I was stuck working and on calls the whole time, so I was not able to hover or play quality control inspector, but I did not need to. Everything was clean when he arrived since I had just finished cleaning the sidewalks and patio, and when he left, the place looked exactly the same. No mess, no debris, no signs that anyone had even been here except that everything was spotless. Luke also sent me pictures, which I really appreciated. It was honestly a relief to see that he cleaned out what had to be more than 20 years of gutter gunk. That is not a technical term, but it should be. We have had rain the last couple of days and the gutters are working great. Water is flowing like it finally remembered what its job was. Super happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

When my grandma was doing laundry drying clothes, my grandpa noticed that hot air wasn't coming out of the vent so he grabbed his ladder and flashlight and looked in the vent. That's when he saw the vent was blocked by the brush the employee left in there. Needless to say , one and done, never again are we going to use this company for any cleaning on our house.

I was already giving him 5 stars just based on our conversation of him telling me what leaf blower to buy and explaining in detail his whole van setup, what gloves use to clean my gutters and so on. The time we were done talking, 58 minutes passed and I was like damn. Lol. He was able to schedule me in the next day to clean my 20 USA (MERICA!) solar panels at 7:30 A.M. I wanted to clean the gutters so I bought an echo leaf blower after work and cleaned the gutters myself based on Tim telling me echo was a great brand. He was right. First pull out of the box my leaf blower started. Cleaned my gutters within 10 minutes on my 2 story house with ease. Then came the day of. He text me at 7:05 A.M saying he's in route to my location. Perfect . I ran to get a redbull and on the way back home, he was actually in front of me lol. He pulled up exactly at 7:27 A.M on the money. He was very prompt is an understatement. I have a 2 year old Malinois/German Shepherd that greeted him and he was very friendly and petted him and gave him scratches which i loved. I left him alone after looking at his highly equipped van setup that has everything. I even text him before hand telling him I have the garden hose ready to use and he replied with "thank you so much but I have my own source of water equipped in my van"). I wasn't sure what he meant but upon arrival, I saw that he had a huge 65 gallon or so purified water that's filtered through and then applied through the Solar Lite brush to the solar panels. He took about an hour or so to clean 20 panels and that was 5 times longer (in a good way) then Joel's Solar which i hired 3 years prior that did a terrible job. I can't say enough good things about Tim and his company but that he doesn't F around. He is very thorough about his business and takes it serious but in a good way. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house!
