Truthfully my experience with this cleaning company was not the best. I was looking for move in/move out cleaning so I contacted a lot of cleaning services on yelp. Ultimately I ended up moving forward with Debra's services. I thought that the baseboards, doors, and door trim would be wiped down. However none of it was done (see photos attached). There was also grease stains still left on the kitchen counters. I was able to wipe everything down with just paper towel and water. read more

I found Debra via Yelp about a year and a half ago and ended up having her come to clean our home twice a month for just over a year. I was in the midst of recovering from an auto-immune disease that had seriously affected my thyroid and I really needed help in keeping my home clean. Not only does she do an excellent job of cleaning, she is warm and friendly in the process. We worked together to cover the entire house and I loved how spotless everything was! She has excellent attention to detail and even suggested a couple of things that we could do to keep on top of things between her visits. Unfortunately, our financial situation changed due to a family situation and we had to stop having her come to clean. Debra was a joy to work with! We had to do a move out/ deep cleaning service for my dad because we were preparing to put his house up for sale on the market. We had pictures taken the very next day. Brenda and her assistant went above and beyond and showed so much sincerity and determination to get the house in it's best shape even though at the start it was very dirty. Worst cleaning service I have ever had. I would say the amount of cleaning I had to do after she came was more than she did while she was at my house for 2 hours. She kept looking at pictures with her co-worker on her phone in what I think was an effort to kill time because I only paid her for 2 hours. My daughter gets her 3800 sq foot house cleaned in Rocklin in 2 hours and it is immaculate. So I don't understand how it took her so long to barely do the upstairs in my tiny home.
