Lighthouse did an amazing job getting our windows, screens and tracks all nice and clean. They were able to squeeze us in just in time as we were listing our house. I appreciate how easy they made it! Why did we wait so long? The guys shows up early and they did a great job. We will now be customers for life! read more

J.D. and Logan arrived to clean our dryer vent. J.D. asked when we last had the vent cleaned and it was 2-1/2 years ago. J.D. put the snake camera up the vent and said the vent was still clean and there was no need for service. We had already moved the dryer out of the area because we were getting a new dryer delivered the next day so they had a clean shot to the dryer vent. We appreciated their honesty and J.D. said he would not feel right charging us to clean a perfectly clean vent. We highly recommend Lighthouse for their professionalism and honesty. read more

Great experience. Austin and John Jr. arrived ahead of schedule to wash my windows. I asked if one of them would mind getting up on the roof to blow the leaves off, as I'm a wuss about heights. I even left my blower down below for them to use, not thinking they'd have one with them. Within minutes, John Jr. was on the roof with his own gas blower, going after the leaves. I told him not to worry about the leaves that blew onto the deck below, that I'd take care of those, but a few minutes later, there he is- blowing all the leaves off the entire (large) back deck. They had my windows looking invisible after washing them- I'd never seen my windows look that good, and they were very personable and friendly. I honestly felt bad that I didn't have any cash on me to tip them, the service was that outstanding. read more

Just had my inside/outside windows, tracks and screens cleaned and very pleased with the work...highly recommended. They are reasonable, very thorough, efficient but not rushing through the house, wear booties inside, and wipe/vacuum out tracks. They have a crew for the outside and another for the inside. All windows look like new. read more

I found this company after reading Yelp reviews for window cleaners. What a pleasure doing business with these folks. They were truly professionals as they arrived on time, worked very efficiently, & promptly completed about 40 windows. Our windows look fantastically clean & clear again. Their workers were courteous, respectful & complied with our covid safety request. When the owner called today and told me if the rain from last night had spotted our freshly cleaned windows that they would touch then up for us. I was totally impressed. read more

On a recommendation from a friend we had Lighthouse Window Cleaning come out this past weekend to clean our windows. Andrew & Dave showed up right on time, examined the house and confirmed the estimate (which was lower than they originally thought) and time necessary to do the job. Then they jumped right in cleaning. They were courteous, professional and personable. They worked like a well run machine cleaning the windows and the screens as they moved around the house. When they were done the windows looked great and there was no mess laying around. The windows actually sparkle they are soooo clean. We're amazed sometimes thet it looks like there's not even a window there. Thanks to LWC and Andrew & Dave. Job well done. We highly recommend them to others. read more

Today had John and his crew from Lighthouse Window Cleaning clean our windows and solar panels. Why I give them 5 Stars 1) Showed up on time as promised- 6 AM!- to wash solar panels 2) Expertly and efficiently cleaned all windows, inside and out and was very careful around the house. 3) was able to clean windows etched from being splashed by pool sweep over spray 4) Fixing three screens and will bring back and replace without bothering us 5) Finished ahead of his estimated time 6) Prices reasonable 7) Came next day after I called. Not like others who say "booked for weeks." I highly recommend Lighthouse Window Cleaning read more

Easy scheduling, on-time, friendly, did a great job!!! Cleaned windows and screens. Will definitely use again.

In our previous home, I had the dryer vent professionally cleaned every year due to the complicated pathway the vent took from the dryer to the outside vent.In October of 2016 we purchased a new home and hired Nick to clean the dryer vent system. The previous owners lived in the house for 14 years and did not know that you need to clean out the vent and not just the lint catcher. The pipe goes from the dryer through the roof and was a delicate job because of the cement roof tiles. Nick did an excellent job and the camera view was helpful. As the owner of the company, Nick takes pride in a job well done and making customers happy. We are very, very happy with his workmanship and professional attitude. And, he was a nice guy! I would gladly recommend his service to my neighbors, friends and family. read more

I moved up here three years ago. I needed my windows and gutters cleaned and I took a chance on Lighthouse Window Cleaning, Inc. I'm so glad I did! They are very thorough. They pointed out when they were cleaning my gutters, I had a cracked tile on my roof. They take pride in your house as if they were working on their own home. Thank you so much for caring about my house as much as I do. It's my third or fourth time using this company and I have always been very pleased with their service. read more

I can see clearly now... Clean as a whistle they are. My windows are so bright I have to wear shades. Excellent job by Dave and Damon of Lighthouse Windows. They did a through job on my windows and screens. No streaks , no mess left behind. Polite to deal with and they arrived on time. They bring an extra pair of shoes to go inside your house too. They work as a team and get the job done. I researched on where else but Yelp. ( you may have heard of them once or twice). I appreciated also , when I called to set up appointment they pulled over on the road to make it for me. My entire house looks better. Clean windows put an entirely different perspective on life itself! I am in a much better mood now. Excellent , awesome job. Well done. read more

Wow. A man who shows up early!! Sean was thorough, efficient and very careful with the windows and screens that he took down and then put back up. He cleaned every windowsill inside and out without leaving a speck. No steaks either! He was done in the time he estimated. My entire house with sixteen large windows and a screen door for $225. By far the most professional team that has ever done any work on our house. I think we were expecting guys with swashbuckling beards and tattoos to show up at our house and in walks John and his son. I thought I was meeting with our accountants. They were so courteous and thorough. read more

Lighthouse Window Cleaning arrived right at 9:00 AM as scheduled and washed all my exterior windows (they even took one of the screens to repair it) and cleaned out my gutters. John trimmed some tree branches that were extending over the gutter as well as removing old construction debris that past cleaners had missed in the gutters. Their cleanup was impeccable. I will certainly have them come again and highly recommend them. read more

Great local company. Excellent experience from their responsiveness and follow up with me to set up the appointment, to showing up even a little early for the appointment, honoring the quote amount, proactively telling me when a screen was broken and then taking care of getting it fixed. They were so conscientious and careful, professional, working around our dogs and two of us working at home. I will definitely hire them again and recommend to others read more

They did a great job cleaning my windows for a reasonable price. They showed up when they said they would and spent a lot of time at the job site - for the amount of money it cost me I was surprised just how much effort they put into getting the house ready. Everything from start to finish was just A+ customer service and work - I will use these folks again and I would recommend them to others. read more

David cleaned the windows in my condo on Monday. I'd lived with dirty windows for 5 1/2 years! (I doubt the previous owner ever had them cleaned either.) I wasn't sure he'd be able to remove all the caked on dirt but he tackled the job like a pro and the finished product has convinced me to make it a regular occurrence! It's amazing how much more light pours in now! Thanks for a job well done! read more

Very GREAT company! John bid our job in a timely and professional manner. John's team came to our home in Granite Bay right on time when they said they would. Their work ethic and professional skill was evident immediately. John's team, Larry and Ernesto were hard working, courteous, patient and exceeded our expectations. I enjoyed everything about working with them. I even got their lunch I was so thrilled - 5 Guys - I was a General Contractor for many years and I know people who are good in every line of home building, sub contractors, remodel, repair and maintenance. Lighthouse Window Cleaning is as good as I have known! My only regret is that I cannot give more than 5 stars. I would give 10 if I could! read more

After we got scammed with a Groupon Window Claearning my wife and I were on the hunt for a replacement in Rocklin, CA. We came across the reviews on Yelp for Lighthouse Window Cleaning and gave John a shot. He came out the very next day after we called and, as the other reviewers noted, he was the nicest guy you could meet. His team cleaned our two story house with lots of different sized windows/sliders with ease. The windows were filthy, as were the tracks. They did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate calling Lighthouse Window Cleaning - especially if you have hard to reach windows - why waste your time doing it yourself. read more

What an honest man. I thought I would need my dryer vent cleaned as it had been 14 years; he got up on the roof, took a picture of the vent, and showed me the picture and how it was actually pretty clean. That saved a lot of money. :) I DID have him clean the back of my very old dryer (it was awful!) and he's going to come back and replace my smoke alarms (which are also 14 years old). I'm impressed by his honesty and love the fact that he takes pictures of work that does or doesn't need to be done and then shows it to me. :) Carol Cope read more
