Lighthouse Window Cleaning arrived right at 9:00 AM as scheduled and washed all my exterior windows (they even took one of the screens to repair it) and cleaned out my gutters. John trimmed some tree branches that were extending over the gutter as well as removing old construction debris that past cleaners had missed in the gutters. Their cleanup was impeccable. Wow. A man who shows up early!! Sean was thorough, efficient and very careful with the windows and screens that he took down and then put back up. David cleaned the windows in my condo on Monday. I'd lived with dirty windows for 5 1/2 years! (I doubt the previous owner ever had them cleaned either.) I wasn't sure he'd be able to remove all the caked on dirt but he tackled the job like a pro and the finished product has convinced me to make it a regular occurrence! I normally clean my own gutters but had been out of town for business and the first big rain was on the way. I contacted a few companies as I was looking to get someone out the same day and knew that could be tough. John called me as soon as he opened and said he couldn't guarantee me today as of yet but would call me back. He called back within an hour and told me his tech Sean would be at my house in an hour and he was. Sean was very professional and freindly. Got busy and knew what he was doing. I also had a downspout that was clogged and he took that apart to unclog it as well. Sean finished up and cleaned up and left. He was great. I may use them to hang my Christmas lights? What an honest man. I thought I would need my dryer vent cleaned as it had been 14 years; he got up on the roof, took a picture of the vent, and showed me the picture and how it was actually pretty clean. That saved a lot of money. :) I DID have him clean the back of my very old dryer (it was awful!) and he's going to come back and replace my smoke alarms (which are also 14 years old). These guys are amazing! Had a huge party at my house. The afternoon before, I realized I could not see out my windows. Called hoping but not expecting they would be able to do it on such short notice. Boy was I wrong, they we out to my house in a few short hours and did an amazing job! Lighthouse crew just left and once again they did a fabulous job! The windows are so clean you don't even know there is glass between you and the flowers in the garden! They also power washed the patio (first time I've had that done) and the difference is remarkable!
