Chad came out yesterday to do my windows. He was very friendly, went right to work and did an amazing job. He took his time to make sure that every window was spotless, the tracks and screens cleaned and even took time out to do all the large mirrors in the house. After the job was completed, he wanted me to walk around with him to make sure I approved before he left. Amazing job Chad, thank you! I would recommend Lighthouse Window Cleaning to anyone who is looking to get their windows done. read more

Called them out for a one story home with 15 windows and a sliding door for a price I find pretty high but didn't have time to shop around. Scheduling was easy enough. They came out and "cleaned" the windows. Two days later, a Saturday morning , I open my blinds and have a look outside, specifically looking at the windows. There are spiderwebs smeared across the windows and dirt around the edges. They had been there, and they had done a crappy job. I call in. Twice to finally get a call back from the head guy and they schedule another visit out. This time is better, but not $150 worth. Shop around like I didn't do. John made things right, and I respect that. Thank you John. read more

Kyle and Luis arrived at our home within the scheduled timeframe. Both men were very professional, courteous, and patient (it was a bit hectic as our daughter and two children from another state were staying with us). After showing Kyle around the house, he gave us a quote and they began working. Not only did they clean our windows and screens to perfection, but they also used a hand vacuum on the tracks. As a courtesy, our shower door and bathroom mirror were cleaned. Before leaving Kyle advised us of the company's rain and satisfaction policies which are quite generous. We will have them next year and will also hire the company for some other services.. read more

Lighthouse cleaned our windows, inside and out, and did an excellent job! My initial phone call was returned quickly, and I was able to schedule the work within a few days. Showed up at our door on time, wearing a mask, worked quickly, but efficiently. Our windows and window sills are so clean. Thank you! read more

They came and did my dryer vent cleaning at my new home. The prior service at my old home was such a positive experience , had ro have them back. Certainly glad I did as they probably saved me from an eventual drier fire. Well worth the money and very easy to deal with. Will continue using their service. read more

These folks are true professionals. Arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning all windows - both inside and out. They also did the screens and three skylights on the roof. Very carefully moved furniture when necessary and wore protective covering on their shoes to ensure no damage was done to hardwood floors. Friendly and courteous. Competitively priced. read more

I got a quote of $160 for 13 windows and 2 doors with windows in them. Turns out once they got here that they charge $8.00 per pane not per window. I was also told they would clean the tracks and the tracks look the same as before. One window they could not get clean. Not happy! read more

I definitely recommend this company. They were on time, professional and knew what they were doing They did a fabulous job for me. I just bought a home that needed a lot of cleaning. Lighthouse came out and cleaned the gutters and pressure washed the brick patio. What a difference they made. Looks fabulous and clean. Excellent!! read more

Outstanding! Fast and very good. Eric was very contiguous and is a very hard worker. Great job and showed up in 2 days. I highly recommend. I was concern with our awning and that was no problem. Eric climbed up and cleaned the screens and the windows without issues. Others would not have offered to clean the windows above the awning. Finally the windows were spotless, nothing missed! read more

This people are amazing. The owner came to my house for window cleaning and gave me an estimate, honestly I didn't get any rate before so don't know if they are fair or not but he gave me 500$ but we have many windows and a lot of high ceilings one. So his 2 sons showed up for clear, they were supper polite and professional. They did an amazing job. We are so happy with their service and highly recommend them. read more

I've used Lighthouse before, with positive results. However, this crew took cleaning and professionalism to another level. Paul was the lead of the two-man team, and his expertise was on display immediately. They cleaned our 40+ solar panels, then efficiently cleaned our home's windows. In and out in about 3 hours. I couldn't be more satisfied. read more

A true professional in every sense of the word. From the start John called me back within 15 minutes of my call to set up the appointment. He arrived on time....WOW. He wore shoe covers in my home that right there is 5 Stars. Within 2 hours the job was completed and my windows looked Oh so Good!!! Thank You John, You and your team are by far the "Best" of the Best! read more

I am beyond thrilled with our Vent-tastic service. I returned home one evening to find a burning smell coming from my dryer. In a panic I unplugged it and turned off the gas line. I assumed that my dryer had just burned out, as it hadn't been drying my clothes properly in months. I was convinced that the timed dry was worthless as I had to add 45 minutes or more to each load. Fortunately, Nick from Vent-tastic, had left a flyer on my door two weeks prior. He promptly came out, cleaned my dryer vent, and inspected my dryer. He provided me with a before and after video of my vent and I was completely shocked. I feel fortunate that a major fire hadn't occurred. If you have never had your dryer vent cleaned , or haven't done it in a while, what are you waiting for? Great service at a great price. Your safety is worth it. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Lighthouse Window Cleaning!! They did and excellent job of cleaning my gutters... AND their customer service is outstanding! From estimate to finished job they go well above and beyond. THANK YOU LIGHTHOUSE WINDOW CLEANING! read more

I contacted Lighthouse to get our gutters cleaned after the last rain. "Tall" Sean arrived right on time and checked out the situation. He explained that it was the moss (we had never had it cleaned off) that was the problem, as it was clogging the gutters. He proceeded to scrap off all the moss, cleaned the gutters & picked up everything on the ground, including lots of leaves that had fallen even before he arrived. There was no extra charge for all the work he did, he stuck right with the estimate we had been given for just the gutter cleaning; we were very delighted. I will definitely be calling this company back for lots of future jobs! read more

John stopped by my business to offer his services. He was pleasant, courteous, professional and NOT obnoxious... I can't say that about many door knockers. We set clear expectations, which were exceeded... and i'm a perfectionist! Fairly priced, I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys to anyone looking for clean windows. read more

Great service, pleasant workers, very satisfied. Highly recommend! I I'll definitely use again!

I had a window cleaner working on my house last Friday, he got hurt and had to stop. He had just got started. John at Lighthouse Window cleaning heard what happened and step up and said he would come out Tuesday morning (today) and take care of my windows. He showed up at 7am right on time and WOW. (Windows Outta the World) He did a EXCELLENT JOB. I am now a customer for life with them. Thank you so much and I Greatly Appreciate what you and your son did today. You Rock. Byron read more

Nick, just finished cleaning our duct system and we are really pleased with the results. Before he cleaned he ran a camera up the ducting which showed a significant amount of lint build up. We were surprised at how much had accumulated over the years. After he was done he took another video which showed the results of his cleaning - what a difference and what a relief. We didn't know what a fire hazard we had and am glad it's been well cleaned. Whole process took less than an hour. I took a before and after photo of the dryer Vent hood which is located on the roof. Big improvement. Very pleased with Nick's work. read more

Outstanding company! I was extremely impressed with the initial call. I had left a message regarding a quote to clean our windows later in the afternoon and I promptly received a call the very next day (in the morning). I received a quote over the phone and that quote was exactly what I paid. I even expressed to them that I knew I might not be giving them the right info since they have not been out to my home yet but I was impressed that they felt assured that after walking through with me on the phone that they had what they needed to make the appointment and give me the quote. The gentleman arrived on time and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning all of our windows at our home (and we have a 2 story custom home). They were polite, friendly and took great care. The price was FAIR and 10000% worth it. Being in the profession that I am in, I will be in need of their services to refer to my clients. I look forward to not only using them again but to referring them to my clients in the future. read more

I phoned for appointment and quote for price. They came right on time, confirmed the quote and began cleaning. They were neat, friendly, and fast. My favorite of anyone I have hired! They were also extremely reasonably priced. I would not use anyone else while they are in business! read more

These guys are great! This is the second house we have hired them to clean windows at. They arrived on time, we're very respectful, did a fantastic job. Truly top notch service! Matt and Joe did such a thorough job with my windows yesterday it looks like I got brand new windows. Not only did they clean the windows inside and out but they cleaned the tracks and even cleaned the sun screens. Cherry on the cake I have a mirror in one room and they took care of that on the house without me even asking. What great ambassadors for your company! read more

Lighthouse Window Cleaning service was recommend to me by several people...I received a few quotes and although they were not the cheapest (very small difference) I decided to go with them based on recommendations and their reviews on Yelp. They were out this morning, a crew of 2 young men. They did a fabulous job, they were quick, and very polite. I couldn't ask for a better job. I live out in the country with horses and my windows and screens were filthy! Everything is clean, sparkling, and I can see outside through very clean windows! Poor guys, they had to put up with some wasps outside my home, but that didn't slow them down. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again! read more

John and his Team have provided window cleaning service to us for a couple years now. They are extraordinary! Always professional, nice, and we feel comfortable when they are in our home. Our windows are always thoroughly cleaned and spotless - they even clean our mirrors! The quality of their work is exceptional and they are honest, kind, and integrious people. read more

Nick came out to clean our dryer vent duct, and look at a potential problem with the dryer duct pipe being a little short of exiting through the roof. He went up on the roof and ran his video camera down the pipe. He also took a picture of the potential problem area. He found that the duct was clear of lint and debris, and it did not need cleaning. He also said that the short duct pipe did not need to be corrected because it was still working as designed with just an insignificant amount of lint falling back into the attic space. He did not charge anything and said to call him in a year to have the duct re-inspected. I highly recommend calling Nick at Vent-tastic if you want to have your dryer vent duct inspected to prevent a dryer fire, save energy and dry your clothes faster. read more

Great company to work with. I had them pressure wash my driveway that had been painted several years ago by the previous owner. Lighthouse did an amazing job getting our windows, screens and tracks all nice and clean. They were able to squeeze us in just in time as we were listing our house. J.D. and Logan arrived to clean our dryer vent. J.D. asked when we last had the vent cleaned and it was 2-1/2 years ago. J.D. put the snake camera up the vent and said the vent was still clean and there was no need for service. We had already moved the dryer out of the area because we were getting a new dryer delivered the next day so they had a clean shot to the dryer vent. We appreciated their honesty and J.D. said he would not feel right charging us to clean a perfectly clean vent. We highly recommend Lighthouse for their professionalism and honesty. read more
