Called recently to have our gutters cleaned when we noticed a waterfall coming from the second story gutter. Communication was mainly via text - which I would have preferred a call back, but it was easy and responsive texts back to make an appointment. Larrell was our technician and he was great. He sent me a text when he was on the way and was very considerate and communicative about the work he was about to do. I also really appreciated how he explained the payment methods up front before he started! Especially that if I paid with a credit card there would be an additional fee. So I had a check ready when he was done. Job was done efficiently and Larrell left out property very clean. And now we no longer have a waterfall from our gutters! read more

Great service for cleaning the gutters! Staff arrived with mask on and was very congenial, respectful of the property worked on. The originally scheduled staff member couldn't make it to the appointed time, but the company sent a replacement to keep the work fulfilled. The work was done well! The gutters were first scraped clean, then run with a blower, and finally with water for testing. All the debris from the cleaning were put into plastic bags, and some on the garden waste bin. Thorough, without sacrificing speed. And after the gutters were done, they went through with a blower around the area where dust and debris may have settled on the ground. I am highly satisfied with this company for the gutter cleaning service they provided me - with a price that is very affordable. I will use them again next time I need their service! read more

They did a great job cleaning the gutters and roof. They also did a good clean-up. The price was very reasonable. The workers apparently didn't know they had permission to go ahead and enter the backyard through the unlatched gate if no one was home. So they called and said they "couldn't enter." Next time I would leave the gate ajar or leave a note there. Other than that, all is well. I would recommend them. read more

Well, let me start here. I had them scheduled for yesterday, Friday the 22nd and at the last minute they came up saying that they could not make it that the servicemen who was supposed to come out was called out. They said well can we come out Saturday instead at this certain time I said sure. I had them scheduled to come check out a certain drain that was not draining that should've been checked, or supposedly was checked three months ago when I had them clear my gutters out. They were gonna charge me a $99 service fee. I agreed to it, but was not happy in my mind because I felt , they should've had it figured out and checked it out in September. And now today is Saturday it is 12:05 pm it's 2 1/2 hours past the time they're supposed to come out and nobody has come out or has given me any call. So I hope Masters, reads this review and will upgrade their service policies to goodwill where it should have been on the previous scheduled appointment in September. And at least give people notice if they're not coming out. I have wasted two days because of them not doing their job. And to top it off, you try to call them and you always get that recorded call, they will get back to you leave a message. Very bad professionalism and customer service. Check their work, ask them exactly what they will do and... maybe even record what they tell you. I gave 2 stars because although I felt cheated, they did actually do a good job. I received a text the morning of the appointment letting me know they were on the way. 2 workers showed up and had the gutters cleaned in about an hour. After a wet winter I really wanted to get a good cleaning done before the summer heat- solar panels, windows, gutters, and especially the roof. Because of the exceptionally wet winter the roof was mossy in parts- no bueno. I received a text letting me know that Tyler was on his way. He arrived right on time.Tyler did an excellent job cleaning my windows.. He was meticulous with every detail. My windows are a year old and he showed me were there were scratches on 2 windows between the pane and another window with some condensation. I would of never noticed if it was not for Tyler. Even when he missed a spot or two (which is impossible NOT to do considering how hard it is to perfectly clean windows), he was quick to remedy the situation.
