I did your homework for you, stop your search now looking for a good painter as I found them. First of all, he gets back to you. (I know that is something we should not have to make note of) He knows the materials he is laying down, works closely with the painting rep for best material. My place is stucco and never had been painted (color was in the stucco) so it was like painting sand. They meticulously pressure washed every square inch, sanded what needed to be sanded, filled in cracks, and spent much of the time masking off the area. They primer sealed the structure, sprayed color and let it dry, followed up with a heavy spray and back roller. When it was all said and done, they went through about 150 gallons of material. Antonio was on site the whole time and he and his crew takes pride in what they do. I went out and got a handful of quotes and sure there were less expensive painters but when asking what they did none of them matched what was put into this paint job. I got a more than fair price for the work these guys completed. He took my small down payment to reserve a time slot but never cashed the check until he started the project. The project started on time and ended on time. Do I even mention the clean-up? The place was cleaner than I started with, they walk around every square inch making sure it was perfect. My only regret is I don't have anything else for them to paint :) read more

They pressure washed, dried, caulked, replaced any trim boards needed, thoroughly taped, painted the whole house and trim with high quality paint in 3 days. I came across Rodriguez Painting on yelp when I requested quotes for painting my moms house. Antonio the owner happened to be in the same city the day I requested the estimate and I met up with him that day, it was within a couple hours. He was very detailed in asking me what I wanted done to the house and what he and his employees would do prior to painting the house. Antonio, the owner, stated he would be on site to do the painting and like he stated he was there. They were detailed in filling any cracks in the stucco and around the garage or doors. I had already filled a bunch and I'm pretty detailed but these guys covered all the stuff I apparently missed. They masked areas around the house and did a great job of prep and cleanup as well. They didn't clean up their paint tools on the lawn like a paint company I used before. This is just a side note, but I had RH Remodeling give me a quote for $7500 including paint by just looking at the photo of my moms house. I obviously said no as he did not even bother to come look at the house. Sounds like a lazy company to me. Nothing but good things about Antonio and his team. He initially came by to give me a quote on my garage. We live in a new build home and it comes with flat paint. For kicks, I asked him what it would cost to paint the inside.i admire that he was very honest. He said if we stick to the same colors the builder used, we wouldn't have to paint the kitchen, bathrooms, or laundry. He would just paint the areas where there was flat paint. We could also save money by not painting the ceiling. I also asked him the cost to paint my doors and because he was doing everything else, I got a really good rate and it worked out for both of us! What I really liked is that he was flexible and worked around the guys epoxying the garage the floor guys putting lvp in the entire house. He coordinated with them so they could work as a team (to remove baseboards and doors) and not get in each other's way. He's also very responsive via phone and text. So I tried to paint my 40 foot wall and after a few minutes of trying I was over it. Looked on Yelp for some help and came across Rodriguez Painting because of the reviews. Gave him a call, told him my situation and asked for his help and immediately told me he could help. Gave me a great quote and came the following day. Once at my place, he explained what his plan of action was and how it was going to be executed. He taped everything off so there was no overspray. Painted (with sprayer) the wall which only took like 20 minutes and then free handed my baseboards. Reason why I give him 5/5 is because from the start to end it was constant communication along with work ethic and execution. All of which makes a business in my eyes. I contacted Mr Rodrigues back in 12/2/2019 to come in and get me an estimate on the kitchen, and bathroom cabinets. I was thinking on replacing all the kitchen cabinets and the two bathroom cabinets as well. After I got couple of estimates from different companies,I decided to repaint the cabinets, so I called rodrigues painting. It was a very decent estimate comparing it to others. Cabinets are 18 years old but are tough and very durable, since we are the original owners, we took care of them. The price was reasonable, it took him three days to get the job done. they came in, prep one day, detail the second day and primer painted on all cabinets. It took some time to dry due to the weather in December, very cold and humid. My family and I are very please with the work done. It looks very nice. We also changed the carpet(new carpet not shown) which colors on cabinets stands out, changed all appliances....I must admit our kitchen and bathroom cabinets look very nice. The team is very respectable, humble and detail oriented. They cleaned up after the work was done...but you cant really leave a spotless area, so additonal cleaning was needed due to the dust of the spraying...it was an easy cleaning after all. My family and decided to paint the inside of the house ourselves, Mr Rodrigues gave me some pointers. We are very please with the work done. Antonio and his crew did a great job! Antonio was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do and provided time estimates for each process. He powerwashed the home to start, then proceeded to come in the following week to get the paint job started. We had picked out colors (see picture) that were difficult to obtain, but Antonio went out of his way to locate the colors (we specifically was looking for Elastomeric paint from Kelly Moore - in California and with stucco, you really shouldn't be using any other kind of paint). His crew started the paint job and spent nearly a full day prepping making sure everything was ready to go, even covering our neighbors vehicle to ensure no unwanted paint spread. As the job moved forward, he even added extra layers to some areas as he observed that doing so would ensure the best outcome, even though he didn't have enough of the paint - he simply went out and got more. His crew was very nice and very responsive and they all did a very thorough job. Entire time, from prep to finish, took about 4 days - they were not rushing, just trying to be thorough, and the result was spectacular. I encourage you all to have him do an estimate for you at the very least and consider using Antonio and his crew! read more
