It's always hard to get accurate estimates for a whole house deep clean, and so many companies say one quote then completely change to a much higher quote! They had a two technician team come, and I wasn't home, I gave them the door code and they came on time, spent 4-5 hours deep cleaning the house and locked up when they completed! Valerie was the manager I communicated with and she was awesome! She communicated very well, was quick to reply in text message and even called me for a follow up to see if I was happy with their service! Their price was very reasonable for all the services they do for a deep clean 2 story house! Highly recommend!

Her team completed an initial pass efficiently, and Treena stayed late into the night to make sure everything was done right. The house looked way better than when we first moved in. She made the oven look brand new, and our landlord specifically noted how clean it was during our walkthrough. Our shower doors have tough hard water buildup, but she worked hard on them and made them look significantly better, along with a spotless shower stall and clean window tracks. Our landlord had no complaints during the final walkthrough. (Treena was also nice enough to check in afterwards !) If you need a reliable cleaner who will work extra hard to get a rental ready, we highly recommend Onsite Premium Cleaners.

The only recommendation I have, which is why I gave them four stars instead of five is to ensure that all power sources that they use are turned off when they leave. This means lights, and light sources, it means a water fountain that they left on in my home because they use the power pack for the vacuum. I also would like to recommend that they ensure that they put things back the way they found them when they're doing their cleaning. I had to go and re-center and arrange a lot of things and decor as well as put rugs back down that they took up. But other than that, they were nothing shy of amazing. Would definitely have them back again! And I pray I get the same team that I had originally. For the cost I was quoted. It was well worth it.

My husband and I considered getting a house cleaning service for a while but we were hesitant to…read moremove forward because of our high standards. When I found Home Cleaning Home on Yelp through their very high reviews and Yelp guarantee, I was willing to take a chance! I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.

We asked them to scrub the walls to get the dirt and grime off and the walls looked like they had zero elbow grease put into them. Again, just like they had barely put some product onto the wall but didn't actually scrub anything off the wall. Would not recommend this service, as they finished a 1700 sq foot house in 2 hours.

We repaired what we've always paid, but the service and professionalism were not there. In the past, whenever a spot could not be removed Daniel/the owner always told me about spots he couldn't get out. This time this younger guy, didn't tell my wife anything about spots, rips or damage.. lastly, the cleaner moved one of my landscape rocks to hold his house and on the way out my wife asked him to put it back.
