks almost like a new roof. As you can see from the before / after photos, there are a few stains remaining, but all living garbage (moss, lichen, and whatever else was growing up there) is completely gone. They were highly recommended by our roofer, so I didn't get any other quotes. I can't say whether the price was high, low, or average. At roughly 75 cents per square foot, the cost was certainly more than I was expecting. (The type of roof, as well as its pitch, probably also factors in to the pricing.) So 5* for the job as accomplished, with the caveat that the price seemed high. But then again, what doesn't these days?
